Monthly Rentals in Pulciano

Nice little apartment, with everything needed for the vacation. The host is very likeable and always available. During the temperatures last week around 34 degrees, it was very hot in the apartment in the summer (no air conditioning): at 29 degrees at night it is hard to think of sleeping. The sofa bed is not as comfortable as to be recommended as a permanent bed. Great pool right in front of the door. The access to the parking lot is very steep, so the car also liked to be put on (standard station wagon). All routes had to be done by car, with kids the way into town is too far / steep. During the week very quiet in the complex and mostly thus a private pool :)

House directly on the street, maybe a little uncomfortable because smokers have to leave the house and be directly "outside", but for the rest it is complete with everything, fully stocked kitchen. Perfect layout of the spaces. Very responsive host and always available for any questions.

We can only agree with the previous reviews! Nicely furnished, spacious and clean apartment with everything you need in it! We would have loved to have a coffee maker! The view from the balcony and the entire apartment is just beautiful! We felt very comfortable! Thanks also for the helpful tips and the quick and friendly communication Alice!

We really had a perfect stay at Marina‘s. She welcomed us very warmly and even had a folder with nice spots around the city. The kitchen and bathroom had everything necessary, which was really convenient. Furthermore, the view on the balcony was even better than on the photos. Additionally, everything was really clean and we felt home from the first minute. From beginning to the end our stay was perfect and we would recommend everyone to stay at Marina‘s :)
