Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön, sauber und der Pool ist auch toll, sehr sauber und hat die perfekte Temperatur. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und bieten viel Platz. Das Grundstück ist sehr groß und es gibt viele Tiere wie Affen, Faultiere und im Garten wohnen zwei süße Capibaras. Der Aufenthalt hat uns als Freundesgruppe sehr gut gefallen und falls wir wieder nach Costa Rica kommen werden wir sie mit Sicherheit nochmal buchen.

We came to the jungle villa in 2018. We were so enchanted by this house and the beauty of its surroundings that we knew we would be back again. Came back again for my birthday this year and yes it felt like home!! The people, the FOOD in the local restaurants, and the beauty of this country is amazing! Looking forward to returning someday. Thank you Leslie, Ana, and Arturo for being amazing hosts.

Our stay at Casa Garza in Puerto Viejo was amazing. The villa is beautiful, with many awesome indoor/outdoor spaces to relax in and enjoy, including the outdoor kitchen and of course the pool. You can walk to the beach, a little shop and a couple other places for food or you can get an uber or tuk tuk into town. The property is magnificent with huge trees lining your entrance. It is private and you can see a lot of wildlife. The separate upstairs and downstairs areas even offer privacy between parties in the villa. Everything was perfect, we can’t wait to return. Pura vida ;)

This house is one of a kind: beautiful colonial architecture, all in wood, lovely garden and amazing terraces and balcony fully furnished with the best taste.lovely pool built in stone! Inside is also surprising. Antiques, art, design objects, old postcards from Cuba, beautiful lamps, an amazing porch and many more totally unexpected bedrooms and bathrooms. Very good WiFi as well as air conditioning and fans. We loved it!!! Jerome was very helpful and always in contact with us! He was so kind that he let us check out late afternoon which was really helpful as my daughter was working remote. I traveled with my husband and daughter and the house is really spacious, well located: close to puerto Viejo and to playa cocles I definitely recommend it specially if you value quality and beauty Hope to come back soon!!

Greivien was friendly, responsive, and made us feel at home. Private location away from the town but still close enough to get into town every night. Would definitely recommend this place!

¡Nos encanto la Villa de Wendy! Vine con toda mi familia y fue perfecto para nuestras vacaciones, la experiencia hasta con los vecinos monos que fueron nuestra alarma mañanera, hizo que se sintiera el Caribe Sur aún más. Casa completamente equipada incluso si queres usar la parrilla, la atención y respuesta de Wendy fue muy buena. La van a pasar pura vidísima.

This is a fantastic place! The house is just magical. Beautiful open design. The location is right on the beach with walkable restaurants and shops. Once you get here, you don’t have to drive the entire time you’re in Puerto Viejo.

Lovely place. The landscaping is extraordinary and it was so beautiful we spent several days just staying at the house. The hotel next-door was a bonus as it had a bar restaurant where we could order drinks and food and have them delivered to the beach. the beach was empty, but you could walk a mile and either direction to go to a busier beach with beach bars and restaurants. Had a bit of an issue with the pool at one point, but Utopía Caribe, the property manager, was very attentive and remedied the problem to our satisfaction. If you're going to the Caribbean coast of Costa Rica, rent this house.

Sharon excelente anfitriona, servicial, siempre atenta a nuestras inquietudes, brindándonos indicaciones precisas, el alojamiento cumplió nuestras expectativas, tal cual lo mostraban en las fotos, muy acogedor, bien amueblado y con los utensilios de cocina necesarios. Como única sugerencia, sería bueno un barandal al lado de las gradas de la piscina para mayor facilidad de acceso para personas adultas o bien para niños en caso de que sean parte de los huéspedes.

We had a great weekend in this place, it was my father’s birthday trip, and we choose this perfect place. It was very easy to communicate with them. The place is really near the beach so that was really nice!

Our group absolutely loved this place and it was the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at! There was more to the property than listed in the description and pictures. The main house has 6 bedrooms and 6.5 baths. The shared half bath on the covered patio was super convenient. The pool house also has a full bath that we weren't aware of but was a nice surprise, and there are 3 additional outdoor showers. A 1-2 minute walk to Punta Uva beach and ~10 minute walk to some bars/restaurants as well. There is also a nice convenience store right across the street. The house itself is amazing with daily sightings of howler monkeys, sloths, and all sorts of birds. We also saw an anteater and Jesus Christ lizard right on the property! There's no need to leave unless you want to!

El alojamiento es espectacular. La limpieza del alojamiento estaba impecable cuando llegamos. Por lejos lo mejor era la vista y la variedad de animales que vimos solo desde la terraza del alojamiento. no teníamos ganas de salir nunca de la casa por el hecho de que tienes de todo, hay monos, ranas, pájaros de todo tipo y más! Recomendamos este alojamiento si buscas relajarte, y disfrutar al máximo! Nicole y Michelle son muy atentas a lo que necesites.

De todo y más. Es prácticamente una casa, totalmente equipada, cómoda, buena ubicación, segura, confortable. Nos encantó!

It’s a great secluded place to stay. The monkeys will absolutely wake you up so you get the Costa Rican jungle feeling yet super close to the beach. The host was very attentive and nice. Overall a great stay.

What a stunning location and home! Everything about Villa Toucan and Villa Macaw was thought out. The outdoor bathrooms (beautiful!), the open kitchen and dining are (outstanding), the lovely, helpful staff (priceless)! All in all we had an amazing holiday in your home. We do apologize for the shift and widening of your driveway, following our transport getting stuck!!! You’re not kidding when you say a 4x4 is needed in the rainy season! But we had a healthy and active group of 15 and we’re able to walk the driveway on many occasions! Superb location that allows you to stay IN THE JUNGLE, but so close to so many great beaches and activities!

The property is absolutely beautiful, even better than the photos. The beach was right outside the door and so easy to walk to. It was private, safe and lots of room to move around. Zinni and Nana provided excellent service and were always helpful and responsive with recommendations or anything else that we requested. Close to local stores and restaurants.

What a beautiful home. My family and I wanted something within walking distance of a beach and the town center that had a full kitchen and pool. We got all of that plus an extra kitchen! My family likes to cook, having the extra fridge was priceless. A short walk leads to a relaxing beach and if I walked the opposite way in the morning I was overwhelmed by all the birds flitting about. Bonus: Each room has an air conditioner and bathroom so any bickering over room temperature and bathroom use was eliminated. In addition: I cant say enough about Sirlen and the house manager. The place is brand new and a couple of items needed attention. They handled every request immediately. They made recommendations for dining, shopping, and exploring. They set me up with the best tour guide we could have wanted, recommended an amazing restaurant for my mom's Birthday celebration and connected me with the manager....those connections made a huge difference for our whole trip.
