Amazing stay, great location and we loved the quiet, tranquility of the garden. Really nice rooftop with pool, sunbeds and jacuzzi.

Nice apartment located on one of the nicest streets in Playa del Carmen, perfect for a stay as a couple with everything you need to rest and get to know the surroundings, clean, comfortable and safe.

Great location! 2 blocks to any and everything. The place looks better in person, one downside is it's on the third floor with no elevator, it wouldn't be good for elderly or disabled people. The rooftop view is amazing!!! JUST BOOK IT! it's well worth the money. We plan on staying again.

Very nice apartment, with everything you need, is in a complex with several amenities, beach, a giant pool, jacuzzi, has restaurants. Very good communication and response from the hosts. Both at the entrance and exit were very punctual. The apartment is clean and working well everything we used. Highly recommended 👌

We had a great time at this property, accessible at all times Paulina. The facilities match the images. In my opinion, the beach would be better if you have a car, since it's a bit far away and access is through the beach club.

The apartment is spacious, modern and well located in a beautiful quiet environment. The city is very quickly accessible by car. The residence's beach is a 25-minute walk or a 5-minute drive. The pools in the residence are beautiful. We had a great time at Omar's place. We'd recommend this place for an unforgettable vacation. Thank you Omar!

Firstly, Belen and Feranado are amazing people. They are friendly and very responsive when you have a concern, a question, or whatever you need. The location is great; close to all amenities and the beaches. WIFI worked seamlessly everywhere, the rooftop, and the unit.

Nancy was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and generous with her spectacular home. Our casita had all the little and big extras to make us completely comfortable. We were combining relaxing and working remotely and had excellent wifi speeds and the ability to take a break and swim some laps in her 25 meter pool! Nancy is so generous with her space— it almost felt like we had the whole gorgeous property to ourselves!! And she introduced us to a local Mayan liqueur that we now love — thank you for everything, Nancy!!!!

We loved our time at the Plantation House! The hosts were great communicators and were able to help with our requests. The apartment was beautiful, from the handcrafted wooden furniture to the outside terrace. They have perfected the details too, from plenty of fans (ac too) beach toys to borrow, to Tupperware for packing a picnic beach lunch— it made for an easy trip. Finally the property is beautiful. The courtyard is so peaceful and the pool was a treat. We would certainly stay again.

This was our first adventure off of a resort in mexico and it was absolutely amazing. We felt very comfortable and safe in the area. The lagoon is breathtaking and with the paddle boards and kayaks we got to see and explore the diversity of the lagoon. Its also a 5 minute paddle to Catalonia beach where there is white sandy beaches and more snorkeling. We were hoping to do more fishing in the lagoon, but its very weedy so we went to the main beach and fished off the rocks there. When we got there, we noticed that a ac unit was leaking. We messaged the host, and they replied and showed up and fixed it all within 30 minutes! We were very impressed the whole week with how responsive and helpful everyone was. I even forgot my wallet at a local restaurant the day we were leaving and hector offered to go get it and ship it back! I cant say Thank you enough! We will definitely be recommending your place, and will be booking again.

We stayed at Lui’s place for 7 nights. We had a wonderful time. We liked the location in a gated area and felt safe. The apartment is basic. The two bathrooms were nice for our family. We loved the terrace with the bar seating area. We had spider monkeys visiting us. I loved hearing the birds in the early morning. The garden cenote is nice but not to swim. There are plenty of other ones nearby to explore. We did not use the pool, it could have been cleaner and looked murky. We preferred visiting the cenotes and the beach anyways. This is a good place if you are looking for nature and tranquility with nothing too fancy. Lui answered all my questions and concerns in a timely manner. He even recommended places to visit and made a reservation for us to spend one day at the “Grand Serenis Resort” near the condo. We walked to the nearby beach, about a 15-minute walk. It was nice, wilder and rockier than the resort ones, but we really enjoyed it and used the camping chairs provided.

Wonderful condo with modern features. Absolutely beautiful setting and Antonio and the folks on site were extremely helpful. We will definitely be back!
