It is definitely one of the best experiences I have had with my family on the platform. Rebeca is super attentive, kind and flexible, she answers immediately. Mr. Joaquin is an incredible and very helpful person and the house is beautiful, it has everything you need, everything is clean, there is lighting in the pool and garden to have an amazing time even at night. It was a short but pleasant stay. The apartment is very nice and comfortable. Good security.

The apartment is just like in the photos. We slept very well, but the windows should be kept closed because of the street noise. Inside, however, the traffic was not noticeable. Check-in went smoothly, registering with security and electronic door lock. A short walk to the Angelopolis shopping center or to the grocery store. Right next to the Ellipsistower is a small shopping market. Communication with Paulina was excellent, she responds promptly to questions and also gets in touch independently. Everything about Airbnb or WA. We always took an Uber to the center of Puebla, as the bus traffic is very difficult for us foreigners to understand. We can fully recommend the apartment. Very good apartment, it is the second time I have stayed, it has everything you need and is in a very nice area to walk and go out to eat or dinner, I highly recommend it.

The apartment is very comfortable, everything was very clean and tidy. It's very bright and there are lots of restaurants for lunch and breakfast. There are pharmacies nearby and it is 2 km from the main square. Cristina is very helpful and is always available in case you need anything. It is very easy to get there and the independent entrance and exit is very comfortable.

The apartment matches the description, in the morning two of the three rooms are somewhat hot but being a place that we use only to sleep it is acceptable. It is spacious and bright, the host was always attentive.
