The apartment consists of two large bright living rooms, two bedrooms (king size bed and double bed), a boudoir (sofa bed), two bathrooms and a fitted kitchen.

Lovely and charming flat with a terrace in the historic centre of Nantes. Due to the pandemic, please note that the apartment is cleaned by us between each reservation, according to the new protocol dictated by Airbnb and mandatory. The linen is washed at 60°C minimum! Hydro-alcoholic liquid available in the apartment! The roof, the insulation of the apartment, the air conditioning of the rooms, have just been completely redone. The cottage is located between the Gâvre Forest and the Nantes-Brest Canal, perfect for recharging your batteries in contact with nature.

Located between Nantes (25 min) and Rennes (40 min), 1 hour from the sea and 3h30 from Paris, this charming blue stone building on 4 levels sits on the edge of a village filled with friendly Gauls. Surrounded by greenery (>1000m2), by a river (swimmable), you can enjoy the calm of this place, but also practice sports (Crossfit, tennis, volleyball, basketball, bike rides), games (ping pong, foosball, darts, board games) and fishing.

Welcome to our duplex, located in the heart of downtown Nantes on the ground floor of a beautiful old building opposite Jules Vernes High School. In a pedestrian street, quiet (except during school hours), a short walk to Place Aristide Briand, it is a perfect base to explore the city. You can enjoy the proximity of a wide range of cultural sites, shops, excellent restaurants and food shops according to your desires and budget.

Cottage next to our house

Situated in a peacefull hamlet made with stones, far from any busy roads, at the gates of Brittany "Les prés de la Janais" has a vast property of 20 000 m2, including a large garden, a pound, an apple orchard, an undergrowth, a pasture, and playgroup for kids (trampoline, guntry, turnstile). A small brook and a communal road delimit our property. The site is surrounded by organic pasture, and the biodiveristy is very riche.

The barn is an outbuilding of the farmhouse inhabited by the owners, located in a place called, 45 minutes from Nantes and 60 minutes from Rennes. The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a rural and quiet environment with private terrace overlooking the garden, not overlooked. There is parking in front of the entrance.
