House vacation rentals in Pržno

We had a lovely stay over the Christmas period after travelling in our camper for the last 7 months this was a nice reset for us. The house was as described the host was responsive, we were met by his Mum and sister who were very friendly and accommodating. His Mum even bought us over some burek which was delicious. Just a couple of small points, there didn’t seem to be a dryer as stated in the amenities listing, and we couldn’t seem to get the hot water to work in the kitchen (not sure if it was something we were doing or not). Other than that a lovely stay. Thanks

Villa Pcela is outstanding in every way. The villa itself is perfect for large groups, with each double bedroom having its own en-suite, and the upper terrace and dining area with plenty of space to eat and cook together. We will miss watching the sun rise every morning over the mountains to the sound of the local cockerel crowing. The villa is well located to visit Tivat and Kotor, and hiring a car was really helpful to visit Lake Skadar for birdwatching and Budva ( Sally recommended Pavel for car hire and we can confirm he was really helpful and reasonably priced). The cable cars and speed boat trip to the blue caves were amazing.

we had amazing stay at Slavko's house. very comfortable, with amazing view, nice weber grill, clean pool. Vesna was super-friendly as a co-host. she met us as her own family members. overall 10/10 for a big company. highly recommend. again, thanks a lot for a great stay❤️

We arrived as a family with 4 children. We had a great time. The children ran between the pool, the billiards and the mini golf. The kitchen is well-equipped and clean. Quiet and pleasant atmosphere. We had a great time!

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at Villa Splendour, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, Andrij welcomed us with genuine warmth and incredible hospitality that made us feel right at home. The villa itself is beautiful—well-kept, charming, and full of character. But what truly takes your breath away is the unbelievable view. Photos simply don’t do it justice; it’s something you have to experience in person to fully appreciate. With the Bay of Kotor stretching out before us. Whether you’re sipping coffee on the terrace or watching the sunset in the evening, the scenery is nothing short of magical. We can’t recommend this place highly enough. Thank you, Andrij and Alexandra, for sharing your little piece of paradise with us—we’ll never forget it!

We were in Montenegro for a week, enjoying the sea in Petrovac and discovering the country by car. The appartment was very nice, clean and with everything we needed including parking space for our rental car. It is very well located, the beach is easily reached on foot and so are all necessary shops, restaurants etc. Our hosts were very kind and available, which contributed to our excellent vacation week ! We can only recommend staying at this appartment if you are looking to spend some time in Petrovac !

We had a great time at Marco’s place. Beautiful patio right at the water.There are Kayaks that you can take out for a ride. Marco and his Dad were always helpful and had great suggestions. Recommend 100%

Ivana place is so perfect. Felt like home. Ivana mom is so lovely, she even offer coffee upon our arrival.

Stevan is a great host. We arrived with a group of 11 people and had enough space in the accomodation. The location of the apartment is great and very close to the coast. We would definitely recommend.

We were very happy with our stay at Villa Adriana. The place was spacious and clean, pleasant rooms, and extremely beautiful views from all the terraces. The place was clean in every way. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment. Everything worked, and the little wishes we had, Glenda immediately notes.

This is a great place to stay and the host is brilliant. The apartment is a short walk to the old town, harbour, shops, restaurants etc but is far enough away to be peaceful. Aleksander offered to pick us up.from the bus station if it was raining but luckily it stopped when we arrived. The apartment is well equipped ( unlike some other places I've stayed). It has a really good shower. This is an ideal place to stay in Kotor.

Júlia and Sergey were very kind hosts. Sergey was in a place waiting for us in order to be easier to find the apartment. We had a problem with our rented car in a remote place and the night coming but Julia and Sergey helped us contacting a truck to take us and our car to be repaired, even being late, they were very kind and helpful. The apartment was very clean, located in a very calm place, near the beach and had everything we needed for our stay. I recommend this apartment to visit the coast of Montenegro.

We stayed with Branka and her husband for two weeks. The place is as shown on the pictures and in the description. There is everything you need to spend a quiet and relaxing holiday. We felt very comfortable and can only recommend the accommodation! The two are amazing hosts. They are incredibly accommodating, helpful and kind! If you have any questions, you always had an open ear for us and when the oven didn't work properly, you immediately ordered a new one and had it installed. Thank you for a great stay with you!

The house was excellent!

We had an absolutely fabulous stay at the villa! The last days of September marked the end of the holiday season, and we experienced some thunderstorms and heavy rain. The villa is in a superb location with breathtaking views and peaceful, private surroundings. It’s equipped with everything you could need—kitchen full of gadgets, utensils, plates, even oils and spices. We enjoyed cooking dinners after shopping at Cogimar, a 'Harrods' lookalike store just 3 minutes away. The villa can fit 8 people, but it’s more suitable for 6, as the loft space is a mezzanine above the kitchen/lounge, and sound travels easily. The walk to Kotor Old Town is over 30 minutes but pleasant. A taxi back costs 6-7 euros, and there's parking for 2-3 cars. This villa would be my dream house with its mid-century vibes—bright and modern. However, it needs some modernisation: it's slightly dated, damp, and some windows don't close or lock. It needs TLC.

our stay at Ivan's place was very nice! The cottage has everything you need, in the kitchen there are still some items, such as a sharp knife and some salt and pepper for cooking. Ivan is really friendly and happy to help. Location is nice, nice and private and quiet and close to beautiful nature reserves. Recommended!

The apartments are great and met our expectations. I didn't meet the host in person; we communicated via Viber, and she responded quickly, resolving any issues promptly. The distance to the sea is about 2 km, which isn't critical if you have a car. The nearby beaches are mostly rocky, so it's advisable to have special shoes for swimming on rocky beaches. There is a sandy-rocky beach called Barska Plaza not far away. The landscapes around are very beautiful, and the people are friendly and helpful. Montenegro is a wonderful country.

We stayed in this house for 5 days in Kotor and absolutely loved it. The place was spotless, well equipped, and had a stunning view. It was quiet, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Huge thanks to Dusanka for being so kind and welcoming. We would definitely love to come back!
