Very easy to organise and very receptive to accommodating delayed arrival of guests/checkout, thanks for the stay!

We had a wonderful vacation. The accommodation is fully equipped. The pool is beautifully clean. The owners are great, they are always happy to give advice and take care of you. They also brought us fruit and games for children. Accommodation is located in nature, where your neighbors will be only sheep and animals. if you want to take a break from people, this is the right choice. The sea is not dry, you need a car. We were on a different beach every day, it suited us so well. We recommend Lumbrak beach. Thanks again :)

We had a fantastic stay! The villa was extremely clean, modernly furnished and well equipped – we only had to bring our clothes. Everything was provided, there was nothing missing. The heated saltwater pool was a real highlight and very well maintained. We also liked the quiet location in Pietraga, by car you could quickly reach the sea or the city. Especially positive: the friendly host, who even spoke German – we didn't expect that! There were drinks to welcome us, overall he was very accommodating. The only small point was a few insects, but that is part of nature in the season and did not disturb the overall impression. We will be happy to come back!

We throughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend. The place was extremely tidy and well maintained, the layout is one house with two separate floors that break up the rooms, it was great having two kitchens! It is close to the train station which goes straight into Split city centre (cheaper than the bus). The hosts were very accommodating for our group and made sure we had everything that we needed, thanks again Ana & Mateo!

Amazing place to stay in Zadar! Had all the amenities listed (Sauna, swimming pool ..). Host is very responsive and kind in answering question.

we loved our stay! The owners live right next door and were very friendly! The house is in a quite and calm rural area, but not far (by car) from shops, restaurants etc... The location is also very good to do visits close by, but also in 10min distance from the highways if you want to go further distances! The kind owners have a very big garden and kindly shared some of their fresh vegetables.

We had an amazing stay at this spacious Airbnb. The property is large, private, and surrounded by beautiful scenery. The house is nicely furnished, clean, and has all the amenities you need. The peaceful surroundings offer a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. The private garden and pool are ideal for relaxing and enjoying nature. The location is excellent, close to charming villages and scenic spots, yet wonderfully quiet. However, you should have a car to get around. Marjan was very friendly and provided great local tips. Highly recommend for a relaxing, rejuvenating stay!

This is a really beautiful, cosy house in Sutivan. Wonderful location on a quiet street close to the beach, cafes, etc. only 5 mins walk. Really high quality interior and great space. Sleeps 6 easily, we were 4 so perfect since for us. As others have noted, 3rd bedroom is accessible through another, and is a kind of loft room. The pool was super, kids loved it so much was hard to get them to the beach! Also hot tub a bonus on the day it was chilly. 100 % recommend. Would love to stay again if we came back to Brac.

Bartul’s home in Donje Selo is beautiful. Simple, functional and well located relative to the island’s main areas and coves. The village itself is very quiet, peaceful and idyllic. While the island is small, you need a car to get around and to get to the small, out of the way coves, all of which are worth visiting. Bring sea/swimming shoes as the beaches are all pebble. Bartul greeted us on arrival, having been in contact in advance and could not have been more welcoming and helpful. He is an excellent host. I recommend the island and Bartul’s home and would stay again.

We had a beautiful stay in such a lovely villa! Location is ideally between the airport and the old town with a harbour and beach within walking distance as well as local supermarkets.

It was all great as described. Very nice hosts very kind and helpful, would go again and would recommend it. A nice holiday just top the pool was the highlight. Thank you for the great time!!!

Wonderful time meeting Jure! He set us up quickly as we got off a flight late to Split and helped give us the landscape. Great host, beautiful Airbnb.

We had a wonderful stay here- loved the village and the local restaurants recommended- Marina is very kind and we were able to do our laundry and have a home while in Croatia- it’s a great central location for activities and sightseeing ❤️🇭🇷 we will be back

We only arrived in the evening and were already warmly received. We had water in the fridge and did not have to buy everyday items such as toilet paper paper towels washcloth detergent, etc., as everything was available. Which I found very good. The bed was very comfortable. We had a small balcony that was nice to sit. We even got freshly picked grapes. Everything was wonderful and so we had a nice holiday. Antonia was always reachable and also gave us tips. Only the TV was a little older and you couldn't watch a German program or Netflix etc. But that wasn't bad. Just in case it's important for someone to know well. The property is very centrally located to the sea and also to Zadar town.

We really enjoyed our stay at Tomislavs place. We where looking for a quiet place in nature. The house, terrace and pool where spotless clean and tasteful equipped. A really wonderful combination of authentic, traditional arquitectura combined with a modern interior. You definitely need a car to explore the beaches and surroundings. Thank you Tomislav!

Extremely friendly and accommodating host. Responds quickly to all inquiries. The house is just like the pictures. The kitchen is especially well equipped. Open all the smart cabinets you will find everything you need. Convenient and pleasantly decorated. The house is close to grocery store, bakery, butcher, good restaurants, a local coffee shop and a bar. You reach beaches on both sides of the peninsula on foot. Short distance to Trogir. Split and Primosten within easy reach for a day trip. We are very happy with our stay. We appreciate that the place is in an area of Croatian daily life, not just for tourists. The perfect spot for a relaxing stay- thank you to Ivica! The house had everything we needed- plenty of space, a great kitchen (indoors and out!), and a stunning patio and pool. We spent time in nearby Sibenik (5 minutes away), at local wineries, and also an afternoon in Split (less than an hour away). Ivica responded quickly when we had questions, met us for the initial check-in, and then shared recommendations on local highlights. We will definitely consider booking again when we return to Croatia!

In the house, everything was as described. The only thing that was surprising was that there was no hot water in the kitchen. The location is absolutely perfect, because there is no house in front of it, you have a perfect view of the Caribbean Sea. Unfortunately, the path in front of the house has now been extended, so it is not quite as quiet as hoped. Also, the beach on the left side has now been filled with gravel, so the naturalness has unfortunately been lost. But unfortunately that's so common in Croatia now. But these are really just little things. All in all, a wonderful vacation in a beautiful house with a great location.

Great location , close to the sea, sitting on the terrace in the shade of Oleander, we heard a splash of water. Charming, cozy , well-equipped, and ready for our arrival. The host was very friendly, helpful , got us parking - a fee of 60 euros for 2 weeks. Quiet , various restaurants invite you to visit. Shops close to home. We were with 4 people and these 2 weeks passed in a very pleasant atmosphere. We were sad to leave. Even the bells from the nearby church stopped bothering us. We'd love to go back.

The place had everything. It was in a beautiful location. Peaceful. High quality villa, and had everything you needed whilst you stayed. (Very practical too) We would return to this gorgeous place again. Tomislav was super responsive whenever we had a question and he helped guide us to the answer. The villa is a very relaxing place. My kids loved playing in the clear water bay on a paddle board and snorkelling. Afterwards they would have fun in the pool whilst we prepared dinner in a lovely outdoor dining area. The photos don’t really get across how nice it is. Having air con in all rooms was a treat due to the heights of summer. The place was extremely clean when we arrived and we treated this special place like home. I would recommend a car to get to Milna the local marina town, and further a field to visit places. We also took a boat trip out to visit the various islands. It was so pretty, with emerald green oceans and ‘to die for’ sunsets.

Amazing! 5 star meals provided on request. Anita and her husband are both incredibly amazing individuals and their entire family was quite engaging in conversation and an absolute joy to be around. We meant another amazing couple from Germany during our stay. Definitely a great place to visit if you are looking for something off the beaten path, away from the crowds, where you can relax in peaceful surroundings and meet people from different walks of life. 10/10 would highly recommend!!! Can hardly to wait to visit here again!

We stayed here for 4 nights. The Main charm of the accommodation has to be the terrace, which is perfect for a nice bbq. The old town, aswell as the beach are about five walking minutes away. Can definitely recommend!
