Maria welcomed us very warmly and gave many recommendations. The apartment was super equipped, especially the kitchen. However, the trails areas in Seefeld are a good 30 minutes away.

We enjoyed our stay at this gem. The property is right on the slopes, which is ideal for skiing and skiing. The practical ski room and parking in front of the house. Our nice hostess served us freshly baked apple strudel – tasted like it was with Oma! The feel-good atmosphere, characterized by natural materials such as wood and stone, is authentic and luxurious at the same time. We enjoyed the sunset in the lovingly designed relaxation room. A real highlight was the unique and authentic outdoor wellness experience in the hot pot. In addition, we were able to cook outdoors as there was a grill and a fire bowl. Indoor spa area offers a tranquil vibe that feels like a private spa experience. The regional food, the freshly baked organic bread and the meat for grilling were just great. ALPENU - We will definitely be back soon! It was a dream vacation!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location is wonderfully quiet – there are hardly any other buildings in the area, so you can really relax here. The warmth of the apartment was particularly pleasant, which is a big plus in winter. The heating works perfectly, and it was cozy at all times. We were also impressed by the cleanliness – everything was spotlessly maintained. In addition, the apartment is superbly equipped, especially the kitchen offers everything you need to cook without any problems. We felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime!

The surroundings as well as the views were spectacular. If you value nature and a quiet neighborhood, you are definitely in the right place! Very clean, very cozy and quiet

The home stay was very pleasant! The house is spacious and clean. Location was convenient and walkable to the surrounding restaurants and store. We stayed with a group of 7 for snowsports, and it fit our needs perfectly.

Our family had a great time at Michael and Katrins house in Fussen. The house is beautiful Inside and has everything you could need and more. The location is perfect. We wish we could’ve stayed longer and would be happy to come back!

It was all excellent! Super nice area, extremely quiet and great hiking trails directly from the house. We met the landlord briefly, super nice people. Otherwise, you have complete peace, self check-in/check-out also great. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely family weekend there with several kids from teen to toddler. There was plenty of room for everyone, every family or group of children had their room. We had been looking for something cheap and the house was perfect for us. We had deliberately not booked the Ritz. It's been a lot of rules, but as a host you probably don't always have it easy... It was easily possible to register one more person the day before arrival.

It was our first stay booked through Airbnb. We were not disappointed. The place is a dream and absolutely matches the pictures and description. Both we, our children and both dogs felt very comfortable. Everything was thought of and there was even a dog bed and a nap mat. Everything is furnished with love for detail and you feel super comfortable. Just a heartfelt thanks for the great hospitality!

We were in Innsbruck for a workation and had a few really nice days here. The accommodation is very well equipped and has ample space for 5-6 people. Unfortunately, we did not have such good weather and therefore could not use the outdoor areas properly, but in nice weather the various balconies are certainly also a highlight. In addition, the communication with Heidi and Ria was optimal, we always got a quick and friendly answer. We can definitely imagine spending a few more days here.

We had a great stay with two families in this very tastefully decorated and clean house. There were several seating options where you could sit comfortably together and also the kids had fun with the dart board, foosball and table. The communication with the owners was very friendly and that they lived in the apartment themselves during our stay did not bother.

It was very nice with you. Super hosts made us feel welcome right from the start. We'll be very happy to come again.

Very nice atypical rental in an old house, in a nice environment. We took advantage of the free transport to visit the beautiful city of Innsbruck. Very nice veranda space. The access staircase to the rental, a few steps inside and the bathtub a little high could hinder some people.
