Maisey le Duc is a very small village, situated in the « Chatillonnais » at the north of « COTE D’OR »( Burgondy). It stands inside a near future National Park, not very far from famous French towns : CHAUMONT (45 km), TROYES (85 km), AUXERRE ( 94 km), DIJON (94 km) and served by the motorway A5 (50 km/way out 22 or 23) For those who love nature, many walks or rides are possible, particularly in the chatillon’s forest (more than 20000 ha), that starts close to the village.

Une petite maison d'architecte chaleureuse en bois pour deux personnes avec son jardin privatif. Elle se trouve dans un verger au milieu des arbres fruitiers dans le calme et le silence. Située sur une butte, c'est un balcon sur la campagne bourguignonne, dans le Tonnerrois à proximité de Chablis et aux portes de la Champagne. J’habite à côté, je suis très disponible pour des conseils, des suggestions. Un ciel souvent fabuleux pour les amateurs d’astronomie.
