Great flat! Steps from one of the best coffee shops, and a wonderful restaurant across the street as well. Close to a couple different metro stops, and not too far from the Seine either. The space was equipped with everything we needed for a week-long stay. Recommend staying here!

Great apartment. Ramo was very helpful and immediately available if needed. The apartment has everything you need and the jacuzzi and sauna were great added extras and exactly as described. A great way to relax in the midst of being a typical tourist in Paris.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Guillaume and Penelope's apartment. We arrived at the apartment a couple of hours earlier than the check-in time as the host allowed us to drop off our luggage. We were met by Nacim who gave us a tour of the place and provided us with necessary instructions. Accessing the apartment later that afternoon was a breeze and without any difficulty. The apartment was spotless and well-equipped as described. The bed and the pull-out sofa bed were very comfortable and we all slept very well after a long day of sightseeing. Its central location was also a plus, which provided convenient and easy access to major attractions via metro and walking. We would highly recommend Guillaume and Penelope's place for anyone wanting to explore Paris.

Fabulous bohemian apartment within easy walking distance of Gare du Nord. Two metro stations nearby to get wherever you want and lots of restaurants within walking distance too. Road is bustling in the day and evening but up on the sixth floor it is a peaceful haven. My 80 year old Mum managed the stairs well so don’t let that put you off. Very well equipped and comfortable beds. My room had a fantastic view of the Paris rooftops and the Sacre Coeur in the distance which was magical when lit up at night.

A very quiet and snug apartment in a very lively neighborhood. You're right near a bunch of restaurants and bars near Oberkampf/Parmentier but you don't hear a thing because you're in a pedestrian residential passage. I found the apartment very comfortable: the bedroom area is small but the bed was nice to sleep on. I didn't cook much but the kitchen was fully equipped, and there's various shops nearby to get provisions. Barbara was very quick and friendly in our communications, and check-in was clear and easy. Would definitely recommend, particularly for those traveling solo!

Our stay at Philippe’s place was great! Great location, and very big apartment for our stay. Would definitely stay again the next time we’re in Paris!

I have stayed in several short term rental units in Paris and this was hands down my favorite. Perfect for a trip to soak up the city and comfortably relax and sleep. I will seek out this property again next time !!

Our flights were very delayed and our hosts were very flexible with our checkin time. This gated building has a lovely cool courtyard and several ways to exit depending on where you are going.

We had a very good stay with 5 people. The area was wonderfully quiet and there are nice restaurants and cafes in the cozy neighborhood. Perfect place as a base for discovering Paris. 3 sleeping places can be reached with a laser, two on one level. Nice atmosphere, contact with Pauline was very easy and pleasant. We'd love to come back!

Warm welcome by the host. Loved our first experience in an Airbnb. We felt at home with our two teenagers. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment had everything you needed to live there. Small touches were intended for us when we arrived, which was greatly appreciated. Strongly recommend this listing.

We enjoyed our stay, the apartment was great and nestled in a private courtyard. There were plenty of restaurants and stores within a few minute walk and the adjacent park was beautiful. The apartment was well accommodated and very clean. We highly recommend this place and it was a big part of making our first visit to Paris memorable.

Interesting point on land

A very nice Studio that offers real privacy; not opposite. The bed is particularly comfortable (firm). We only had 2 towels available (quickly wet with hot tub etc.); but at our request Anne brought us 2 more towels right away. On the other hand, I would not necessarily recommend the customization of decor, because just the name in false petal for 20 given €, it's dear to my Sense. Anne no longer had a candle, but unfortunately I was not notified (she told me when I asked by message after we left, why so little decor; so as not to do it in front of my spouse whose surprise it was the surprise). Maybe I should have asked for photos beforehand in addition to the price confirmation. The decoration is very beautiful without personalization otherwise. The Jacuzzi was already hot upon arrival 👌 This love room is expensive; but Anne's atmosphere, location, and availability give her good assets. I share with those around me!

Thanks to Sophie for hosting us ☺️ The apartment had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. There were various means of transport nearby as well as restaurants and supermarkets. She was always ready to answer any questions, so I would recommend it without hesitation!

We had a pleasant evening, everything was perfect. Spotlessly clean. The kitchen is very well equipped and as far as the bathroom is concerned, thank you for the products, it's appreciated. Everything is designed to make your evening enjoyable. For relaxation, the sauna is amazing ....as well as the hot tub. The place is quiet and the bedding is of very good quality. I enjoyed hearing the birds chirping in the morning. Mohand is very attentive and I thank him again for the service provided, without which I could not have come. And thank you for the present when we arrived, it was very nice. We'll be back, that's for sure . I recommend this love room without hesitation.

Céline and her husband were lovely hosts, very responsive and helpful for each of our requests. A superb cocoon to enjoy two nights of wellness as a couple. The facilities are optimal and work perfectly. Very pleasant environment overlooking the vineyards. Nice hikes passing at the foot or almost at the foot of the accommodation. Fresh breakfast option appreciated. The photos don't reflect all the comfort of the place. Perfectly clean. Recommended!

Beautiful apartment, clean, easy to walk to from the train station and close to the center of Épernay and the sightseeing areas. The hot tub is a real plus!
