The large, spacious and airy living room upstairs and the most secure and discreet spaces on the lower floor are ideal for reading a book or if you prefer, you can linger under the shaded pergola. It is located in the heart of Valpolicella at an altitude of 350 meters with a mild climate and is surrounded by 4,000 square meters of land with about 95 olive trees, some centuries old, fruit trees and typically Mediterranean flowers. 20 meters from the apartment, there is a cantilevered swimming pool overlooking the organic vineyard, shared with the owners. The pool is 1.40 m deep, 9.50 m long, and 4.30 m wide.
