Niccolo and family was very helpful with the questions, requests, recommendations and transport. Apartment is very nice, shining clean, automated windows. Walking distance to several restaurants, SuperStore supermarket and Gallarate train station. Will stay again for return return trip back to Milan. Highly recommended.

We stayed one night with our two dogs, communication was good with Silvia. We were happy to wake up with the sunrise and amazing view from the balcony.

The stay is quietly located, but a short distance from the boulevard and the lake. The supermarket is also just around the corner. Downtown is close by. In terms of location, therefore highly recommended. There is much to do in Cannobio. Walks, beachfront, shops, nice restaurants... In the apartment everything you would need was available. You overlook the courtyard and that's a nice view. There is no terrace at the apartment, but you can use the courtyard and two common balconies which in our case were always free. There's no air conditioning, but that was easy for us. During the day we let the shutters and in the evening we opened the windows to refresh the room. Towels are provided! What a plus. The one downside is that the WiFi did not work for us. We would recommend this stay to anyone anyone!

The apartment was surprisingly large and the decor modern and quite new, comfortable bed. As some others wrote, the sleeping/living area is quite dark, which is normal for old northern Italian houses. For this, the kitchen with the dining table was extremely bright. Highly recommended for people looking for peace and quiet! Nearest supermarket is 30km away. So if you want to eat, you have to shop beforehand. I would come back.

We really enjoyed staying at Niccolo's. The owner met us at the airport. Since we arrived late at night, we only spent the night there. There were even breakfasts in the apartment, which really helped us out. After breakfast we were able to immediately continue on by train to Milan. We chose this place because it is close to the airport so that the children could go to sleep. Since trains to Milan no longer run this late. We really liked the apartment, I recommend it is worth the money. The place is private, everything was clean, and the apartment is very large. In fact, she looks even more beautiful than in the photo.

Super apartment!Perfectly located - everything you need in the nearby area. Great view of the lake. In the middle of the center but thanks to the new windows, it is still quiet. Parking in the nearby area without problems. Great communication with the landlady. Everything first class!We had a nice vacation!Thank you!

Nice flat to stay for couple of days! Perfectly located in the old town, little noisy for light spleepers, but overall lovely stay!
