Très bel établissement! Neuf, moderne, bien aménagé et extrêmement propre! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la piscine, la climatisation ainsi que les facilités de stationnement.

Nous avons passé un incroyable séjour ! L’endroit est magnifique. Le restaurant vaut vraiment le détour et les espaces extérieurs sont parfait !

Quiet location, secluded, clean pool and beautiful views, clean and spacious rooms, wifi works best at pool but intermittent upstairs depending on room location. There is 80$ euro cleaning fee to be paid in cash, I had 100$ cash remaining so I was ok, so be sure to have cash on hand. Noemi offered recommendations for dinner and supermarket which were great. Overall, good experience for quiet and relaxing few nights.

If you have the chance to stay here, take it. It is, without a doubt, the best place I have ever stayed. Photos don’t do it justice. Sweeping, uninterrupted views of the Tuscan countryside, private terrace & beautiful gardens were peaceful and serene. The spa area was a beautiful, the hot tub was cleverly cooled down during the day, and lit up to enjoy a glass of wine in at night. The apartment itself was absolutely spotless, spacious, and so thoughtfully equipped - picnic baskets, pasta maker, coffee, water, milk, fruits etc. We had total privacy but hosts were always available if we needed anything. Genuinely attentive, kind people went of their way to make our stay special. Since we travelled by public transport, they kindly offered us lifts. Home cooked true Tuscan food for meals were beyond delicious. They produce their own olive oil, wine, honey, cheese, and more. Though not included in the price, very reasonable cost. Best meals we had on our trip! We will be back! Thank you

We had a fantastic stay here with our two kids. Cosimo was very responsive and helpful, he helped us arrange car transfers from the Pisa airport and to our next destination in Tuscany. The apartment is beautiful, a great mix of old charm and modern amenities. Bathrooms had great water pressure and rain shower! Beds were super comfortable! He even left us some fresh bread from the bakery and sliced meats. A great host!! Walkable to everything in San Gimignano, but in a quiet, relaxing alley. I loved being close to the walled area so it was easy to get our luggage into the car less town. Tv was nice to watch Netflix. For our son. Beautiful courtyard. Would recommend and stay again!!

Our stay at La Cetina was nothing short of idyllic. The villa is quiet and peaceful, exactly what we were after. It was a short drive from near villages, but we were more than happy spending most of our holiday on-site, by the pool, in the hot tub, or using the BBQ. Mariana was the perfect host - super helpful even before our trip started, and right until the end with giving us tips for our trip back (and even gifted us some of their homemade honey). On homemade produce: the wines and olive oil that they offer on site are absolutely delicious. We would definitely go back. Thank you!

Posto incantevole, un angolo di paradiso nel cuore dell’Italia. Alessandra e Auro due persone eccezionali, super disponibili e pronti ad accogliere ogni nostra richiesta. Abbiamo alloggiato nell’intera proprietà (Villa principale + 3 appartamenti) per festeggiare i miei 30 anni e posso solo dire che, grazie anche alla location fantastica e al cuore con cui mi hanno accolto Alessandra e Auro, sarà un’esperienza che porterò sempre nel mio cuore. L'appartamento spicca per la posizione perfetta: vicinissimo al centro storico di Siena, tanto da poterlo raggiungere comodamente a piedi in 10', e abbastanza lontano dal traffico delle principali vie da poter godere della pace di una residenza in campagna. La cura nella pulizia e nella manutenzione della villa salta subito all'occhio, così come la cura nell'andare incontro alle richieste e le necessità dell'ospite (nel nostro caso in merito al check-in, le forniture per un bimbo piccolo, l'utilizzo della piscina fuori dagli orari stabiliti). Le dotazioni dell'appartamento sono andate oltre le nostre aspettative, abbiamo fatto buon uso di una macchina per il ghiaccio durante tutto il soggiorno e del gazebo con bbq. L'appartamento è in una posizione stupenda nel centro di San Gimignano, l'host è stato velocissimo a risponderci e ci ha accolti con solo qualche ora di preavviso. Nel complesso un soggiorno breve ma piacevole!

Abbiamo alloggiato nel periodo di Capodanno. Il podere si trova immerso nelle colline toscane, perfetto per una fuga di relax e benessere/tranquillita. Nelle vicinanze sono presenti pochi servizi ma la zona è un ottimo compromesso per chi vuole fuggire dalla routine e allo stesso tempo visitare le zone più belle della Toscana (Montalcino, Valle D’orcia…). La struttura è in stile tipico toscano in sassi. L’appartamento in cui abbiamo alloggiato era adatto alle nostre esigenze, curato nell’arredo (semplice ma piacevole) e dotato di tutto il necessario. Abbiamo molto apprezzato la cordialità e le attenzioni che i proprietari ci hanno riservato all’arrivo e durante la permanenza, rendendosi disponibili per ogni cosa. Questa cura del dettaglio è emersa in diverse occasioni (per essmpio il cestino dí benvenuto con l’olio prodotto da loro, buonissimo). All’esterno sono presenti una sauna e una tinozza riscaldata, é stata un’esperienza da sogno: colline, vino, lanterne, aperitivo, braciere…

io e la mia compagna per il primo maggio abbiamo deciso di soggiornare in questa struttura da favola. Situata in un palazzo storico a castiglion fiorentino (paesino molto più carino di quello ci aspettassimo, visto che il nostro obiettivo era arezzo raggiungibile in 20-30 min) la stanza era veramente incantevole, grande ed arredata con cura.. vasca idromassaggio enorme.. e poi la sauna in camera è stato veramente un plus in più... a disposizione minifrigo con acqua brioche muffin marmellate e altri dolcetti..infine voto 10 alla gentilezza e la premura di fabiana che insieme a suo marito ci hanno accompagnato dal parcheggio alla struttura descrivendo tutto con passione e precisione.....bottiglia di prosecco di benvenuto offerta all'arrivo... che dire..grazie 🙂👋

Unsere Tage in dieser wunderbaren Ferienwohnung in der Toskana hätten schöner nicht sein können. Jeden Morgen erwartete uns eine liebevoll gefüllte Bäckertüte mit frischen Köstlichkeiten aus der Pasticceria – was für ein besonderer Start in den Tag! Schon bei der Ankunft fühlten wir uns willkommen: Die großzügige Willkommensausstattung mit exzellentem Rotwein und feinem Olivenöl aus der Region war nicht nur ein Genuss, sondern auch Ausdruck der außergewöhnlichen Gastfreundschaft, mit der Laura uns empfangen hat. Laura ist eine Gastgeberin mit Herz: immer freundlich, zugewandt und hilfsbereit – sei es mit Tipps für Ausflüge oder einem offenen Ohr für alle Fragen. Ein Highlight war auch das hauseigene Spa. Wir reisen erfüllt und dankbar ab – mit vielen schönen Erinnerungen und dem festen Vorsatz: Wir kommen wieder! Herzliche Grüße und mille Grazie

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and private farmhouse in Chianti. The setting is peaceful and scenic—perfect for a relaxing getaway. Our group of 10 adults and 4 toddlers were all very comfortably accommodated. Ann and Maurizio were exceptional hosts—their attention to detail really made the stay special. From the cozy rooms to the thoughtfully arranged common areas, everything was just right. The kitchen was impressively well-equipped, which made cooking for our large group a breeze. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy the charm of the Tuscan countryside in a quiet and well-cared-for home.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Rocca Prataia! Das Airbnb ist sehr idyllisch in der Natur gelegen und auch der schöne Pool und die Terrasse laden zum Entspannen ein 🌱 Anja hat uns viele hilfreiche Tipps gegeben, sodass wir die Gegend ideal erkunden konnten.

Wir waren eine Woche lang mit unserer Freundesgruppe im Haus von Aldo und seinem Sohn. Die Kommunikation mit ihnen war sehr unkompliziert und bei Problemen wurde uns schnell geholfen. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und wir haben uns von Anfang an wohl gefühlt. Mit der Sauna und dem großen Pool im Garten gibt es kaum einen Grund das Haus zu verlassen. Und falls man doch mal Lust auf einen Ausflug hat, sind gute Eisdielen und schöne kleine Städtchen, wie Cortona, in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Danke für diese wundervolle, entspannte Woche!

Marco's house is fantastic: so comfortable and well-fitted out, with views that really have to be seen to be believed. Beautiful sunsets on one of the two dining terraces was always a highlight. Some pretty walking in the area which is surrounded by olive groves and vineyards. The 5 bedrooms are all a good size and the beds are very comfortable, with ample closet space. It's quiet at night (and during the day too, due to the hilltop location). Very easy to get to the old town, train station, etc using the taxi service. We had a car which we found useful for grocery shopping and running errands (like picking up pastries at Buti most mornings....), but you could get along with out a car bassed on the easy taxi service. Marco is an wonderful host and provides lots of recommendations for restaurants, which are helpful. We had one minor problem with the lock on the kitchen door, which was resolved immediately. Marco is very responsive to texts. HIghly recommended!

très belle demeurre au milieu des champs d oliviers, et sur la Francigena pour ceux qui aiment le vélo ou la marche! Le seul point d ombre est l équipement de la cuisine qui est très basique ainsi que la literie, nous n'avions pas assez de couvertures.

After 8 hours of delay with our flight we arrived in the middle of the night at 2:15am. Nevertheless, Luciano and his daughter were there for us to help us with checkin. The house is super well equiped and everything is there for a great holiday. We really enjoyed the pool, hot tub, ping pong table and beautiful garden. The surroundings and view are spectacular. Communication wiith Luciano was a pleasure and super helpful and responsive. We are thankful to have visited this unique place. Thank you Luciano for welcoming us.

Siamo stati nel bellissimo resort “Casa Conti di Sotto” e l'esperienza è stata davvero bellissima. La bellezza dell'ambiente circostante è semplicemente incantevole. Il nostro soggiorno è stato molto piacevole e i bambini si sono divertiti tantissimo nelle piscine e nei parchi giochi. Il personale è stato gentilissimo e disponibile. Lo prenoteremmo immediatamente di nuovo! Assolutamente raccomandato, soprattutto per le famiglie con bambini! Grazie di cuore Laura!
