Vacation rentals with a sauna in Province of Siena

Very nice property! New, modern, well appointed and extremely clean! We really enjoyed the pool, air conditioning as well as parking facilities.

We had an amazing stay! The place is beautiful. The restaurant is definitely worth a visit and the outdoor spaces are perfect!

Quiet location, secluded, clean pool and beautiful views, clean and spacious rooms, wifi works best at pool but intermittent upstairs depending on room location. There is 80$ euro cleaning fee to be paid in cash, I had 100$ cash remaining so I was ok, so be sure to have cash on hand. Noemi offered recommendations for dinner and supermarket which were great. Overall, good experience for quiet and relaxing few nights.

If you have the chance to stay here, take it. It is, without a doubt, the best place I have ever stayed. Photos don’t do it justice. Sweeping, uninterrupted views of the Tuscan countryside, private terrace & beautiful gardens were peaceful and serene. The spa area was a beautiful, the hot tub was cleverly cooled down during the day, and lit up to enjoy a glass of wine in at night. The apartment itself was absolutely spotless, spacious, and so thoughtfully equipped - picnic baskets, pasta maker, coffee, water, milk, fruits etc. We had total privacy but hosts were always available if we needed anything. Genuinely attentive, kind people went of their way to make our stay special. Since we travelled by public transport, they kindly offered us lifts. Home cooked true Tuscan food for meals were beyond delicious. They produce their own olive oil, wine, honey, cheese, and more. Though not included in the price, very reasonable cost. Best meals we had on our trip! We will be back! Thank you

We had a fantastic stay here with our two kids. Cosimo was very responsive and helpful, he helped us arrange car transfers from the Pisa airport and to our next destination in Tuscany. The apartment is beautiful, a great mix of old charm and modern amenities. Bathrooms had great water pressure and rain shower! Beds were super comfortable! He even left us some fresh bread from the bakery and sliced meats. A great host!! Walkable to everything in San Gimignano, but in a quiet, relaxing alley. I loved being close to the walled area so it was easy to get our luggage into the car less town. Tv was nice to watch Netflix. For our son. Beautiful courtyard. Would recommend and stay again!!

Our stay at La Cetina was nothing short of idyllic. The villa is quiet and peaceful, exactly what we were after. It was a short drive from near villages, but we were more than happy spending most of our holiday on-site, by the pool, in the hot tub, or using the BBQ. Mariana was the perfect host - super helpful even before our trip started, and right until the end with giving us tips for our trip back (and even gifted us some of their homemade honey). On homemade produce: the wines and olive oil that they offer on site are absolutely delicious. We would definitely go back. Thank you!

Lovely place, a slice of paradise in the heart of Italy. Alessandra and Auro are two exceptional people, super available and ready to accommodate any of our requests. We stayed in the entire property (main villa + 3 apartments) to celebrate my 30 years and I can only say that, thanks also to the fantastic location and the heart with which Alessandra and Auro welcomed me, it will be an experience that I will always carry in my heart. everything as described, a beautiful place (almost everything because the tourist tax is 2 euros per day and in the description 1 euro) the house and the area are perfect. Real Tuscany

Anna and Marco have been the most gracious hosts, it felt like being with family friends. One cannot overstate how well positioned this beautiful house is and how beautiful the view over Siena and over the surrounding hills is. It was a mere 15 minutes walk to the city centre, though the house felt like a country side agriturismo with its large grounds and olive trees and gates. We had the most interesting guided city tour with Anna's daughter Claudia, a very knowledgeable art historian with close ties to the city. Even the teenagers liked it. Thanks to Anna, we discovered the most wonderful shop and the best pasticcheria. We hope to come back for a palio race! Thank you, Anna, Mario & Claudia

The apartment is in a wonderful location in the center of San Gimignano, the host was very quick to respond to us and welcomed us with only a few hours' notice. Overall, a short but pleasant stay!

We stayed during the New Year's period. The farm is immersed in the Tuscan hills, perfect for a relaxing getaway and well-being/tranquility. There are few services nearby but the area is a great compromise for those who want to escape from the routine and at the same time visit the most beautiful areas of Tuscany (Montalcino, Valle D'orcia...). The property is in typical Tuscan stone style. The apartment we stayed in was suitable for our needs, with nice furnishings (simple but pleasant) and equipped with everything you need. We greatly appreciated the friendliness and attention that the owners gave us upon arrival and during the stay, making themselves available for everything. This attention to detail emerged on several occasions (for example the welcome basket with the oil produced by them, very good). Outside there is a sauna and a heated tub, it was a dream experience: hills, wine, lanterns, aperitif, brazier...

My partner and I decided to stay at this fabulous property for May 1st. Located in a historic building in Castiglion Fiorentino (a much nicer village than we expected, since the our goal was Arezzo reachable in 20-30 min) the room was really lovely, large and furnished with care.. huge hot tub.. and then the sauna in the room was really a plus... available minifrigo with water, croissants, muffins, jams and other sweets..finally 10/10 for the kindness and care of Fabiana who together with her husband accompanied us from the parking lot to the property describing everything with passion and precision.....welcome bottle of prosecco offered on arrival... what can I say..thank you 🙂👋

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and private farmhouse in Chianti. The setting is peaceful and scenic—perfect for a relaxing getaway. Our group of 10 adults and 4 toddlers were all very comfortably accommodated. Ann and Maurizio were exceptional hosts—their attention to detail really made the stay special. From the cozy rooms to the thoughtfully arranged common areas, everything was just right. The kitchen was impressively well-equipped, which made cooking for our large group a breeze. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy the charm of the Tuscan countryside in a quiet and well-cared-for home.

We had a great stay in Rocca Prataia! The Airbnb is very idyllically located in nature and the beautiful pool and terrace also invite you to relax 🌱 Anja gave us many helpful tips so that we could ideally explore the area.

We spent a week with our group of friends at Aldo and his son's house. Communication with them was very straightforward and if we had any problems, we were quickly helped. The house is superbly equipped and we felt comfortable right from the start. With the sauna and the large pool in the garden, there is hardly any reason to leave the house. And if you feel like taking a trip, good ice cream parlors and beautiful small towns, such as Cortona can be reached in 10 minutes by car. Thanks for a wonderful, relaxing week!

The stay was amazing, the Host Luciano was very nice and forthcoming about any inquiry we had. I can recommend the place to anybody who wants to have a nice, chill time in the hills of central Tuscany.

very beautiful residence in the middle of the olive fields, and on the Francigena for those who love cycling or walking! The only shade point is the kitchen equipment which is very basic as well as the bedding, we did not have enough blankets.

We stayed in the beautiful "Casa Conti di Sotto" resort and the experience was really beautiful. The beauty of the surrounding environment is simply enchanting. We had a great stay and the kids had a great time in the pools and playgrounds. The staff was very kind and helpful. We would book it again immediately! After 8 hours of delay with our flight we arrived in the middle of the night at 2:15am. Nevertheless, Luciano and his daughter were there for us to help us with checkin. The house is super well equiped and everything is there for a great holiday. We really enjoyed the pool, hot tub, ping pong table and beautiful garden. The surroundings and view are spectacular. Communication wiith Luciano was a pleasure and super helpful and responsive. We are thankful to have visited this unique place. Thank you Luciano for welcoming us.
