Host Rosanna was immediately attentive and thoughtful, the place was as described, and we were comfortable. Not very close to the sea but the area is quiet.

The apartment is extremely comfortable and very clean. The furniture is modern and very well maintained. It's exactly as shown in the photos. The location is really convenient: in a 10-minute walk you reach the waterfront, and the path is entirely flat. To load and unload the car we got on the sidewalk in front of the entrance, without however creating an obstacle to traffic, which is not particularly intense in that stretch of road. We had no difficulty finding (free) parking a stone's throw away. In high season I imagine you have to opt for parking at the sports field, however not far away. The lack of elevator is not felt because the 3 flights of stairs have few steps. Silvia was very helpful and available both at check-in and check-out. Very positive experience! The availability of a microwave would have been the classic icing on the cake :) But 5 stars really fully deserved.

We were guests in Barbara's small pretty apartment for the third time. It is centrally located (just a few meters to the center of Finale) and thanks to its location on the 5th floor, it has stunning views of the sea. The apartment is well and functionally furnished - ideal for 2 people.

Daniela is a super friendly and helpful host! Because of my earlier arrival time, she was very flexible and I was able to get into the accommodation a little earlier. Daniela received me personally and explained and showed me everything important. The contact with her was super pleasant. The apartment is in Finalpia in a rather quiet side street, you do not hear traffic or anything else. The location of the apartment is great and you only need a few minutes to the beach, there is a bakery and supermarkets and also some restaurants and ice cream parlors nearby. So everything important is there. The apartment itself is small but nice - on the balcony you can enjoy the sun in the morning and the apartment is equipped with everything important you might need :) I felt very comfortable! Thank you for the lovely stay!!

Very nice and central accommodation both to go to the sea and to the old town. Amanda was very nice and present. We had a good time for just one night.

Our weekend in Varazze and in Laura's xasetta was really wonderful. The house is very clean, the kitchen is super equipped and the garden is a real gem. There are several free parking lots nearby and the waterfront is just a few meters away. In front of Laura's house, there is a newsstand, a bicycle rental, and an amazing focacerria. Laura was very kind and allowed us to postpone the check-out in the afternoon. We will definitely be back!!!

The apartment of Andrea is in a old building. The furniture is old too but everything is functional and clean. The neighborhood is quiet, the terrace is big with a nice view. We enjoyed our stay there. For the price it was OK.

Apartment in excellent condition and very clean, very helpful and courteous host. I just want to warn you that parking in the area is more difficult than expected, especially since the white stripes are actually almost all for residents, because they almost always require a parking disc or resident pass, to park I had to opt for a paid parking garage in the port area, fortunately it is within walking distance and has honest prices.

This is a fairly modern apartment located downtown and close to the sea promenade. It was well equipped with excellent wi-fi and good heating. Very positive experience and we would recommend it.

The apartment corresponded to the description. It is very quiet and is very suitable for exploring the surrounding area. The beach is accessible by a short path. Silvia gives tips on this as well as on the parking space for the car. Silvia is a very good host.

We have stayed at the 'ESEDRA' holiday house for one week, in August 2023. Our apartment was managed by Lorenzo and Francesca. The stay was nice, the apartment - just as described. It has recently been renovated; the central air-conditioning system works well and is very silent, no need to open the window and hence no noise from the street in the evening. The internal acoustic isolation of the building could be better, though: well, it is not supposed to be a family villa. To get to the beach, it takes 3-5 min by foot. Lorenzo was quite helpful and also flexible, for which we would like to thank him again. Overall, a score of five is merited.

Everything was perfect! The view… the garden, the location is 5 minutes by car from the city center! The space is very functional, with everything you need. Not to mention the swimming pool and jaccuzi, beautiful! They're both heated so they can enjoy it mid-season and with an amazing view! 😻 Go there without so much as a second thought!

My son and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment. Angelo was the perfect host and met us at check in to show us around. The apartment was very clean and tidy and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was a treat to stay in such an authentic and historic building. I would definitely recommend this as a great place to stay, close to the old town with great restaurants.

Excellently renovated and furnished apartment. One of the nicest ever visited. There's an incredible attention to detail. The apartment offers a beautiful view of a glimpse of the historic center. Apartment clean and equipped with everything you need. Andrea was an impeccable host, always available and responsive.

We stayed 4 weeks at Mauro's place with 2 year old child. We must say that the place looks even better than in photos. Our kid loved the garden with whirpool. The equipment is basic but we had everything we needed. The area is maybe little bit far from the beaches or center of Loano but the area is very quiet and everything is still very walkable. Great stay overall!

I stayed with my family two adults and two children. We had a great time, the house is comfortable, very clean and tidy, located in an ancient village 360 meters above sea level you can enjoy the beauty and tranquility of the place with a view from the beautiful sanctuary. House not far from the sea for those who want to enjoy the mountain and at the same time also the Ligurian coast. Roberto is a very helpful and responsive Host.

Great hosts, great place! We felt very welcome with Marco and his wife. The communication worked out great, Marco had a lot of tips for activities/restaurants for us. The place was exceptionally clean, with a beautiful terrace and a small private garden area. Our dog was also very happy with Marco and was able to explore the large fenced property. We recommend this place to anyone traveling by car to Liguria and wanting to visit the beautiful small towns in the area. We will be happy to come back!

A little gem at the heart of the beautiful Alassio. A few steps from the pedestrian area and the sea... the apartment corresponds in every way to the listing. You can reserve with your eyes closed.
