Great place to stay. Friendly surrounding. house is comfortable and the kitchen has the basics to cook. mini supermarket around the corner, easy parking nearby, nice starting point to enjoy the town and surrounding. easy contact with the host.

Casa molto comoda e pulita, tutto nuovo e ben tenuto, bellissima posizione vista lago. Andrea è stato davvero cortese e disponibile, torneremo sicuramente!!

If you are looking for the perfect spot for adults and kids, this villa is your place! My family and I had an amazing stay at Antonia’s villa. We had 3 families, including 5 kids aged 1 to 5. The villa is spacious, lots of room for everyone to spread out. Well equipped for children, including all the amenities you would need for young ones. The pool and lounge area overlook a breathtaking view! The animals were a big hit for the children, along with the fruit trees. Adrian brought a smile every morning bringing us fresh eggs, providing food for the animals (for the kids to feed), attending to the pool and grounds, and making sure we had everything we needed. We had Roberta cook us a 5 course meal one night, and the experience was amazing, authentic fresh Italian food enjoyed by all! Antonia is absolutely lovely, we met with her to purchase some of their olive oil. She made us feel at home and was great to communicate with! We had a dream vacation in Italy thanks to Antonia’s!

So sadly the power went out in the middle of our stay, and we ended up having to leave. However, when something like that happens, you learn how responsive the host is, and Patrizia was great. She both did her best to try and fix the problem quickly, and when it couldn't be and we decided to go, she offered a full refund of the remaining stay. Aside from that, the house is in a jaw-droppingly beautiful location with so many great windows that you feel like you're in a painting whether you're inside or out. It was a stunning place to wake up and be every day and we were sorry to leave. Beds & seating & bathrooms were great. Tips: rent a car with good under-ground clearance to get there; the last stretch of road was a little rough. Kitchen had salt and sugar, you'll want to get other staples & seasoning & extra paper goods. There is a giant CONAD superstore in Fara Sabina about 25 min away with everything.

Diese Unterkunft war einfach nur gemütlich! Wir haben uns so gefreut, für uns zu sein und unter Olivenbäumen die Ruhe zu genießen! Die Umgebung ist wunderschön und wir haben uns schnell wie zuhause gefühlt!

Simone war ein sehr netter, freundlicher und professioneller Gastgeber. Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft wohl gefühlt und er hat immer sofort geantwortet. Die Wohnung war für unser Stop over ideal.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful property in Monteleone for our first trip to Italy. The home was perfectly situated, with breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside, even more stunning than the photos. The property itself was peaceful, well maintained, and a perfect place to relax after exploring nearby towns. Giacomo and his family were very warm and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches around the home that made it feel cozy and authentic. Special thanks to Giacomo for helping to arrange the return of an item we left behind. Highly recommend!

Ci sono stati dei problemi di comunicazione all'inizio ma sono stati risolti velocemente. L'appartamento è pulitissimo e come in foto. Ha tutto l'occorrente, è in un ottimo palazzo e la zona è molto buona. E' un appartamento dove si soggiorna molto bene. Lo staff è molto disponibile e ha risolto subito alcuni piccoli problemi che sono insorti. Sono molto soddisfatto di ciò. Una mancanza fondamentale dell'apartamento a mio avviso è l'assenza di prodotti per poter pulire l'appartamento durante il proprio soggiorno, specie se l'ospite sta per più di qualche giorno. Assolutamente necessario ovviare a questa mancanza. Tornerò sicuramente in questo appartamento se avrò bisogno di un alloggio a Terni.

My stay at Felicita's place was perfect. The apartment is cute and cosy, right in the middle of the old town. The highlight was Felicita herself, who was so friendly and went out of her way to recommend the best places to eat and things to do. She provided a map and guidebooks for me to use and sent recommendations of restaurants – I ate in one and it was perfect. 10/10, would stay again!

Tutto molto bene!!! L’appartamento era delizioso, intimo e accogliente. Organizzato bene e molto pulito. Zona tranquilla. Ho dormito bene. Marco è stato gentilissimo. Subito dopo la prenotazione guardando più attentamente ho notato che le finestre della camera da letto non aveva gli scuri e questo sarebbe stato un problema per me. Quando l’ho segnalato a Marco lui mi ha detto che avevano già in ordine il lavoro e che sarei arrivata con gli scuri montati e così è stato. Davvero gentile e attento ai bisogni del cliente. Tornerò senz’altro!!!!

Where can I rate 6 stars here again? Jette and Antonio's estate is a paradise that is run with a lot of heart. The pool and view are simply stunning, the cosy apartment is equipped with everything you need and the tranquillity of the idyllic garden is a fabulous contrast to the hustle and bustle of Rome. The metropolis can be easily reached by train from the nearest railway station, but there are also many picturesque towns and villages in the surrounding Latium to discover. Antonio and Jette provide guests with personalised tips and are great hosts!

Die Unterkunft war wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Die Lage war wie gewünscht abgelegen, ruhig und von Natur umringt. Die Wohnung, insbesondere auch das Badezimmer, war sehr sauber und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die Schlafzimmer nebst Bettwäsche waren ebenfalls sauber. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Die Gastgeberin war sehr gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Jederzeit einen Aufenthalt definitiv wert und empfehlenswert!

This was such a beautiful stay during my 3 weeks in Italy. I was truly taken with the mountains and beauty of the area. The home is very comfortable and peaceful. Luca and Vanna were helpful for me up on check in. I visited Marmore Fall, the lake and nearby villages. The walk down to the falls is downhill, but you can use the bus. Just check Google maps for the schedule and buy a ticket through the SOLGA app or on the bus with cash. I thought the local people were very friendly, despite me knowing no Italian. I didn't want to leave and really hope to come back to visit!

L'alloggio di Marco corrisponde in tutto alle foto. L'host è stato gentilissimo e ci ha offerto un check in flessibile che ci ha consentito di ultimare i nostri giri. La terrazza con vista lago è molto suggestiva e romantica. Io e la mia famiglia siamo stati solo 2 giorni, ma abbiamo trovato tutto ciò che ci occorreva e anche di più, compresi una ciotala ed un materassino per il mio cagnolino. Top. La zona è tranquilla, verde e ben servita. Ottimo punto di partenza per le cascate delle Marmore , Narni, Labro , San Gemini e altre mete note. Di certo ci ritorneremo . Grazie Marco.

Our stay in Spoleto was wonderful, and this apartment and how well it was situated in Spoleto made it all the better. Thank you Giovanni for all your help.

Stefano was incredibly hospitable, attentive, and responsive. Met us as soon as we arrived to help us find the location and gave us a brief tour of the penthouse. The penthouse itself was beyond our expectations. Meticulously cleaned, well-maintained, and very unique. Came stocked with extra towels of all sizes, as well as extra toilet paper and shampoo/shower gel. The car rental company gave us a much larger car than we reserved, which was not ideal for the tiny roads and parking spots in the town. However, Stefano recommended a bigger parking area, which was a tremendous help. Can’t recommend this host and this condo more. It was so nice to feel like we had a friend while in a country where we knew no one.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole. La casa è accogliente, pulita e curata in ogni dettaglio, e ci siamo sentiti come a casa fin dal primo momento. L’Aquila è una città affascinante, ricca di storia e di angoli suggestivi, e il lavoro di rinascita dopo il sisma è davvero commovente e ammirevole.

Everything was perfect. The apartment is even larger than we thought it would be. It was clean and with lot of little details, which make you feels home. Alessandra was also very helpful and communicative. I would book the flat anytime again

Great place to stay! Stephania prepared almost everything you would need under all circumstances. Nice location in the city center close to the park and great restaurants. Love the cat downstairs :)
