We are in the historic heart of the city, a stone's throw from the Valli theater, a 10-minute walk from the central station, on a main street. The apartment can be reached by car and parking is possible for a fee. In the neighborhood there are shops, restaurants and bars and a supermarket. The Minibus stop is below the house where charging for electric cars is also available.

Federica welcomed us with sympathy, availability, advice, a wonderful lunch, chestnut trees from the property's chestnut grove and a clean and well-kept house, also equipped for our 3 children with toys and dedicated spaces. Absolutely repeatable and recommend experience, especially for Apennines in autumn and...lots of chestnuts!

A lovely spacious house, elegantly and stylishly furnished (AB&B photos don't really do it justice). Beautiful tranquil location - apart from the Apennine wolves we heard howling one night (a definite bonus in our book). Lovely walks from the house along the river Dolo gorge, and especially recommend the Golfarone waterfall about 25 mins drive away. A 15-minute scramble upriver brings you to a beautiful pool for swimming under the waterfall. Also lovely local neighbours, who offered us homemade wine and jam. Good local restaurants. Alessandro was extremely helpful and friendly.

Paolo and his wife are adorable. The accommodation is very clean and very well-equipped. Only downsides:wake up at 5:30 am every morning because of the street cleaning.(it's not the fault of Paolo and his wife)

The entrance and main bedroom are particularly charming with the bedroom looking down into the internal courtyard. The management agency is excellent, always available and responsive.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Andreina apartment, a recently well renovated farmhouse furnished with a mixture of modern and historic pieces. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything that we needed. Mathieu and Simona live nearby and were very attentive to our stay. It is always a better experience when the owner lives nearby and tends to the property rather than using an agency. The surrounding area is beautiful. The apartment is perfect for those looking to relax and who are looking to do day trips in the surrounding area. It does require a car. Supplies are available about 10 minutes away in a nearby town.

Ms. Catia's accommodation is comfortable, with a large green space and is very quiet. The beds are comfortable, the house is clean and equipped with a pellet stove, thanks to which we were warm all night. Both she and her husband welcomed us on our arrival and made us feel at home. Thank you!

The place is nice, clean and complete with everything you need to spend a perfect vacation in the Mediterranean lands. We spent a few days at Villa Ferrari and the stay was very pleasant. The house is beautiful, very spacious and easy to get to. Franca was very kind, super helpful and very clear in her explanations. Highly recommended!

Renate's house in Poiano is in a fantastic location. It's incredibly quiet and you have a great view. We particularly enjoyed the hiking opportunities. (For this, we also accepted a journey by car to climb Monte Cusna or Monte Cisa etc. A corresponding app is helpful.) The area offers a lot for all hiking desires and degrees of incline, usually we met only max. 5 people a day; the Italian inhabitants are very friendly! On the mountain bike tours we often ended up in blackberry thorns etc. ; more for the very experienced. We absolutely enjoyed the 14 days!
