Location is great for family holiday if you like cruising between trattorias, hiking, or just spending time in wonderful garden and enjoying the view from the pool. Andrea was very helpful at check in and we received all needed help and information. House is furnished in rustical style and it is big enough and clean. There is also a small grocery in the village. Very nice place and I would for sure like to come back.

The stay at Mrs. Mara's, albeit short, was extremely appreciated. Impeccable cleanliness and a very peaceful area. Very nice and helpful host. Host and location highly recommended.

What a fantastic find! Andrea toured us in our Airbnb, and he also walked us around his estate that includes: a 500 year old church, a vinyard, a wine cellar. If you want peace and quiet after an all day excursion, this is the place. I even used the washing machine and hung up my clothes to dry. It felt like home in Italy.

It is a wonderful place to stay, a small cottage adjacent to a large house, with a large, idyllic garden and a great pool overlooking the whole Tagliamento. Andrea is a very friendly and helpful host who provided us with good information. Within walking distance there is a good alimentari with small bar. For hikers, there is Monte Pala and a beautiful medieval path to Vito d'asio via San Martino- on the front door !

The villa is amazing, the location is perfect and with breathtaking views of the mountains and surrounding area. It is especially family-friendly, very cool place! Giuseppe is a fantastic host, very responsive and friendly, he certainly made sure we felt right at home. We would definitely stay here again, it is a very unique experience in Polcenigo! We had an amazing stay at Giuseppina and Atos's, her dog ;-) The children were immediately taken by the house, the property and all the adventures that this place allowed them to experience. The house was perfect for the 5 of us, very clean, spacious and very well-equipped. The Location was also a strong asset: day trip to Venice by train, sledding sessions just 30 minutes from the house, a dream ;-) Finally, Giuseppina was a fantastic host who knew how to listen, while leaving us our space: we really felt at home.

Really a super nice place where you can completely relax. Mega nice family who can tell you all about the history of the beautiful old property and the region and will be happy to introduce you to their homemade wines during the wine tasting. The stay is a bit more expensive but absolutely worth it! We'd love to come back:)

Romantic, quaint, Italian area with an incredibly great outdoor area incl. Pool. Arrival including parking and check-in worked smoothly (parking is right in front of the Airbnb). The room we had corresponded to the description and was clean. We had chosen the smallest room size, for a longer stay we would definitely recommend a larger one. All in all, we were very satisfied with the stay.
