Fabio was a very good host. He offered a perfect stay for my family of 8 adults +1 dog while attending a wedding in Citta di Castello. The location is about a 15 min drive from town but is surrounded by nature and wonderful views of the countryside. The two appartements are very comfortable and beautiful.

Together with my two children I had the opportunity to spend a wonderful vacation at this beautiful location. The house was great. It is located in the middle of nature, and of course that is what we came for. The observations we have made are never to be forgotten. So we saw a badger, deer and foxes. but also the small fauna was extraordinary. The butterflies, dragonflies, beetles and lizards that crawled on and around the walls of the cottage were beautiful. At night you could even see fireflies in the garden and most importantly we saw a nightjar up to three times. We were kindly welcomed by Cinzia, an incredibly sweet lady, we could go to her with all our questions. We could refresh ourselves in the lovely little river next to the garden, in the swimming pool of the neighboring golf club (with its incredibly friendly staff and good food) and, after a slightly longer drive, even in the sea. It was a vacation never to forget. The house is just fantastic!

We have spent 9 nights in this beautiful place. The house is clean and well-equipped and very spacious. We had our dog with us and she had a great vacation too. Tommaso and his mother Paola are wonderful hosts, always helpful, caring and friendly. Tommaso showed us his telescope as we were lucky to be there over the Easter Full Moon. He gave us very good suggestions for good quality restaurants and places to see. The region is beautiful and there is lots to explore! Highly recommendable for a fun, relaxing and uncomplicated family vacation!

Beautiful villa in a gorgeous setting in the hills. The house and grounds have everything one can wish for. Paolo and his wife were super friendly and you can see in everything how much they care for the property. They also took really good care of us and the kids - the kids might be spoiled for any future vacation :)

We had a wonderful stay at Marco’s place!The apartment is spacious and beautiful and looks even better than in the photos. The bathrooms and kitchen are brand new and very well designed. You can see that Marco has put a lot of thoughtfulness and care in the renovation of his family property with great attention to detail. Marco and his family were amazing hosts - taking care to make sure we were comfortable and offering great recommendations for restaurants and excursions in the area. The flat is very well located within walking distance to restaurants while also having spectacular views that make you feel secluded, and a short drive to the beach. Thank you Marco, we’ll be sure to come again. Highly recommend!

In this great house, I was allowed to celebrate my 30th birthday for a week. I couldn't have done better! Maddalena was a super hostess, always easily accessible and open and communicative for my wishes. The house was even more beautiful than in the photos and many guests want to go there again. The area is very nice, the house hidden, everything clean and cozy. We had great times in the pool and hot tub, on the roof terrace and in many other places. The place is highly recommended and I miss the time there very much! Thank you so much dear Maddalena!!!

Ca I’Severi, a 300 year old stone home in the hills between Furlo and Fossambrone, is as authentic and remote a getaway as you could hope to find in Pesaro-Urbino. Maurizio is a kind-hearted host with a lifelong familiarity with the area and wonderful advice who is restoring his family home overlooking the forests and valley. He is familiar with all the ins and outs of this unique structure. As I was alone, I rented one bedroom (there are others being renovated) above the main living space. I found the place (with some difficulty) using GPS and called the host from the road outside. Recommend arranging an arrival with the host. A “no fault” communication glitch prevented him from anticipating my arrival and he was there in little time from a town nearby. He spent some time with me showing me the essentials (important to be shown things in a place this size. Downstairs is a large family room with wood fireplace (and rather ingenious air circulation system) stone and plaster walls, tiled floors, antique timbers, and functional furniture. A well/stocked kitchen, espresso machine, and an assortment of packaged breads and spreads, juices and milk for your stay. There appears to be radiator heat for cooler times but I was fine in Indian summer with a fire in the evening. This vacation house is operated seasonally. Inside and outside dining areas with large family tables, this retreat shouts“Famiglia!” and would be an idyllic getaway for an intrepid family or small group. Hiking, mushroom picking, exploring nearby towns, the gorge, and lots of opportunities for deep relaxation, nearly off grid privacy, solitude. The remoteness, need for self sufficiency and 1.5 mile dirt access road are the gateways between this secluded house and a bustling world only a few kilometers away.

Cinzia was a wonderful host. The space was comfortable. Its on the ground floor - so it never got too hot.

Beautiful place, lovely location. A splendid view in a territory to be discovered. The house is beautiful. To relax and enjoy the area. We did not meet Verena, who we heard little about and who delegated the management to Sara, who was truly exceptional in managing our requests and welcoming us. As a side note, a beautiful house and furnished with great care, but not too suitable for small children. Congrats!

Eva, Alessio and little Noah resemble the environment they share with guests: a quiet space, a sublime landscape, a gentle and smiling proximity. I would say that you can't ask for more from a vacation stay and those who offer it. We had a wonderful vacation in this beautiful home. Huge spaces that allowed us to manage a large group of friends. The girls have fun playing in the boundless and well-cleaned outdoor spaces. All this is nestled in the Marche hills that I love and just a few minutes from the sea. A stay that I wholeheartedly recommend! Mrs. Lella, who welcomed us, was kind and helpful, ready to solve the small and large difficulties that you have when you are a large group. Worthy guardian of this wonder! Thank you again!

Very family friendly place especially if you have small children they will enjoy the stay. There are some animals, big space to play. The host Giulia and Nathan were great host, very friendly and so accomodative. The place was specious enough, very clean and had all you need even for self catering. It's not far from gubbio if you hope to visit historic places in gubbio and around. Make sure to get yourself the hand balm, it's amazing. Try the honey too. My family is looking forward to visit butterflies rest again soon.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Robinia apartment which was comfortable and well equipped. The beautiful swimming pool area was a delight to come back to after a day's sightseeing and the scenery and views were outstanding. We will return!

Very nice stay, where we could stay here with our friends and family. We were very satisfied with the great outdoor kitchen and pool, here we spent 90% of our time. The decor of the rooms is top, and everything is well equipped. Also with children this is a great stay due to the presence of a swimming pool, plenty of outdoor chairs and a ping pong table. The communication with Nathalie was fast and efficient, where we were always well helped. I definitely recommend this stay to friends and if we need to be nearby again, we want to stay here again.

Farmhouse surrounded by the beautiful Marche nature, minutes away from all the necessary services and 15 minutes by car from the wonderful Urbino. The owners were very kind and super available for any need. The property has been recently renovated with extreme care that you can feel in every little detail. We will definitely be back

We (4 adults, one child and one baby) stayed 12 days in the accommodation and loved it from the first second. The first meeting with Michael and his family was very warm and welcoming. This cordiality has permeated the entire vacation. All rooms in our accommodation were extremely clean and very nicely decorated, you felt right at home. The children were very happy about the pool, which we only found out about on the day of arrival. We got a welcome gift, which is not a given. Also, one of us had a birthday during the vacation and he was also given a little something. I could write so much more, but unfortunately there is not enough space. For us, it was the best Airbnb vacation we've ever had. Anyone who has the opportunity to vacation there should take advantage of it. Thank you for this wonderful stay!
