Vacation rentals with beach access in Province of Nuoro

It is a nice house with a large garden. Really nice to sit right on the beach and then take a dip in the sea from your house. The house has several seating areas in the garden, which is very nice. The outdoor shower is also very useful to rinse off. But it's also nice to rinse off your wetsuit and sup board. The sea also has sea grass and rocks in some places, so it is also nice to snorkel. The only thing we can think of as a point is that we missed some daylight in the kitchen. The cabinets and kitchenette are a little dated, but that also has its charm, fits the house. Lorenzo is a great host, responded quickly to your questions! That's really nice.

We stayed here for a little over a month over Christmas. The place is cozy and peaceful with a nice view of the Sea. You can hear the waves from the patio! We especially enjoyed spending our days wandering the village. Groceries and restaurants are close and so is the bus!

Valentina is an exceptional person, she was always at our disposal and helped us very quickly in case of need..... the village is beautiful and very quiet ☺️

Very lovely apartment, the sea view from the terrace is definitely the highlight! Very nice little village with a great pizza and gelato place. We were 4 adults which I think is the maximum capacity for this place, as the rooms are a bit small. Communication was very friendly and easy, would totally stay here again.

We had a lovely stay at Martino's house! A very relaxing holiday with beautiful sea view from apartment and terrace. Direct access from garden to clear water, sandy pretty bay. Lots of gorgeous bays and beaches to explore near by but we loved our our beach. Host lovely people, we will visit again:-)

We spent 2 weeks with our two toddlers in the semi-detached house and enjoyed our time very much. The large terrace overlooking the pine forest and warm outdoor shower were our highlight. Overall, it was very quiet in the residential area with nice neighbors next door. The two beds under the roof can be reached via a steep staircase with railings. The kitchen is well equipped. The dishwasher was great. The screens in front of all doors & windows are great. So we could sleep cool at night. The nearby beach was mostly covered in seagrass in October. But still beautiful for walks and great views. Marco was always easily accessible and very helpful. The dear cleaning lady still provided us with toys. There was a sun umbrella and extra bath towels. We were allowed to stay longer on the departure day because of the late return flight. Thank you again for this! We keep our Sardinia vacation in the best memory!

Staying in Carlo's house was very pleasant, the house is tastefully furnished and perfectly equipped. The outdoor patio with the wisteria pergola and banana tree offers a cool and intimate shelter. Carlo is an attentive host, he welcomed us by offering lemons and beans from his garden and was always available. Great accommodation, with beautiful view over the sea. We really enjoyed sitting in the little garden in the shade, cooling off from a day in the sun. Cala Gonone is beautiful, and I recommend renting a boat to explore the shoreline.

We had a wonderful stay at Matteo's house, which is nestled on a hill surrounded by bushes and rocks, offering a truly private retreat. The beautiful views from the property added to the overall charm of our experience. There is decent outdoor space for sunbathing, complete with an outdoor shower and a grill, making it perfect for enjoying the sunshine. The spacious driveway can easily accommodate several cars, which is a great convenience. The sandy and quiet beach is only about a 20-minute walk away, enhancing the location's appeal. A lovely touch was the bottle of wine left by the owner, along with a few snacks, coffee, and tea, which we could enjoy for breakfast since this was our first stop and we hadn’t had a chance to buy any food on the way. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. However, we did encounter a little issue with water pressure, which might be problematic if you’re looking to wash your hair. Overall, it was a lovely getaway in a serene setting.

Ivo is very helpful and kind host, he shared lot of useful information eg. place to eat, shop, local footpaths. Accommodation was very clean, well equipped, situated in very quiet area with seaview. Hint for cat lovers- you can expect regular, cute visitor 🐈 I can definitely recommend Ivo and his accommodation for your stay 👍👍

Even though we only spent two nights at the Airbnb, we had a wonderful stay! We liked the Airbnb very much, everything as described and the garden was especially nice! In April, we had the beach almost to ourselves. Swimming was even possible, so feel free to bring beach towels. There are no restaurants within walking distance in the low season, but we were able to cook very well in the kitchen. We will be happy to come back!

This little bungalow was perfectly located by the beach where we spent the majority of our time. Cozy and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Super nice house with everything you need, large garden with fruit trees and total peace! Beautiful beach within walking distance and also some good restaurants! Pier was very helpful and always super fast with communication. We once had a problem with the water and his very dear mother came right away and fixed the problem. We will be happy to come back!

Highly recommend this apartment! The owner was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful – thank you so much! The location couldn't be better, being central with a supermarket, cafes, and restaurants just a 5-minute walk away, and the beach only 10 minutes away. The beach is fantastic and perfect for families with children. The town itself has a lovely, peaceful atmosphere with beautiful view on the mountains. We are so grateful to our host for providing everything we could possibly need. The apartment was fully equipped for cooking, laundry, and even had all the necessary cleaning supplies. We were impressed with the amount of storage space available in the wardrobes for our clothes and belongings, and there were even extra towels provided. A real highlight for us was the enclosed open terrace. This was a huge bonus as it allowed our 1-year and 10-month-old to play safely outside without us having to worry. This made our family vacation so much easier and more enjoyable.

the accommodation is wonderful for those who want to spend a vacation near the sea, with access to the beach literally a 3-minute walk away. In addition, many of the most beautiful beaches in the area are less than 20 minutes away by car. Melania is a wonderful host, kind and attentive to every need. New remodel. Clean. Easy to find. Walking distance to the beach, port, restaurants. Be aware of problems with parking.We were unable to park our rental Fiat 500X at the property - with cars parked on the street there is no enough clearance to enter past the gate. Cala Gonone is a very popular town with limited parking. Smart car or a motorcycle can park there.

We had a lovely stay in Maria‘s appartment! It was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. The beach and the supermarket as well as a couple restaurants were a quick walk away. Our only struggle was that the mattress did not feel the most comfortable to us. We absolutely loved everything else!

Beautiful view and easy to find. Close to the coast and shops. Parking is pretty tight to get in and out so be wary if you have a larger car. But would recommend very highly. Host was responsive and proactive. Had a great stay.
