The house is well located for those who plan to take advantage of the ski resorts, located in a very quiet and clean condominium. The house is kept in good condition, cozy and quite equipped. The host was really very helpful with everything: very flexible check-in and check-out times, ready to respond, and made himself available for anything at any time, although he was not physically present in the structure. Disadvantages: there is no wifi connection, and we had several problems using the hot water, probably due to a malfunction of the heater, but the owner has already done so. Overall satisfied, if Mr. Claudio will solve the problems with the hot water I will be very happy to come back!

Giuseppe is very available in communications, the house is comfortable and practical, in 4 with 2 children the spaces begin to be a little tight on a long time, a single closet in the living room. The location is strategic in both summer and winter. Good value for money. We were there on New Year's week, and I'd love to come back for the winter holidays.

Very central house, Mattia is a host who is always available and responsive. Although small, the house is a valid alternative for a short weekend for 4 people…. Nothing is missing. Finally, a very comfortable mattress.

the host Luigi was really kind and very helpful with his valuable advice; his apartment is very spacious but maybe a little too cold, definitely for the short notice of our reservation; for the cleanliness there could be a little more attention to spiders and cobwebs. Breakfast had a wide choice of drinks and snacks, Luigi also provided milk packs! The Christmas tree on when we arrived was really nice and the view around the apartment is spectacular! For those arriving by car, pay attention to the parking below the house, those who have an off-road vehicle can do it better, for sure 🤣 Highly recommended!

Very good accommodation, worthy of the description and photos. There is one bathroom per bedroom and the kitchen is very well equipped. The terrace is a real plus.

Property located in the town square next to the castle of Monteroduni in a historic building, on 3 levels. The view from the top floor is beautiful, the renovation is good, air conditioning excellent comfort. The only element to improve perhaps the bathroom of the third level, whose shower is perhaps a little small. It would be helpful to have a change of pillows, and a bottle of water upon arrival.

We felt as if we were at home, everything was impeccable, the neighbors were very friendly and Mrs. Paola was always very helpful and caring, we will definitely return, a really beautiful place, an impeccable stay!❤️

Very nice and hospitable apartment, perfect for visiting Alfedena and its surroundings. Outdoor space with a very nice view! The house is equipped with everything you need. Francesco was very responsive and gave us all the information we needed, present without being intrusive.

What a lovely little town! Very quiet about 10-15 minutes off the main highway the little village is quaint with friendly neighbors. Anna the host was very helpful and welcomed us with fresh mozzarella, pasta and sauce. We enjoyed horse back riding and went to the local lake which was fun. You will definitely get your steps in walking up the steep roads which we loved.

Pietro and his family were very friendly and welcoming. They pointed us to nice places and restaurants, sold us their own olive oil and local wine.

We stayed in this house in Roccaraso with my family and had a great time! The location is perfect, right in the center, convenient to reach everything on foot. The house is cozy, functional and well equipped, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Finally, a big thank you to the host, who was extremely kind, helpful, and accommodating. Great location, close to the slopes, with a breathtaking view.

We had a great short stay. We decided last minute for a couple ski days Check in was super easy. Great instructions sent. Super warm and cosy. Comfy beds. Maybe take your own towels if you prefer fluffy towels as these were like using a napkin but that’s just personal preference Could do with some wine glasses too. The location into the old town is amazing. Everything you need. 10 min drive from the large main ski area

Perfect house and in a great location for skiing. The only drawbacks are the extra money for cleaning, in my opinion a little excessive and the lack of night activities for young people. In addition, the check-in time has been changed several times and we only had the final check-in time once we arrived at the hotel. However, the cleaning lady was quite responsive and easy to contact

I spent 4 days in Barrea with my husband and our 3 children. The apartment matches the description and photos, clean and with a beautiful view of the lake from the two terraces. In a few minutes you can climb the viewpoints and the historic center (really beautiful). Restaurants, bakery, and other small shops within walking distance (restaurants are worth booking, especially on August weekends!). Nearby there are many nice activities to do with children (we took the tour with chamois horses and the visit to the deer center for example).

We had a great time, the accommodation was very comfortable and very close to the center of Barrea, within walking distance. Claudia was very helpful and we also appreciated the welcome gift! Recommended for those who choose to enjoy a vacation in relaxation and adventure, given the many activities that nature reserves for us. Thank you for everything, see you soon!
