Vacation rentals with breakfast in Province of Frosinone

I enjoyed everything about this rental; the location, the apartment itself, richness of sights and activities in the area, and most of all the wonderful friendliness and generosity of the hosts, Rita and Pino. The apartmemt is on the 2nd floor (1st floor according to Italian numbering) of a country house (“casale”) amidst woods and farmers’ gardens. It’s easy to get to the area but even google maps was confused about the last quarter mile. It is nicely furnished and generously supplied with food - much more than minimal breakfast. Pino came by later to add fresh vegetables from the garden. Rita and Pino were the perfect hosts, responding immediately and helpfully to questions and requests but never being intrusive. I hope to return, and I highly recommend Pino and Rita’s casale.

We had such an amazing time at Cati's place! The apartment itself is simply stunning: modern, clean, has all the necessary amenities (and even more!) and decorated in a very charming and special way by Cati herself. You can see how much effort she put into this place that carries her style and talent. It's located in the heart of Carpineto Romano and you can walk around. The views are stunning. Communication with Cati was always easy and instructions are clear. We would love to come back! Thanks for everything Cati!!!

Very good accommodation, up to the description and photos. there is one bathroom per bedroom and the kitchen is very well equipped. the terrace is a real plus.

the house is exquisite, perfect for a couple. The second room and the double room are attached to each other so either you know each other well or maybe it could be a little strange if you are more than a couple. the village is nice in the middle of the greenery and all in all Venafro the city under the farmhouse basin and well connected. So cool at night. Fantastic courtyard for evening dinners (beware of🦂) Giuseppe was very courteous and also made us find fresh water when we arrived, very appreciated! Soaps and more all available. The only thing maybe the mattresses are a little hard:) thanks for everything and next time!

Very nice stay, the house is located near the sea, it is very close to the center, it has many spaces to enjoy all the hours of the day, it is super equipped , it has a good TV with the most updated apps. We had a great time, my children had a great time being able to carve out all of them , thanks to the predisposition of the house. Have a nice vacation

Great clean place! Very practical close to downtown! Well-equipped and has everything you need. The shower is too small though. Roccavivi is always so beautiful and you can eat a fairy tale very well! We'll definitely be back!

We left Rome to escape the heat. We were looking for a quiet place, in the cool, surrounded by greenery, where you can stay with our two dogs and from where you can explore the surroundings with excursions, visits and various activities. Casa Rosella is the perfect place for all this. The property is a jewel that exceeds the description and photos, however true to reality. The cleanliness and attention to detail immediately make you feel welcome. Antonio is a great person, discreet and at the same time extremely caring and attentive. He pampered us with local natural products, great figs, jams, and cookies. The care of the outdoor space reflects her love for the countryside. Everything is well-defined, allowing us to leave our two dogs free. Great location for neighboring visits (literally 5 minutes from the arch caves and 15 minutes from Subiaco, a little extra for Trevi and Jenne Falls but still very comfortable). Don't miss out!

We spent 1 night in Cassino on our way to Puglia. Massimilianos' apartment was extremely well-appointed and in a central position with a short walk to bars and restaurants. The apartment hosted a big, stylish shower bathroom and a comfortable bed. The extra touches of quality towels, shampoo, and robes were appreciated. It was extremely reasonably priced and exceeded our expectations..

Restful and relaxing stay - great location when breaking your journey from south to north. Added bonus of being able to see Monte Cassino - with a great views from the apartment. Clean, well provisioned and friendly host.

Clean and tidy room, with new furniture and air conditioning. Different food available for breakfast and snacks, very welcome. Free parking is available right in front of the accommodations.

Francesco & his wife were wonderful hosts! They were very flexible with check in & out times, we even extended an extra night last minute! The home was very clean and looked just like the photos. It is located in a nice quiet area of town. The 2 AC units in August were great for the summer heat. We would highly recommend their home & hope to be back!

Giuseppe was very kind, he waited for us until late despite our delay. The environment is clean and welcoming, B&B style (the real ones). He made us breakfast and told us a very interesting story. If we go back to that area, we will definitely come back!

Great place for a stay in Sora. Very clean, warm and comfortable. Straight 15 minute walk to the old town centre. Would stay again and recommend!

My partner and I visited Villetta Barrea for a weekend. We found a splendid accommodation in Ellera Verde, right in the center of Villetta Barrea and with a splendid view. Leandrina was immediately very welcoming, friendly and helpful, sharing her experience of the place with us, and providing us with a great breakfast in the morning. The place is quiet, well connected by car with all the main walks and places of attraction in the area, just the relaxation we needed!
