Vacation rentals with beach access in Province of Ferrara

Leo is a very nice host, quick to respond and engaged. The place is nice, has all the amenities you need (beach towels!)and it's close to the beach. Overall excellent place and for a good price too.

Mrs. Aga was very kind to provide us with useful information before and during the stay, we had a great time with her! He left us a welcome sparkling wine and water, plus bathroom, kitchen and cleaning products were also available, even the umbrella, in short, the apartment was equipped with everything you need to live there. The house is a little dated, with a small kitchenette, but for a vacation it is more than good; in the bathroom I would recommend putting a shower instead of the curtain: it would be easier! Very nice terrace, large, you can eat. Everything is well cleaned. The neighboring area does not offer entertainment, nor clubs or shops within walking distance, it is good for those who have children and/or want a holiday in tranquility: sea, pine forest, canals. The pine forest 200m from the house is actually a natural reserve where you can see free deer live, up close: it was a beautiful surprise! We are satisfied with our stay and recommend it to others for sure.

It's a relatively small but well equipped apartment with a surprisingly large terrace with a nice view. The apartment was spotlessly clean. It is close to private beaches and about 10 min walk to a public beach. There are restaurants nearby, including a piadineria, our favorite. Patrizia was a great host and always very responsive. The drawback (quite typical for Italy) is the parking. The spaces in the yard are not allocated to the apartments and, although they are behind a barrier, they were crowded at weekend. Once we had to park outside because the yard was full. Also the WiFi sucks. But those were minor things, we enjoyed our stay and the sea.

The apartment is small but very cozy and well furnished. Great value for money, and also in a good location. I highly recommend it to those guys who want to enjoy the sea and the parties with an eye on the budget. Daniela is helpful and kind, and welcomed us with a nice smile, which you should never take for granted :-)

Spacious and comfortable place, clean and very well furnished. Ample outdoor, well-equipped, and shaded space. The area is quiet and comfortable to get around on foot or by bike. The host was very kind and attentive. Recommended for families with children.

Very nice place with great value: very spacious house, in three people we were more than comfortable and probably would have been the same even if we had 4! It's very welcoming, with a nice private garden; ideal for relaxing! Highly recommended

Lovely house with two large decks, a grill and a large outdoor table. House has everything you need for comfort of stay. In hot weather, the air conditioner helps a lot, it is in the kitchen, but cools the whole house. The apartment is next to the sea and close to nice restaurants. Clean and tidy house, spacious both indoor and outdoor spaces and convenient location to reach the beach and center on foot. The host is very friendly and helpful. We had a great time.

The apartment is nice and cozy, it has everything you need to spend a few days inside. The only air conditioner present in the living room is enough to cool the bedrooms. The apartment is a stone's throw from the beach, the location is really great. Also, despite the fact that it does not have parking and despite it being a weekend, we were able to find parking on the street of the residence without problems. The host was very friendly and helpful.

host Giorgio is extremely kind and helpful, always present but never intrusive, a friendship, a polite person and a pleasant company, always available if necessary, a place very close to the sea , take early morning walks on the beach to Portogaribaldi or from the other lake towards the shore of the Nations and beautiful, aperitifs on the beach at honest prices, restaurants and pizzerias nearby , very well served bathrooms in short, there were holidays to recommend and remember.

Gianpiero's house is really a small gem... really complete with everything, we didn't miss the comforts of home... the garden is very spacious, with a BBQ, convenient both for the car and for eating outside... I would be more than happy to come back... Giampiero even if we didn't have the opportunity to meet was very present, nice and very responsive, even solving a small issue we needed in no time... great experience

We stayed in the apartment for 4 days. The apartment was very quiet, minutes from the beach. It is well equipped, everything you need for a stay was provided. Very clean. Access is via an app or internet, you should be careful to have mobile data and a connection to the internet.

Top-notch swimming pool (pity there are only 2 sun loungers for the apartment). Very functional apartment with much appreciated air conditioning! The small bedroom does not have a window to the outside (only on the lobby)! A nice stay for my daughter's dance internship in Comacchio!

Greta welcomed us in a very friendly way in her beautiful and lovingly furnished apartment and gave us helpful tips. The beach is within walking distance. We enjoyed the large terrace very much and liked to use it for shared meals and evenings. Thanks for the wonderful time! Best regards

We stayed for 14 days - 2 adults and 2 infants. The handover of the apartment was seamless and kind. Fulvio was not present, but he provided a nice refund. The size of the apartment matched our needs. Everything is very practically furnished. I recommend it for longer cooking options. The apartment was luxuriously equipped. The beach has an umbrella with a sun lounger and a beach chair. There was a little sand on the ground when we arrived, which we realized it was impossible to get rid of it completely:D A few things were from animal hair - nothing major (pillow, bed cover). The washer has a program to remove them and it works great :) We stayed the last 14 days in August. We were unlucky to have a large number of algae in the sea that was completely cleaned 2 days before departure. The beach is full of shells and we also saw a crab every day. Overall, great for me.

Small studio but with everything you need for your stay in a location near the beach and downtown. Very kind host, always available and very quick to respond to our requests! Highly recommended!
