The property overlooks the medieval village of Pretoro, on the Forum Valley. The guest side is step-free. The hostel has single beds. Shared services, divided by gender and disabled, with all the comforts. We provide complimentary kit: shower towel, face towel, shampoo, soaps, headphones. The living rooms are suitable for meetings, games, conferences and workshops. The canteen offers traditional Abruzzo dishes. The large beech organizes summer camps, volunteering, and stays.

"La Loggia" is a wonderful room of 25 square meters with stone and brick walls, distributed on two levels, with no sea view. On the entrance floor, there is a bathroom with crystal walls, an open shower and a Lupi downtown room bathtub. On the loft and loft, which is accessed with a comfortable staircase, is the double bed. The lower floor receives natural light from two large skylights on the mezzanine floor.
