Vacation rentals with beach access in Province of Chieti

We are really satisfied with our stay in this apartment, modern and clean with a big terrace overlooking the Adriatic sea. Each room in the apartment is air-conditioning, and WIFI is available as well as a parking in the garage. The location is perfect, 10 min to the beach, and restaurants. Walking distance to the old city of Vasto, Center Storico Vasto. Alberto was very nice to pick up us at the train station, and drive to the apartment. He also took the time to show us around, and recommend some places to eat and shop. I will be definitely come back, and recommend Alberto as the host to all my friends and relatives. If you are in Vasto Marina, this is the great place to stay!

Barbara e suo marito ci hanno accolto con gentilezza e cordialità, hanno mostrato dettagliatamente l’alloggio e le sue caratteristiche. Si sono resi molto disponibili dandoci consigli ed informazioni utili. L’appartamento era molto pulito e ben attrezzato per delle famiglie, comprese le dotazioni per i bambini. Ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene. Lo consigliamo.

La casa è molto spaziosa, comoda ed essendo sul mare molto ventilata. La vista è stupenda, l'accesso al mare non comodissimo, ma se piacciono gli scogli è fantastico.

Lille lejlighed med skøn udsigt til de smukkeste solopgange på dejlig terrasse. Fungerede fint som base. Køkken lidt småt - men heldigvis super gode muligheder for fantastisk mad til rimelige penge i køreafstand. Alberto er en skøn vært og gav os fantastiske anbefalinger på udflugter og spisesteder. Ikke mindst det lille marked om fredagen i kort afstand fra huset. Her startede vores morgen også hver dag med skøn kaffe på det lille kaffested. En del var lukket ned for sæsonen omend vejret stadig var fantastisk. Dette gjorde dog ikke vores 9 nætters ophold mindre fantastisk. Tusind tak Alberto for alt din information og fleksibilitet ift. indtjekning. Vi har haft en fantastisk ferie og håber at komme igen.

l'appartamento fi Sara è in posizione ottimale ,pochi passi dal mare,e dal centro di Vasto Marina. Vasto raggiungibile in 10 minuti fi auto. casa comoda con tutti i confort,ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Maison située au milieu des vignes et des oliviers. Calme avec vue sur mer et la montagne. Prestation de qualité avec de grands espaces intérieurs et extérieurs et surtout une piscine incroyablement grande. Excellent séjour.

Eine wunderbare Unterkunft bei einem sehr freundlichen Gastgeber. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

The view and location were spectacular! Steps to restaurants and the beach! It was perfect!

Es war wirklich eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit allem was man braucht, tolle und stilvolle Einrichtung. Durchdacht mit den Aufbewahrungsmöglichkeiten für die Kleidung. Induktionsherd und Waschmaschine und einer Regendusche. Wunderschön mit dem Holz an der Decke und wichtige Klimaanlage in jedem Raum. Vermieter waren immer errwichbar und haben sofort geantwortet. Check in und Check out waren super und persönlich durch die Vermieter. Können wir nir empfehlen. Es ist eine sehr schöne und eher belebte Umgebung mit einem wunderschönen Strand.

Nous avons occupé les deux appartements pendant une semaine au mois d’août . Notre premier critère était de des trouver un logement pour 15 personnes pour des vacances en famille enfants et cousins . Nous voulions un logement confortable avec un extérieur pour les grandes tablées familiales . Et être à proximité de la Mer pour que chacun puisse être autonome à son rythme . En cela la villa Arzilla a été parfaite ! En plus nous avons été accueillis par des propriétaires très sympathiques qui ont été très à l’écoute de nos besoins et hyper réactifs! Même si cela reste secondaire Le style des appartements nous a beaucoup plu avec son esprit brocante vintage ! La petite plage accessible à proximité n’est pas paradisiaque il y a bien sûr des plages plus jolies aux alentours mais à nous elle a beaucoup plus car elle était notre plage quasi privée très peu fréquentée et aussi parce que nous avons pu y apporter tout le matériel de plage lits et parasol mis à disposition par Les propriétaires . Pour y être plus à l’aise je vous conseille de faire la connaissance de Mario le « patron » de la plage et de vous en faire un allié . Malgré son Apparence acariâtre il est très sympathique et il vous racontera son histoire de grand styliste et de grand nageur ! Bonnes vacances à la villa arzilla à la découverte de la magnifiQue région des Abruzzes !

Per chi vuole trascorrere la vacanza in assoluta tranquillità direi che casa Magnolia è il posto ideale. La signora Nicoletta ci ha accolti con entusiasmo e si è resa molto disponibile. Noi avevamo le e-bike, abbiamo scelto quella casa perché potevamo ritirarle nel cortile , caricare le batterie e raggiungere con facilità la ciclabile della costa dei Trabocchi.

Beautiful little spot, very clean and modern. A great location being a stones throw away from Vasto Marina. Private parking spot is an added bonus!

Siamo stati felicemente colpiti dall'accoglienza che abbiamo ricevuto e dalla struttura, pulita e ben organizzata. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa nostra. Inoltre, lo scrivo perché merita, c'è una bellissima pista ciclabile lungo tutta costa, lunga 40 km, con la quale in bici puoi andare dove vuoi, goderti il panorama e non pensare a traffico e parcheggio.

Wir waren 2 Monate in Giselas Wohnung und haben es so genoßen! Die Wohnung ist wunderbar gelegen und man hat den ganzen Tag das Meer vor seinen Augen. Auch die Terrasse ist besonders toll und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Das Internet war sehr schnell und wir konnten problemlos zeitgleich Video Calls machen. Um die Wohnung herum sind fußläufig vielen Cafés und Restaurants zu erreichen. Gisela ist eine sehr herzliche und aufmerksame Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns die ganze Zeit sehr sehr wohlgefühlt und wären am liebsten noch ewig geblieben. Wir haben uns hier wie zuhause gefühlt. Vielen Dank für die wunderbare Zeit bei dir! Wir kommen wieder :)

What a view! Also, the place is very spacious and the kitchen well-equipped. We enjoyed our stay. We were grateful for the wine, cheese and salami too! We did have trouble finding where Michele had sent us the pin to park....heads up, both Google and Apple Maps aren't always the best in Italy. We found this consistently on our 2.5 week stay in various locations large and small.

Host gentilissima, ci ha aspettato e personalmente ci ha fatto visitare l'appartamento che è ben diviso e luminosissimo... comunque uno di quei posti che ti danno il buon umore. Posizione vicinissima al centro di Marina di San Vito Chietino e a 200 metri dall'imbocco della pista ciclabile.

We loved our stay at Giuseppe's place. Had some difficulties initially finding the place but the host was very responsive and helped us find it. The apartment is spacious and has everything needed (especially lovely towels). You can see the beach from the balcony. Train station right next to the building so you can hear the trains but that did not bother us and it was helpful for catching the train. We especially loved that the Via Verde cycle path is basically at the end of the road - our children loved the easy and safe cycle to Vasto marina! All in all we had a great time and would happily come back.

Très bonnes prestations. L’appartement est parfait. La piscine dans un cadre très agréable. Les hôtes très accueillants, disponibles et attentionnés . Nous recommandons cette location.

Alloggio molto carino nelle vicinanze della spiaggia. Bel terrazzo soleggiato al mattino com vista sul mare, godibile per pasti all'aperto. L'appartamento era attrezzato con tutto il necessario, anche con un ombrellone e una seggiola. Anna è sempre stata raggiungibile per consigli utilissimi sui dintorni

Alloggio pulito e dotato di tutti i confort, vicino a spiagge e tutti i servizi utili alla permanenza. Host gentilissimi e accoglienti. Consigliato per un soggiorno rilassante

Casa molto carina e dotata di tutti i comfort in un contesto signorile con posto auto interno, posizione fantastica occorre semplicemente attraversare la strada per andare al mare o per raggiungere la pista ciclabile ed essendo ubicata nella centrale Piazza S.Alfonso si trovano tutti i tipi di attività e servizi oltre ai vari eventi che vengono svolti nella suddetta piazza, volendo si può non utilizzare la macchina per tutta la permanenza. La consiglio vivamente anche a famiglie con figli per la praticità e la tranquillità del posto. Il Sig. Michele persona simpatica e disponibile ci ha fornito tutte le spiegazioni all'arrivo ed è rimasto a disposizione anche durante la permanenza. Esperienza da ripetere.
