Vacation rentals with breakfast in Province of Arezzo

My friends & I spent 5 days at Il Casone in May, and what a delight it was. The Villa is both isolated and a short drive to various levels of towns and shops, cafes, and restaurants as needed. And of course a well equipped kitchen to cater for yourself. We were met by Roberta, the hosts father, and had a wonderful introduction and tour of the garden, the history and stories of the house and area, eventually we were allowed inside! It was a great welcome and Roberto was a good help to us many times we had questions the Villa is nicely renovated, farmhouse style and has everything you need it is very clean and good for people, like me, who might have mobility issues as it is all on one level and has wall in showers. While there we did a full day tour of the Chianti region which was great. They picked us up at the Villa and we visited two places to taste and also had lunch - do this! We loved our rural Idyll and would recommend Matteo’s Villa enthusiastically! Thanks Matteo & Robert

The apartment is in a cozy and peaceful location. I’m really glad we chose this place for our stay with friends – it’s very clean, comfortable, and has a lovely little balcony. Francesca is a true example of how a host should welcome guests: she provided all the necessary information quickly and greeted us warmly. Highly recommended!

A very nice stay, in a beautiful area, complete relaxation in the middle of nature, near charming villages. Very large and well cared for house, with excellent amenities. A beautiful garden, overlooking the hills. Very well-stocked dispensing of breakfast products and more. The gifts of wine, egg and Easter dove are very welcome. Exceptional amenities also for our dog. Really very kind, friendly and helpful hosts. We had a great time and would have liked to stay longer. Thanks to Monia and Paolo

Accommodation suitable for a relaxing vacation, equipped with all services (unfortunately internet takes little). Communication with Tiziana is very effective. Beautiful surroundings, less than an hour from Urbino and twenty minutes from San Leo.

Sabrina was the perfect host. Helped us with anything we needed. She met us in person several times.

If I could, I would give it 6 stars! Giovanna and her husband were very welcoming and super helpful, we felt right at home! The accommodation is even more beautiful in person than in the photos, very clean, equipped with everything you could need. The surrounding area is very quiet surrounded by greenery, with easy access to several trails, perfect for those who love being in the middle of nature. We will definitely be back!

This place is set in beautiful surroundings and is very quiet. You do have to drive to everything so you will need a car. Sunset is magical.

So good place to relax in quite and beautiful place. Location and views are amazing. You can reach nice place by car pretty easy. Hosts are very hospital and friendly.

Very helpful host. Place in line with the description. Complete with everything you need and fully functional as a base for visiting Siena or Val d'Orcia. It is a studio apartment on the ground floor of a residential complex, but well furnished and sheltered. Bye Clara

We were a New York City family of 3 adults and two children. Our stay was 6 days. Andrea and Armando were exceptional hosts! This is a large, professionally managed property with many different apartment villas. They made excellent restaurant, activity, and wine tasting recommendations. They responded quickly and politely to every inquiry (we have a thread of 50 emails before and during our trip). We even met the owner of the winery who was super kind and accommodating. They speak perfect English. Before arrival, they provided a high chair and infant crib at no charge. I cannot thank them enough for how hospitable and kind they were. The villas are very nice and rustic. We had a large fridge, coffee machine (with ground coffee at no charge), dishwasher, access to free laundry, and parking. Modern fixtures were available. Showers were hot and functional. Didn’t notice any serious bugs, which is impressive for wine country. Plates and silverware were also on site. You can request housekeeping when you need it. Wine tasting is a must. They have delicious Chianti Classico. Also recommend the meat and cheese tasting. Beyond their delicious wines, they recommended other wineries, which were wonderful. We were there for a week and frequented recommended casual restaurants La Barca (5 minute drive) and Pizzeria Napolitana [sp] (13 minute drive). A wonderful recommendation was Laconda del Tartufo. There is a small supermarket 8 mins away by car, which has everything you need for breakfast, snacks, bottled water, etc. They also booked a truffle hunt on the premises—one of the most memorable experiences our kids had. Siena is 23 mins by car. We had to take a taxi one time and they scheduled everything for us. Highly recommend staying at this location. We loved it.

Perfect Stay in Tuscany! Our stay at this flat in Arbia was absolutely perfect! The location is ideal—quiet and peaceful yet close enough to Siena and other charming Tuscan towns. The flat was sparkling clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience, offering excellent local tips and being readily available for any questions. The views from the property are breathtaking, giving you a true taste of the Tuscan countryside. We especially appreciated the cozy atmosphere and the thoughtful touches throughout the home. It felt like a true home away from home. We can’t recommend this flat enough for anyone looking to explore Tuscany in comfort and style. We’ll definitely be back!

The apartment is located in a pretty village that is a little isolated and without convenience stores. Not too far from the Chianti route. Very nice apartment with great views. The apartment is well appointed. It lacks a washing machine and dishwasher otherwise the apartment is complete. Heating is very efficient when you need it. Slow, unstable internet.

Santina and Piero were very kind and welcoming throughout our stay. The house is as described and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Recommended for relaxing and enjoying the nature of the surroundings.

Fabio was a very good host. He offered a perfect stay for my family of 8 adults +1 dog while attending a wedding in Citta di Castello. The location is about a 15 min drive from town but is surrounded by nature and wonderful views of the countryside. The two appartements are very comfortable and beautiful.

the apartment is in a strategic location to get around on foot between shops and outdoor activities. Clean place, minimal but not everything you need. Chiara is super responsive and helpful in her answers. We really enjoyed ourselves.

Very kind and helpful host with flexible check-in and check-out times. Beautiful accommodation in a secluded position on the top of a hill with a 360-degree view of the Sienese hills and the Val d 'Orcia; a small jewel that puts peace and serenity throughout the stay. Spacious and fully equipped rooms and bathroom. Highly recommended!

A beautiful place! Friendly welcome. Beautifully located, with a lovely swimming pool. Everything is well taken care of. The room is nicely decorated. Everything is well maintained and looks fresh. A lot of attention has been paid to the whole B&B. Breakfast is well prepared. We had rented bicycles through the host's directions. Good e-bikes that worked perfectly. We also used the bikes to go to Arezzo and nearby restaurants.

Great experience. The room is really nice, equipped with everything you need and above all... very clean. Rosy was an exceptional host and provided precise directions on house rules and location. The property is just outside the historic center of Arezzo and in a strategic location for visiting Florence and Siena. Super recommended.
