Wunderschönes Haus inmitten der Hügellandschaft der Marken. Sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Freundliche Vermieterin mit perfektem Service. Etwas abgeschieden aber dafür extrem ruhig und erholsam. Ca. 30 min ans Meer und in die Berge (Grotte di Frasassi).

Abbiamo soggiornato in casale in 18 adulti e 4 bambini per due notti. Il soggiorno era completamente perfetto! Host è super gentile e disponibile. Il posto è meraviglioso. È fantastico per i grandi gruppi. C’è tutto il necessario, pulito ed è organizzato molto bene. Molto adatto ai bambini. Siamo stati benissimo. Ci torneremo volentieri!

Giulia ist super hilfsbereit, sie hat uns vorab Angebote für einen Fahrradverleih zukommen lassen und uns am Ankunftstag dort auch hingefahren. Dort hat sie dann auch die Angelegenheit mit dem Personal für uns geklärt. Sie war immer für uns ansprechbar und erreichbar. Die Unterkunft war sauber und gepflegt, frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher vorhanden. Die Küche ist auch ausreichend ausgestattet. :) Wenn man sich Fahrräder ausleiht, sollte man den Weg aus der Stadt zum Haus nicht unterschätzen, ist in 10-15 Minuten machbar. Räder mit Gangschaltung sind von Vorteil. ;) Die Unterkunft ist auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. :D

Leonardo and his mother are wonderful hosts and this is a terrific place to stay. This lovely home comfortably held our two large families and the outdoor area was just great for kids to run around and play in. The super large kitchen is absolutely amazing and had everything we could ever need to prepare large meals. The location is perfect if you're looking for somewhere quiet to relax but still close to the ocean and the surrounding towns. We visited Loreto both days and it was very easy to get there by car. Don't think twice if you're considering staying here. My only regret is we didn't stay longer. We stayed two nights and I wish we had stayed a week! Thank you so much Leonardo! We can't wait to come back and stay with you again!

un séjour incroyable. Vous rêvez de calme, du repos et de la tranquillité ? c'est endroit est parfait. la maison est grande, propre, fraîche et très agréable. tout est là pour cuisiner ou même faire des jeux en famille, surtout dans la cuisine extérieure. nous avons adoré notre séjour et recommandons cet endroit. un grand merci à Anja et céleste pour leur accueil, gentillesse, et leur bienveillance.

Sehr grosses Haus mit gut ausgestatteter Küche für grössere Gruppen. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

I’d say this is by far one of the best vacation homes we‘ve ever been to as family. I wholeheartedly recommend it and will most probably come back. We‘re a family of four and found everything we needed to have a truly enjoyable relaxing time together. And that‘s the combination of many small and big things. The house (we were at L‘olivio) is spacious and clean. Whilst the stile is nicely embedded into the local, rural look, everything feels and is modern. It’s obvious that all materials and equipment used inside and outside the house is high quality and chosen with care. The house has, for example, a cooling system built into the flooring keeping it at a nice temperature at any time. At the same time there a dehumidifier-system maintaining a nice climate. The kitchen is well equipped, truly allowing you to cook and dine together with little compromise compared to home. And, if there’s anything missing (we were looking for a cutting board) our caring host, Rosi, would bring us a brand new one in no time. There‘s a brand new washing machine, and towel heaters in the bath room. The beds are high quality. The house is spacious, with many windows. There’s a beautiful terrace with comfortable furniture. In short: all we could wish for. The pool is great. It‘s large enough to be able to actually swim. Not too deep so the children can enjoy themselves. And the water quality is spot on. There again, it’s obvious the owners made not compromise. We only went to the beach once - simply because we didn’t feel the need. And: we loved the climate. Because it’s on the hill, there was always a gentle breeze making it very comfortable to stay outside inspite of high temperatures in August. The view over the hills is beautiful and soothing. The sunset and the moon rising was simply beautiful. Rosi, the host, is simply an angel, caring deeply, very kind and available with help and guidance when we needed it, which was rare. This place is great value for money, and I‘d highly recommend it.

La villetta è dotata di tutti i comfort, dalle zanzariere, al forno a microonde, gli spazi sono ampi e ben vivibili anche per gruppi numerosi. Il giardino è una grande risorsa, e la doccia esterna con acqua calda veramente una bella sorpresa. La posizione è ottima, con breve passaggio privato per raggiungere il mare.

Wir hatten tolle Tage in Sirolo. Das Haus ist Gross und alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Die Einrichtung ist altmodisch und es hat sehr viel altmodische Deko und Sammelwaren. Ich war ein bisschen überforderd. Aber das Aussenleben und der grossen Park mit pool macht das alles wieder gut. Schlussendlich lebt man draussen. Carlo war der beste Host die wir bis jetzt kennengelernt haben. Immer erreichbar, schnelle Reaktionen auf sms sehr fürsorglich und freundlich. Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Posto incantevole, nelle colline Marchigiane. Fin troppo incantevole, tanto é che abbiamo passato molto tempo in relax in Villa. Peccato per lo Stradello non asfaltato che collega la strada principale alla villa. Host super disponibile e gentile. CONSIGLIATISSIMO

Trevligt och stort boende perfekt för en avkopplande resa i Italien med fantastiska vyer, goda närliggande restauranger och mycket roliga aktiviteter i huset. Värden är mån att saker ska ske på sitt sätt och kan komma att uppfattas som aningen kontrollerande. Rekommenderar!

Wir hatten für 14 Tage die Casa Pilar bei Staffollo im September/ Oktober mit vier Personen gemietet. Es war ein rundum sehr schöner gelungener Aufenthalt. Lisa und Christiano haben uns sehr, sehr freundlich empfangen und uns das Haus gezeigt. Es war alles sehr sauber und gepflegt, alle Küchengeräte usw. vorhanden. Das ganze Haus hat eine tolle Aussicht über die Hügellandschaft der Marken , liegt ruhig, aber nicht abseits. Wir waren viel mit den Rennrädern unterwegs, eine perfekte Gegend für Radtouren. Zum Meer ist es eine halbe Stunde Fahrt. Der Pool wurde jeden Morgen gereinigt und nach einer Woche das gesamte Haus geputzt , neue Bettwäsche, Handtücher usw. gewechselt. Der Billardtisch ist ein schöner Zeitvertreib für die Abende an denen es um diese Jahreszeit schon rel. früh dunkel wird. Zusammengefasst, ein sehr schöner Ort um entspannt seinen Urlaub zu verbringen.

La casa è meravigliosa! Situata un posizione splendida, con molta luce e molto sole. Il giardino è molto curato e la piscina assolutamente perfetta (con trampolino con cui i miei ragazzi si sono divertiti tantissimo!). gli interni sono davvero molto ben arredati e curati in ogni dettaglio. Non abbiamo dovuto portare nulla, se non i nostri vestiti (c'era praticamente tutto: asciugamani, lenzuola, teli mare, etc etc). le camere sono davvero grandi e confortevoli. il supermercato è vicino così come altri negozi che possono essere necessari. gli host sono stati sempre molto gentili e premurosi (Hans sempre molto presente). uniche note da migliorare: la TV non funzionava (è venuto subito il tecnico 👍🏻 ma non è stato possibile ripararla), lo scarico del WC non funzionava bene, c'erano parecchi nidi di calabroni sotto il tetto e non si potevano tenere le finestre aperte. in generale il soggiorno è stato bellissimo e consiglierei subito questa casa meravigliosa!!

Elegant and spacious house that offers all you need to relax. Huge garden! Shopping facilities - especially smaller ones - a little bit far off, best to do big shoppings once in a while. Since it got really hot during our stay the air condition in the sleeping roms was extremely helpful. Massimo was always right at hand with lots of recommendations - thank you!

We stayed with Mariella for 2 weeks in her beautiful villa. The house impresses with its large rooms, everything you need is there. Everything was very clean and well maintained. There is also a barbecue in the garden. Mariella made every effort to make our stay unforgettable. She is a great host and had lots of tips for us on restaurants and places to visit. Unfortunately, we didn't manage to see everything, which means we have the goal of coming back again. Macerata is a small but very nice town with lots of good restaurants and bars. The villa is a little on the outskirts of the town, beautifully situated in a good residential neighbourhood. There is everything you need to live, supermarket and restaurants nearby. Thank you for the nice hospitality!

Una casa meravigliosa, un angolo di paradiso. Casa curata e accogliete con un meraviglioso giardino. La vista appaga gli occhi e la notte le lucciole fanno compagnia. Super consigliato.

Una splendida location per passare delle giornate in relax. Zona tranquilla e silenziosa, casa perfetta nelle giornate estive per rilassarsi a bordo piscina. Rita, la proprietaria, è disponibile e velocissima a rispondere a qualsiasi domani. Abbiamo passato un weekend lungo perfetto, assolutamente suggerita.

Wunderschöne Anlage mit großem Pool, Fitnessraum, Massage Möglichkeit etc. Sehr abgelegen, trotzdem ist alles möglich. Ruhe im Einklang mit der Natur oder nach 45 min Fahrzeit Action, Meer und viel los 😅

ottimo resort nelle colline vicino al Conero, pulizia eccellente, tutto molto curato e bella piscina.....se ci fosse la colazione sarebbe ancora meglio ma comunque e' scritto che non l'avrebbero fornita quindi uno si organizza un attimo e va bene lo stesso.....in generale un' ottima esperienza in un resort molto bello nella pace delle colline marchigiane vicine alla bellissima costa del Conero....consigliato!!

We enjoyed staying at Villa Chloe. Filippo and Alfredo showed us a fantastic hospitality. This stunning villa, a former convent, was very easy to get to. The interior is absolutely stunning and is well-kept. We had a wonderful and relaxing stay spending our days in the pool and exploring Le Marche. Alfredo, the owner, was there to answer all our questions regarding the area. Special thank you to Flavio (for house maintenance and super delicious tomatoes from his garden) and Antonella (who cleaned the house daily and even ironed our clothes). We are very grateful for our time spent in the villa and new friendships we created. To be continued…
