Casa del sole is a very beautiful home, for friends, family or even a great stay for a workation. We will definitely come back :)

The property is highly recommended, especially with children. The pool, the animals and the many playgrounds were great. Tolentino, Macerata are also worth a visit. The hosts were easy to reach and helpful.

Me and my family had a wonderful stay. The villa had everything you need, both inside and outside - and the surroundings was amasing. The host was very helpful - helped us to book both lunch at a restaurang and a wine tour. Any question that we had, they respondend and help us quickly with a friendly approach. Casa Roda is a true hidden gem nestled in a stunning valley, offering breathtaking sunsets. The owner gave us a warm welcome, took us on a tour of the property, and made us feel instantly at home. The property is well maintained, spacious, and spotlessly clean. It's the perfect base for exploring nearby attractions or simply relaxing by the pool in the sun. Our stay at Casa Roda was an absolute pleasure!

Absolutely recommended!!! We have booked the space to relax for a few days for our big wedding. The accommodation was exactly as described and is very comfortable, quiet, and with many amenities. The host is incredibly helpful and friendly, he sent us all kinds of tips for activities nearby, responded very quickly to all our questions and finally came to bring us a nice bottle of wine when he heard that we were getting married later that week. Really very sweet. We would love to come back again!

The pool was a real highlight – crystal clear and with stunning views of the surrounding area. The location is quiet and beautiful, but still close to everything you need. A perfect place for a quiet holiday and to enjoy Italian nature. We will definitely be back!

We had a fantastic stay at this villa! We attended a friends wedding in Filottrano and the location was perfect, with truly impressive views all around. You do need a car to get around, but it's worth it for the peaceful setting. The villa itself is very rustic, which was fine, the pics on the web depict it well and it comfortably fit our group of 5 in the main house and 2 in the pool house. Just a couple of small things to be aware of: there were minimal towels and not much hanging space for clothes, but these weren't major issues for us. Also just to add, there were a lot of mosquito's, so remember to pack your repellent! Mirella and Nick were wonderful hosts—super welcoming and always very helpful. Highly recommended!

We stayed at Montenovo Country House for the first time this year from the 25th June to the 9th July. From the moment we first made contact to enquire about renting the apartment, the owner, Anna couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful to us. On arrival, Anna met with us and showed us around the apartment and swimming pool area. Everything was just perfect and our chosen apartment called Rustico was very charming, well equipped and immaculate inside. We had a fantastic holiday here with our family, enjoying the beautiful far reaching views, the large swimming pool and the peaceful relaxing location. The surrounding area around Ostra Vetere is absolutely stunning with Senigallia beach only twenty minutes car journey away. Thank you to Anna for all your hospitality and we will definitely be returning again to Montenovo Country House again next year.

Carlos place looks much better in real life than on the photos. Quiet and calm where one can really relax.
