we stayed a week in this really nice and super comfortable apartment, a few kilometers from the most beautiful beaches of Conero and many beautiful villages to discover. the accommodation is very complete, with private indoor parking, a large outdoor space to relax and have breakfast, dishwasher, washing machine... it is also tastefully furnished. Ilenya is a valuable host, he gave us many useful tips both before and during the stay. She is also a very nice and friendly girl, always available. we can only recommend this place for you!

We had a wonderful time at Nicola's cottage. Separated from the main house, it's a simple solution with plenty of privacy. Everything being clean and tidy. Completely surrounded by nature, you are immersed in tranquility and silence. We were also able to use the beautiful pool given the nice days. Nicola was a kind, available and unobtrusive host. Beautiful and highly recommended vacation if you want to spend days in tranquility and relaxation.

We stayed in this apartment and were thrilled! It is new, tastefully furnished, extremely clean and in a perfect location, a stone's throw from the center of Ancona. Special thanks to Federico, the owner, an exquisite person and always available: he welcomed us with great kindness and even booked an excellent dinner for us in a fish restaurant on the day of our arrival. Claudio’s apartment is spacious and comfortable, the location is great, inside Jesi’s walls in the historic center. The wifi worked perfectly as well, I had more than 100mbps in download on my laptop. Would definitely recommend!

My boyfriend and I felt welcomed and had a really great time, like at home, the place is beautiful, pleasant and quiet. I highly recommend it. The house is very clean and even without air conditioning it is cool due to its location, despite the small climb is a short walk from the sea, and , if the climb you do not want to take a bus you can find🙃! again, thank you Domenico and Pamela.

The location of the apartment is to say the least perfect. Far from the noise but at the same time not isolated, quiet parking is always free. Just a few minutes drive to Sirolo and Numana. Well divided and well furnished apartment, clean and equipped with everything you need! Mauro is a very welcoming and helpful person! I would be back with great pleasure!

Beautiful neighborhood for a vacation. The villa looks much better than the photos. No communication issues between Marco. A huge garden with a large gazebo and a large backlit pool - in the evening you can sit outside and spend time in a larger group. A big plus is to provide a wallbox for charging an electric car (with a built-in TYPE 2 cable), in general there are problems with low voltage in the electricity network, but without a larger combination you can handle it (there have been drops up to 170V, overall it maintains about 200V - it's possible that in Italy it just is). Highly recommend to anyone! Preferably for teams in a larger group! The cabin can do it!

We used the accommodation for a week for work reasons, the area is super quiet and coming home in the evening was always pleasant. Andres was very helpful, we had an issue with Airbnb for billing and he kindly solved it, he was also available and flexible for the check-out, meeting our work needs. Highly recommended

We had an exceptional 2-week stay at Lucia and Carlo’s beautiful two-level apartment. My son, a professional golfer, had a tournament at Canero Golf Course, and this place was the perfect retreat. The location is ideal, close to lovely beaches and fantastic seafood restaurants. We experienced a transition from warm beach weather to crisp fall air, and the apartment was cozy and comfortable throughout. Lucia was incredibly attentive to my remote work needs, providing lightning-fast WiFi and a comfortable office setup. The apartment matches the listing perfectly: elegantly decorated, a well-equipped kitchen (ideal for cooking healthy meals), and plenty of thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. Though we didn’t use the outdoor BBQ, we enjoyed the terrace with its stunning views—a peaceful spot to unwind. Lucia’s responsiveness and care for details truly enhanced our stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable, and well-appointed accommodation!

Apartment with a little vintage but very well maintained, very clean and functional. Just outside the door there is a convenient shuttle stop that takes you to the beach for free, and in front of a small supermarket with everything you need. You can also walk to the center of Sirolo in just 10 minutes. Special thanks to Lina, a truly delightful, very kind, nice and helpful host. She allowed us to arrive early and leave later to meet our needs, gave us lots of tips and left us something for breakfast and cooking. We'll be back for sure!

We stayed in the Casetta del Vicoletto for 4 nights. The house is comfortable and perfect for two people. The location is excellent and allows you to walk to both hiking trails and the main beaches. Leandro is an attentive and considerate host, always available. He gave us tips and directions on what to visit.

I've rarely found beautiful, well-kept, and new places like this. Newly renovated apartment, with furniture that I would have chosen if it had been my home, and not an apartment to rent. Impeccable cleanliness. Air conditioning available in all rooms. The parking space next to the house with charging station for electric or hybrid cars is always available. In short, a gem. It is not located in the center of Sirolo, but everything is easily reachable in a few minutes by car; in the parking lots in the center it was almost always located even in the week of August. Miria and her husband were kind and helpful for any of our needs. If we return to the area, this apartment will be our first choice.

The Place is absolutely amazing and we are sure to visit again very soon. The Property ticks all the boxes, It has very nice vibe, Its modern and evry tastefully planned, Has all the aminities that you can think of, even a lift to take you to the first floor if you dont want to carry your luggage up the stairs of if you have some one with mobility concerns. Its right next to the sea and a fantastic Seafood Restaurant. There are other Restaurants at walking distance with an equally amazing menu. The Host is such an amazing person and takes care of all your needs and gos that extra mile to make sure you feel comfortable and at home. The Property when we came in was freshly done up and more aminites being added,so it will only get better and wil reccommend this place for a Short or even an extended stay. Only bit to mention is that the train line is right behind the House, but dont let it put you off as the trains are super fast and dissapear before you realize. 5 STARS Allover!!

Thats is a hidden gem in Ancona region. Perfect house for families. Excellent communication from Gabrielle with a lot of useful advice. If I could leave 6 stars I would definitely do. Do not look furyjer just book this outstanding apartment!!!!!! Highly recommended!!!!

Beautiful newly built apartment, with private garden and possibility of eating outdoors, in a quiet residence with pool and tennis courts 10 minutes from the beach. Perfect location to reach Numana, Sirolo, Portonovo and the charming beaches of the Conero Riviera. You can use the free shuttle to Numana and its beaches. Great kindness and availability from the owner. We'll definitely be back.

We had a great time in Rosetta's super clean and tidy apartment. Perfect as described. In the morning you will be woken up by the bar above. But for us, that wasn't a problem. Ideal base for those who want to explore the Conero riviera. Within walking distance of all the restaurants and shops in Sirolo. Rosetta was the perfect host. Super good communication, caring and friendly. Highly recommended!

I booked last minute, Alessio was super responsive and confirmed shortly after booking. The house is very well cared for and within a private and quiet area with the possibility of parking. i would definitely come back
