Interesting region of Italy, a lot of history, walking trails and parks close by and you can see see sides as well

My review is mostly based on my communications with Alessandro. Everything was okay

We were guests in this house for 11 days and we had a very good time. The apartment, with careful cleaning, is equipped with everything you need in every area: kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Appreciated the TV that allows different connections (Netflix, Amazon Prime and others) the coffee machine with different capsules available, as well as the availability of other useful items in the kitchen, such as salt, oil, vinegar and more. The bed is very comfortable, with availability of change of sheets as well as towels. The private garage is very useful, and in any case there are free parking spaces in the immediate vicinity of the house. The location is convenient both for reaching the sea in a few minutes and for visiting, within a few kilometers, the numerous medieval villages of great interest located on the green hills of the Marche. We thank Alessio and his mother for the courtesy with which they welcomed us, sending them a cordial and warm greeting!

I had an absolutely lovely stay. Roberto was so kind to pick me up from the station and take me to the airbnb. He is communicative and super helpful. Place was extremely clean, has two balconies. Felt very safe in the property and location as a solo female traveler. beautiful beach 7 min walk away. lovely area lots of dinner spots cafes and bars, but not too busy.

Our stay was fantastic. Our host was full of good information and super kind and on the ball. The appartment is a quick walk from the elevator that takes you up to the old city. Park is right in the street for free or in a parking lot 5min walk. It was perfect for outlr stay.

The house is simply delicious, clean, cozy, well organized and comfortable. Tamara is special in ways, in her kindness and availability. It was a wonderful stay, like being at home and we hope to be back soon. Thank you, Federica, Dolores, Viviana and Alessandra.

We stayed for 9 days in Numana - lovely little resort, very relaxed with easily accessible amenities like cafes, restaurants & supermarkets nearby. Marie-Luisas spot was perfect to come back to every day, particularly the shady private garden where we could dry clothes & read in the peace. The appt had everything you need for a holiday stay

Great place and beautiful decoration/renovation. The host is nice and efficient. We loved staying in this apartment. Nothing to complain about, you won't be disappointed.

Davide's was very friendly, reactive and flexible, even if we booked the flat last minute. We were 3 adults and 2 kids and it accomodated everyone super well. It is literally 5 minutes walk to the beach and everything you may need. I can definitely recommend!

The apartment matched the photos and was very clean. Tonino welcomed us in person and was always very helpful and kind throughout our stay. From your accommodation, in 20 minutes you can reach the beautiful beaches of Conero. I recommend it!

Host available, friendly, we immediately established a friendly relationship. We had a wonderful boat trip with him on the Conero Riviera, with detailed explanations of the area. We thank Francesco for the fantastic stay.

We had a great time. Accommodation as described in a great location x explore the surroundings. Andrea is a really kind host, he welcomed us in person by making us find Pizzette,juices and a bottle of wine in the kitchen. Recommended.

the appartament Is confy and clean

The stay was very pleasant, very clean apartment, comfortable beds, very fast Wi-Fi, very close to the center that can be reached comfortably on foot, about 10 minutes, always free parking in front of the house. A few steps away is the beautiful Abbey of Santa Maria in Castagnola, an architectural Romanesque but within Gothic style, very well preserved. It's worth a visit. More than positive!

Gabriele’s place was perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 youth, ages 14 & 18). Gabriele’s dad graciously greeted us at the train station and transported our luggage to the apartment, while we rode with friends we were visiting. Everything in apartment looked brand new and it was extremely clean. The bedroom was spacious and bed was comfortable. The sofa bed was also comfortable and easy to set up. Provided excellent instructions on using the WiFi and checking out. Bathroom was spacious and well appointed. Gabriele provided plenty of linens and towels. We greatly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!

we had a wonderful and relaxing time surrounded by magnificent landscape in Davids home. the cities close by were worth a trip to see the cultural influences of the region. The apartment was perfect for our family of four and we alll enjoyed some calm hours there and at the pool area. We will definately come again!

Michele’s apartments are one of the best i’ve ever been to! It was super-clean and cosy where you can feel yourself like home, a lot of space and we fell in love with balcony! You feel it is not just a flat to rent, but really somebody’s home, and it is fantastic! All what you can need is provided and even more! Washing and dishwashing machines, ironboard and iron, air conditioner etc. Location is just perfect - close to the sea and old city, but not in the touristic area, rather residential, but you can reach center in 20 minutes on foot. Parking slots always were available next to the building or 2-3 mins walk (in September). Michele and Beatrice are very communicative and reply to all the questions promptly. We loved staying at Casa Beatrice and if we come again - we will stay there! I highly recommend Casa Beatrice to everyone coming to Senigallia!

Our vacation at Villa Monti was just great. If you like it a little quieter and are therefore willing to take some driving time, this is the place to be. It takes about half an hour to get to several beautiful beaches, half an hour to Ancona and in an hour you can also reach Rimini, San Marino and other cities. Francesca is a super hostess. She gave us a very warm welcome, was always kind and helpful. The place is clean and modernly equipped. It was a wonderful holiday for us and we really enjoyed the time at Francesca's place. We had a wonderful day there, we had a wonderful time. It was a little paradise for us. If you are looking for relaxation and relaxation, this is the place to be. The pool is fantastic, you can use it until late at night and admire the stars, you can only recommend that. We had an apartment for three people and it is completely sufficient. The highlight was the two bathrooms, so no stress while getting ready after a day of bathing. Also great praise to the hostess, a very, very friendly person who was always there to help. One more small tip, if you don't want to do without the beach, then we recommend the sandy beach in Torrette di Fano, about 20 minutes by car.

Beautiful location, tastefully furnished apartment, very functional with a comfortable small pool in the middle of the greenery with beautiful and very well-kept plants. A stay that I highly recommend to those who love the countryside and the tranquility of the Marche. The only painful note is the absence of mosquito nets on the windows ( apart from a double bedroom) and the lack of air conditioning in the living room and kitchen. Being a “attic” the heat creates significant problems. At least one bottle of water would have been helpful and very welcome upon arrival

Great apartment in the middle of the Marche. Sea, mountains, beautiful towns and castles, all in the nearby area. The house is a little outside, there are other units in the building, but we didn't notice it. Everything is available in the apartment, good modern kitchen with dishwasher. The beds were quite hard but ok. The only thing that bothered us were the nesting birds under the roof - the freshly hatched chicks were continuously supplied with excited tattering. But somehow also quite cute and that's how it is on an old farm.

Great place, street parking was a little challenging but easy once you found it. One bedroom was closed off because they hadn't cleaned it but Andrea offered and if it had been at all important to us would have opened it up. It was not important to us so we just left it closed. All in all easy, clean, nice neighborhood.
