Beach house vacation rentals in Providence

The stay was amazing. The house had enough room for everyone. We loved the extra living room downstairs where there was activities incase of a rainy day which we did end up having. There is a fire pit downstairs which was beautiful to light at night and make smores. The town was beautiful and the house is in a great location where we have our own privacy but not too far away from everything. The host left clear instructions and left local recommendations which were very helpful. The host even left a gift for my birthday which was beyond nice and much appreciated. I would definitely stay here again with my family.

What a lovely stay! We love how the room was kept and the all the thoughtful stuffs Wendy prepared for us -- really made the stay more comfortable and felt like home:) We enjoyed the beautiful surroundings, and it was an easy drive to Newport and Providence. The weather was not so good during those days, but we will come back when the summer arrives :) Thanks again for the help from the kind host for looking for our forgotten hats!! Though we did not have the luck to find them, they would stay somewhere to be a connection between us and the place!

Joseph was a wonderful host . Very responsive and friendly, helpful. The house was in a very quiet neighborhood overlooking the water with a beautiful reflection of the sunrise and a beautiful sunset. Small private beach . Nice coffee and cheese shop two miles away with a few fabulous shops. We were there to relax and that's exactly what we did !! Thank you Joseph

Teri's place was as described and perfect for our large group of 11. It easily handled the parking and sleeping requirements we had. It was a short drive to tons of great restaurants and stores, and 10 minutes to the beach. It also had a nice "riverfront" beach in the neighborhood. It was clean and fully stocked. Teri is was on point with all communications. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Lucy's home is beautiful and situated right by the water. Picturesque scenery. The home is very well maintained and the pictures accurately portray the home. I highly recommend this beautiful home. Lucy was also very proactive in ensuring our stay was fun and pleasant.

This was such a comfortable, cozy air bnb. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the kitchen was very well stocked and the neighborhood was quiet. I loved this spot and hope to return! It’s one of my new favorites!

This was exactly how it was described on the website. It was clean, comfy and exactly what we needed for our visit. Reina was there to greet us and show us the home once we arrived. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was clean and there was plenty of room for more than just the two of us. The neighborhood was quiet and very easy to walk to get fresh air and exercise. We saw many neighbors walking their dogs. I will stay here again.

We filled Shael's place with family for the weekend wedding of our granddaughter, and it was perfect. The wedding and reception were less than 10 minutes away and Bristol is a great little town. We weren't able to enjoy the pool due to the weather but it was beautiful, as was the whole huge house.

Sara's place was fantastic! Perfect for our group running a local race. Walkable to Easton's Beach and restaurants in Middletown. the place is extremely comfortable and had everything we needed. Sara was excellent: very responsive and accommodating - I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed for only 1 night. The description and reviews are accurate. The house was exactly what we needed. The location is great with an easy walk into town. Our son caught 3 fish off the dock. We loved our quick stay and would absolutely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Kim's place. We had 4 adults and 3 kids, plenty of space for us. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, well stocked kitchen, different beach gears, a beautiful pool although we didn't use it much due to a cool temperature. Kim was an awesome host. She provided useful local info and tried her best to make things easier for us including possible early check in and late check out. Communication was timely and clearly. Location was convenient. Easy access to New Port, beaches, and all sorts of eateries. Definitely recommend.

We have stayed a lot of places in the area and this is the best- for so many reasons! Nadine is just a wonderful person super accommodating and thoughtful! The place is warm, comfortable and has a great location! It feels like a home away from home and we can’t wait to visit again! Thank you!!

Rebecca's place was perfect. We were there for a long weekend to visit family that lives nearby. The house had everything one could possibly need. Very clean. Very comfortable. Walking distance to the water and to local restaurants. We had dinner at Iggy's and breakfast at Chefs OBD. I will definitely stay again.

We stayed a week while attending two local weddings. The house is centrally located and has easy access to a lot of the local beaches, markets, etc. We discovered a farm stand market right in the area (open Wednesday and weekend during our stay) with great produce and tasty baked goods supplied by a local baker. The second floor lounge is a fantastic space in which to relax or play ping pong.

What a lovely retreat! Spacious and sunny getaway on the shores of a pond, this was the perfect location to relax and unwind for us. The house was sunny, with a lovely pond view. It was private and peaceful. Alyssa was incredibly responsive throughout the booking process and went above and beyond when I gave her a heads up about a tiny issue. Great process and thoughtful host. We were 20-30 minutes from our favorite activities in Newport and a few minutes' drive from yummy restaurants in Tiverton.

Had a wonderful relaxing Autumn weekend at Chrissy’s place. Beautifully decorated, attractive, cozy with all the necessary amenities. Conveniently located to Newport, without the traffic and crowds of tourists. Middletown is the place to stay when visiting Newport. Surrounded by beautiful beaches, 10 minutes from downtown Newport. Chrissy was a responsive host, provided numerous recommendations. We hope to visit again, thank you 😊

We loved it so much we came back a second time. The house is perfect for my family, room for everyone. Nice big kitchen where we found ourselves gathering a lot and cooking together. The kitchen is well equipped with most things you would want when cooking. Even a rolling pin! Very close to Newport mansions and cliff walk so we always had something to do. Whoever cleans it does a really really good job and the hosts were always quick to respond to my questions.

Daniel's cozy home (one bedroom plus 2 twin beds in a loft and a sofa bed in the living room) was perfect for us. We chose it for the location. The cove is gorgeous. Daniel is a great host. He's friendly and communicative. He made check-in and check-out very easy for us.

A little slice of serenity. Walk to the pristine beach or just sit on the porch and enjoy the ocean breeze and sounds of the farm. Stayed for a weekend with two young kids. We will be back.
