Modern, Private Studio - 3 Blocks to Light Rail

This is a private basement studio (one room) with a bathroom, full kitchen, living space with a queen size pull out sofa and a queen bed. My place is a 5 minute walk to the Othello Light Rail, and from there you'll have easy access to all of Seattle without the hassle of parking or the cost of a car rental. You’ll love it here because it's comfortable and close to everything. My place is good for couples, a family with small children, and good friends who don't mind sharing close quarters.

We are thrilled to welcome guests to our urban oasis, centrally located in one of Seattle’s most vibrant and diverse neighborhoods - a perfect home base for exploring what Seattle and the PNW have to offer or for remote work. The space itself was our former music studio and filled with good vibes. In 2022, we reimagined it from the ground up, taking notes from our Airbnb stays over the years.
