The house is huge. iIt looks tiny from the front side but everything is very large. 4 large bedrooms , 3 with big bathroom. very large kitchen, living room, entrence etc. Communucation with Jan theco-host was very easy and fast. He and his family live just next door. He gave us great insider information. We were welcomed with fresh bread. Definitely higly recommrndable place. Thanks a lot

We had an amazing stay at Samantha’s place. The surroundings are absolutely beautiful, the beds & couch are very comfortable, it was clean and very well maintained. The wood fired hot tub was amazing in the evening and the Braai pit was perfect. We loved it and will for sure come back when we get the chance.

This place is a dream! It is so beautiful and decorated with love. You don't want to leave the accommodation at all. I have rarely fallen in love directly with a place like here ❤️ Highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay celebrating a friend's birthday. One suggestion would be to equip the kitchen with a few more platters and larger serving bowls to enable cooking and serving larger groups of people. Also perhaps some lamps in the lounge to create more ambience. It was either very bright lights while eating at the dining table / sitting in the lounge or in the dark with just the kitchen lights as lighting. Other than that we had a lovely stay and highly recommend your establishment for a comfortable stay for large families.

We enjoyed a very peaceful stay at Cango retreat with a lot of friendly animals on site and in a beautiful location.

This is the most stunning place. A beautiful house, loads of space. We loved the open space in the main living area. It has everything you need. The outside space is exceptional, offering eating and seating areas with a fabulous pool. Even on the hottest days, it was cool and relaxing. The town of Oudtshoorn is friendly and has some wonderful cafes and restaurants, plus some brilliant activities just out of town (caves, wildlife ranch, hiking). Our hosts were the very best we have ever had, friendly, helpful, courteous and offered some great ideas for the area. This home is most definitely the best we have ever stayed in and we will be definitely back as often as we can! Thank you to this fabulous family!

The stay was great thanks, The only downfall was that i left 2 i tems there and when i call to asked to take it to postnet for courier it to me at my own cost it was denied by the lady that picked up the call and that i must send a courier to them. Loen was a great host for the staying there and helpfull

This is a lovely family home in a quiet, safe suburb of George. It is close to the shops and amenities of George, and a good base from which to explore the southern Cape, whether you want to get to the various beach towns, the mountains or places like Oudtshoorn. The house is well equipped and exactly as described and shown in the photos. Its biggest advantage is undoubtedly the large indoor swimming pool, which has solar heating. This was awesome for the kids. Smaller perks include fast wifi (awesome for teenagers) and a Nespresso coffee machine (awesome for adults). The house also has braai (barbecue) areas both indoor and outdoors, and a well equipped kitchen and dining room, so there are many ways to enjoy meals as a family. We got to meet the host and her family during our 9-night stay, and they are a lovely family. We really couldn't ask for more.

I absolutely the house, the restaurant onsite was amazing! The private outdoor pool area was a massive plus. I loved the aesthetic of the house, loads of personality and made me feel right at home. The host was really friendly, I will recommend to anyone staying in the area

We had a wonderful time in this home with a beautiful view of the mountains. House was well equipped and there were lots of amenities. Karla and team had left a lovely touch with fresh flowers and biscuits as a welcome. House was clean and spotless on arrival and I would recommend this property to everyone

Cedric's house is a jewel in Oudtshoorn. Very nice yard for kids, close to main attractions and restaurants. Hosts were very nice and we considered this stay very good price for value offered. Thanks for hosting us!

Peaceful, rustic farm living with a great view and incredible sunsets. Spacious bedrooms and living area and nice big outside space for kids to play. Close to some good hikes, a lovely beach (Buffalo Bay), a river for canoeing and farmers markets. And not too far away if you need to head into town (Knysna or Wilderness).

Cosy stop over for the night - stunning view of the stars. The place was neat and tidy and just what we needed. Wish we could’ve stayed longer for a sunset braai.

Lovely place to stop off and spend a night or two at an old farmhouse near Uniondale. About 60km from George Has a farm dam for kids to play and sheep farming activities on the go. Lovely big house and braai facilities

We stayed at Marisha's place for a few nights and really enjoyed it. The house is very spacious, functional and has great views. It is not too far out of Oudtshoorn. Communication with Marisha was great and she had plenty of suggestions for us to do. Nothing was an issue and she made sure we had a good time. We did the touristy stuff, Meerkats tour, Hillgate Ostrich show, trip to Prince Albert, etc and really enjoyed it. We definitely recommend this place!

I really enjoyed my stay and Louis was a great and friendly host. The place is so peaceful and it is exactly what I was looking for. Remote location, greenery everywhere, peaceful and quiet location. I highly recommend this place if you want time away from the city and busy life. The phone signal is however quite bad but overall, I really enjoyed my time there and would definitely go back.
