Fantastic location. Clean and great for group traveling together. Lots of space.

Ideal beachfront location on the North Bay, seconds walk away from Peasholm Park and Scarborough Outdoor Theatre and you practically step out onto the beach. 15 minute walk to the town centre, maybe 30 mins to stroll around the headland to South Bay and the harbour. Well appointed and comfortable, secure private parking, a great base for a few days on the N. Yorks coast.

A super comfortable apartment. Large living space. Very comfortable beds and settees light and airy tastefully furnished Second bedroom just a little bit tight to get round if you had mobility issues.

stayed for two nights for an event. I'd happily come back here for a weeks holiday!

Wow! This place is amazing. We stopped in one of the Jubilee apartments and it was spacious, clean and had everything you could ask for and more. The grounds were absolutely gorgeous. We didn’t use the swimming pool but did use the self service bar (we took our own glass of wine but there were beers and soft drinks) which was so quirky and fun. What I would say is that the description of the accommodation and grounds undersells itself! For anyone visiting on a Sunday the shops in Malton are either closed or closed early. We cut short a visit to York to head to Malton but it was shut. One place we will certainly come back to.

We booked very last minute and received response re booking and checking in within minutes. Check in is with key box by the door only thing I would say is all the other key boxes have the number on the outside but this one is blank and the number is inside the flap. Anthony kept in touch during our stay with messages. The apartment was in The Bay where we have stayed before and we found it to be comfortable and quiet for a few days break away. The bed was very comfortable with good bed linen and the rainwater shower in the bathroom was very good. The little welcome pack of tea bags coffee 2 biscuits and small washing up liquid, dishwasher tablet, jey cloth and sponge was a useful addition. The apartment is minutes away from the main road from Bridlington to Scarborough(no road noise at all in or outside the apartment) and is very convenient for exploring the east coast or Yorkshire wolds. Filey is about 5 to 10 minutes drive away. Thanks Anthony we had a really nice break away.

The apartment was beautiful well maintained Nice touch with cupcakes waiting in the kitchen Pool sauna and Hottub was a massive bonus

Very clean, high quality accommodation on a wonderful site with great facilities and access to Filey and surrounding areas. We used the pool a lot and that was very enjoyable, as well as walking down to the beach. Our baby loved using the toddler pool as well. Troy was really helpful and the flat has everything you might need.

Spotlessly clean, comfortable apartment in a lovely peaceful location. Perfect base for exploring the coast!

I booked as a last minute stay on the day when I arrived I struggled to get into the key box and messaged Stephanie who got right back to me within minutes and guided me how to reset the box and I was straight in, it wad a lovely place to stay and more specious than I thought it was going to be. Located very close to the beach, I will definitely be looking to stay here again for my future trips to Scarborough.

What a lovely apartment so nice and welcoming, everything you could need with little tastful gestures. It is in a nice quiet area but only a short walk to onsite pub and beach. We had such a fantastic time will definately return x

Nice location near the beach for our dogs. Lovely quiet resort. Modern, clean apartment. Our dogs just missed access to a private secure garden so we had to take them out for little toilet stops but overall great place.

Lovely comfortable and clean house. Great location for the beach and to get around the local area. The kids enjoyed the board games, bucket and spades and playing with other children on the site. We enjoyed a walk along the beach into Filey which was nice. The house was lovely and warm and cosy. Also liked the fact there were plenty of hangers and space to store out stuff! We struggled to use the swimming pool on site because it was so busy with it being Easter holidays and the weather being bad. This is obviously no reflection on the accommodation itself but our kids were a bit disappointed as that’s one of the reasons we booked the place. Just worth bearing in mind if visiting in school hols - best to go early morning.

Lovely house and outdoor space with plenty of room for a family of four an the kids made use of the board games provided. The house is in a great location to visit different areas of Scarborough. Jon's communication was great and check-in / check-out were hassle free. Good value for money.

A group of friends for all over the UK needed a base for a concert at the Spa and everyone thought it was fabulous and had a wonderful stay. The Scarborough spring weather was a real bonus and people will be going home to tell friends how beautiful the Yorkshire coastline is and there is so much to do. Good parking and great selection of rooms. Excellent hosts that were welcoming and so helpful

We had a lovely stay here. Had everything we needed, such as a highchair, as we had a 6 month old. Paula was very helpful and we were able to check in early, which was just brilliant. There were 4 couples staying and our baby too. plenty of space for us all. walkable to the beach and local onsite pub too. Overall, great stay!

We had a wonderful time. The location was great and the house was incredible. We had travelled to the UK from Australia for a family wedding and milestone birthday and had 4 generations staying in this beautiful home. Ages ranged from 1 to 84. We definitely hope to come back one day.

Fantastic stay at Seaspray. Richard sent very helpful instructions before we arrived, not only detailing the check in and how to find the property, but everything we could have needed to make us feel at home. The home was beautiful and we were always warm. The weather turned up for us so we were able to make use of the great location for walls and the sea. You are very close to Filey and with Scarborough and Bridlington only slightly further, so we fit in all 3. We will be coming back. Wonderful state would definitely recommend

Great host and excellent communication both prior to and on arrival day. Couldn’t ask for any more from Victoria. House is stunning with an abundance of locations to visit around you. The Bay complex is kept really clean. Ability to use swimming pool / sauna / steam room is an added bonus but busy when I visited (but was half term week). Short walk to beach but steep hill to be mindful of for anyone with disabilities. Beach is stunning also. Lovely little Beach Cafe short drive away also with excellent food / views. You won’t be disappointed if booking this accommodation.
