Monthly Rentals in Prickly Point Surf Spot

Check-in was smooth, and Delon was there right on time as promised. The place is small but cozy, and overall, I have no complaints about the stay itself. Unfortunately, there was a small storm on the island during my visit, which caused the water and electricity to go out. While this was completely out of Delon’s control, he was very helpful and brought water to assist during the situation, which I appreciated! Thank you Delon for your hospitality.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - the apartment is exactly as Katherine describes. Everyone on the island is so friendly! Lance Epines is very peaceful & the pre-disclosed construction on the property M-F was not all a bother to us. There is a nice bay beach for swimming just across the street & there are some nice restaurants closeby. We enjoyed the University Club, not too far down the street, for a drink & sunset, breakfast & dinner. Be sure to stop at Leo's fresh fruit & vegetable stand 1/2 mile away - we enjoyed fresh rock fig bananas, "apples", lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, coconut water & whatever Leo was sampling. For those mobility challenged, the driveway is just outside the unit with 1 step down & there is 1 step up into each bedroom - I had no problem with the stairs with my walking stick.

I have been going to Kerry’s place for a long long time, I consider this place my second home. May God continue to bless him with success on this platform. Love Always Margaret.

This place is in an excellent location - near the beach, close to several restaurants and Spiceland Mall - with all modern amenities. Julia is an excellent host. She is very accommodating and friendly.
