The comfortable and cozy cottage is located at the edge of the forest above Lechsees with a view over the lake to the Allgäu Bergland to the Ammergau Alps. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms (baby travel cot and fall protection available) and 1 bathroom with shower, toilet and hallway. 1 bedroom with direct access to the balcony. On the ground floor is the kitchen with dining area, hallway, living room, Swedish oven, washing machine, dryer and guest toilet.

Die dazugehörigen Holzferienhäuser wurden nach moderner, baubiologischer Art erstellt und strahlen eine große Gemütlichkeit aus. Die absolute Entspannung bietetet unser Wellnessdörfle. Cozy single room near the lake

Our house is a three-generation house. On each floor is an apartment which is occupied by friendly people. Every now and then it gets a little hectic because of the kids. It is located in Hard/Vorarlberg about 300 m as the crow flies from Lake Constance. The paths to the bakery, the ice cream parlor, the beach, various restaurants, the bus stop, ... can be reached in less than 5 minutes. The nearest grocery store is a 10-minute walk. Every Wednesday there is a market in the town center.
