Villa Salu' is family run luxurious apartment house that has opened its doors in 2010 for her guests who are looking for high quality accommodation with personality and style. Villa is located in village Premantura - Istria near one of the many stunning rocky beaches and beautiful nature park Rt Kamenjak. Our App. 7 Runke (2 person2) is one of seven apartments in our house. It has one bedroome and is situated on a second floor with a beautiful sea view.

Quiet apartment on the first floor of family house in residential area, close to the center of Premantura and to the beach yet away from crowded tourist apartment complexes. Bedroom and living room open to the balcony with a sea view. Bathroom and kitchen are recently renovated. The house is surrounded by garden full of Mediterranean greenery. The vicinity of the protected nature park Kamenjak with its numerous natural beaches and cycling routes allows for both relaxing and active holydays.

Our home is a halfway between Pula and Kamenjak - 6 km distance to both so having the car is highly recommended! Small yet fully equipped and uniquely designed studio with independent entrance is a fine choice to explore local area all year round and 10-15 min. walk to the nearest seashore. You'll have a cute patio with the front yard view, self check-in/out possibility, regular size car parking, AC cooling/heating, fiber optic Wi-Fi and complete linen - all taxes included in the price.

The apartment is located in a quiet apartment building on the edge of the forest. Beautiful pebble and rocky beaches can be reached on foot within a few minutes.

We had a really nice stay at Marino‘s apartment. Check-in was easy in and Marino had some helpful recommendations for activities and restaurants in and around Pula. For urgent matters he was quite easy to reach. We highly recommend Good Vibration 2 for your holiday with the whole family.

Review: I had the pleasure of staying at Ivana’s house in Banjole during my summer vacation in Croatia, and it was truly a delightful experience. The house itself was spacious, offering plenty of room for comfort and relaxation. One of the great advantages was the availability of free parking right in front of the house, which made it convenient for us to come and go as we pleased. The location was fantastic, with a wide array of restaurants just a stone’s throw away. We had the opportunity to explore and indulge in different culinary delights each day, adding to the overall enjoyment of our stay. Whether we were in the mood for local delicacies or international cuisine, there was always something to satisfy our taste buds. Another highlight of Ivana’s house was its proximity to stunning beaches. We didn’t have to venture far to soak up the sun, take refreshing dips in the crystal-clear waters, and bask in the beauty of the coastline. It was a perfect blend of relaxation and beauty.

We greatly enjoyed the house and especially the garden. It had many shaded and comfortable spots to sit and read or eat. The pool was a great place to cool down and for the kids to play in. The location given on the Airbnb link wasn't completely right. If you follow directions to the campsite in the village, you will pass by the house on your left. All the rooms have their own bathroom and AC. The only downside was that there wasn't enough water for 2 people to shower at the same time. Nada and her husband really take good care of the house.
