Cosy, comfortable modern 2-room apartment 54m2, for 2 - 4 people, with balcony. Wi-Fi, 2 TVs, Sonos, apartment with carpet, parking in the underground parking garage, elevator, laundry room. Open kitchen with a view of the living space. Separate bedrooms. In the kitchen view to the church of St. Johan, balcony offers wonderful views of the Mattenwald. Lage: Bahnhof 300m, Bus 100m, Jakobshorn 200m, Langlauf 150m, Eisbahn 500m, SPAR 100m, COOP 300m, Pizzeria Padrino 120m. Children from 5 years, no animals, no smokers.

An der wohl schönsten Wohnlage der Landschaft Davos, steht die Villa Surlej. 1998 wurde die gesamte Liegenschaft umfassend und stilgerecht renoviert und ausgebaut. Das Haus verfügt insgesamt über drei Ferienwohnungen. Unter anderem das Apartment Lakeview mit 2 Schlafzimmer, einem grosszügigen Wohnzimmer, Badezimmer mit Badewanne, Küche, Wintergarten und Balkon. Alle Wohnungen wurden mit viel Liebe zum Detail geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bieten alles, damit sich der Gast rundum wohl fühlt.

Das Haus liegt am Schwarzsee in Davos Laret. Davos ist mit ÖV erreichbar. Es hat einen grossen Wohnraum mit Küche, Esstisch, Schlafsofa und Holzofen. Das Bad hat WC und Dusche. Wasser aus eigener Quelle, Strom, Warmwasser sind vorhanden. Im OG hat es zwei Schlafzimmer. Das Haus eignet sich optimal für bis zu 7 Personen, es gehen jedoch auch 8. Im Winter parkiert man an der Strasse. Von dort sind es 150m auf einem Pfad bis zum Haus. Wenn es frisch geschneit hat ist es etwas beschwerlich.

Amazing view: Davos Holidays

The 3 1/2 room apartment is on the 4th floor. It is modern, generously designed, newly renovated and newly furnished. In front of each room there is a balcony. From there, the view of the mountains is breathtaking. On the ground floor is a large indoor swimming pool. An outdoor parking space (No. 1 close to the main entrance) is included. The apartment is very conveniently located and yet very quiet. Suitable for business people as well as families with (small)children.

Die Ferienwohnung Derby 26A liegt direkt am Obersee, 300m von der Weisshornbahn und der Sesselbahn Tschuggen Ost und lediglich 50m von der nächsten Bäckerei entfernt. Das zentral gelegene Derby ist nur durch die Poststrasse von der Promenade des Obersees entfernt. Das Derby ist ein optimaler Ausgangspunkt für alle Schneesportarten und viele Sommeraktivitäten.
