An der wohl schönsten Wohnlage der Landschaft Davos, steht die Villa Surlej. 1998 wurde die gesamte Liegenschaft umfassend und stilgerecht renoviert und ausgebaut. Das Haus verfügt insgesamt über drei Ferienwohnungen. Unter anderem das Apartment Lakeview mit 2 Schlafzimmer, einem grosszügigen Wohnzimmer, Badezimmer mit Badewanne, Küche, Wintergarten und Balkon. Alle Wohnungen wurden mit viel Liebe zum Detail geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bieten alles, damit sich der Gast rundum wohl fühlt.

Das Haus liegt am Schwarzsee in Davos Laret. Davos ist mit ÖV erreichbar. Es hat einen grossen Wohnraum mit Küche, Esstisch, Schlafsofa und Holzofen. Das Bad hat WC und Dusche. Wasser aus eigener Quelle, Strom, Warmwasser sind vorhanden. Im OG hat es zwei Schlafzimmer. Das Haus eignet sich optimal für bis zu 7 Personen, es gehen jedoch auch 8. Im Winter parkiert man an der Strasse. Von dort sind es 150m auf einem Pfad bis zum Haus. Wenn es frisch geschneit hat ist es etwas beschwerlich.

Amazing view: Davos Holidays

The 3 1/2 room apartment is on the 4th floor. It is modern, generously designed, newly renovated and newly furnished. In front of each room there is a balcony. From there, the view of the mountains is breathtaking. On the ground floor is a large indoor swimming pool. An outdoor parking space (No. 1 close to the main entrance) is included. The apartment is very conveniently located and yet very quiet. Suitable for business people as well as families with (small)children.

The apartment was completely newly expanded and furnished in the fall of 2022. Great importance has been placed on natural materials from the region. You will find Valser Quarzit in the bathroom, Verde Spluga as a cover in the kitchen and lots of fragrant pine wood from the Engadine.

5 sunny rooms on 120m2 in Elsewhere Our 5 room apartment in the apartment house Belmont with 40m2 balcony, convinces with lots of bed space and great view. Each bedroom has two beds. 2x double bed and 2x twin beds. In the living room, an integrated daybed offers another sleeping place, which can convert into a full-fledged bed. The full equipped kitchen adjoins a nice dining area with little surprise.

Die Ferienwohnung Derby 26A liegt direkt am Obersee, 300m von der Weisshornbahn und der Sesselbahn Tschuggen Ost und lediglich 50m von der nächsten Bäckerei entfernt. Das zentral gelegene Derby ist nur durch die Poststrasse von der Promenade des Obersees entfernt. Das Derby ist ein optimaler Ausgangspunkt für alle Schneesportarten und viele Sommeraktivitäten.
