*Promotion price due to construction site until Oct 25* Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

Davos-Sertig, vacations in nature

Our house is secluded in the quiet nature reserve in the Sertigtal. In winter, you can reach directly through the black-marked deep snow run from the Jakobshorn. During spring, summer and autumn awesome for biking. Hiking trails, cross-country skiing lakeside pass past the house. Bus station is at the bottom of the house. Since Davos is a spa resort, a tourist tax must be paid. This is 5.90 per day per person 12 years and older. Tourist tax will be collected on site at check-in.

Cozy apartment in the heart of Klosters-Platz. In a historic house from the 12th century, you will sleep under the original vaults in absolute tranquility. From the wood-fired hot pot (not a whirlpool!) you can enjoy the view of the Schanfigg and the Aroser Weisshorn (fee CHF 75 per stay, see further details). In the cozy apartment you will find a wood-burning stove, a fully equipped open kitchen, a living-dining room with a cozy couch, 2 bedrooms with one double bed each and a bathroom with bathtub.

Our vacation home is located in the beautiful Sertig Valley at 1700 m above sea level. We are a family business, with chickens and a cat. The rustic apartment is located in the attic.
