The apt is exactly the same as in the pictures, the view of the mountains is amazing, it is cozy, quietly accommodates 4 people, although we are in 3, enough utensils, it was clean, organized. Set Ribeira is a very good building, from walking to the mall stream, which has an amazing pizzeria. It is possible to walk on the beach of ribeira, and it is also very close to other wonderful beaches, such as Domingas Dias, for example. Communication with Thalita was perfect, she is very friendly and it was possible to make the check in more flexible. Anyway, I recommend with my eyes closed!

Every cent was worth every cent. For those looking for a spacious and tasty place I highly recommend. Excellent experience to have fun with the family, especially for those with a small child. With respect to the super polite and considerate host Vanderlea, whoever chooses to stay at this location won't regret it.

Our stay was great! Fábio and the perfect host wife, always available and super requested! The house is exactly the same as in the pictures, but the size of the pool by the photo gives the impression of being bigger. Very beautiful view to the beach! No more, the rooms with air conditioning and mattresses in perfect condition. The simple toilets (1 suite upstairs and 1 downstairs), but they do well. The neighborhood is a little away, but by car arrives super fast on the beaches and downtown. There are 2 markets in the neighborhood that meet the needs of everyday life very well! I recommend it!

Wonderful house, my family and I were completely in love and very comfortable, the house is exactly as pictured, we loved every corner. Another positive point is the beach, besides being beautiful it is very close to the condominium, leaving the condominium you just cross the highway (and it is safe). Great stay! Marcos is a very helpful host and responds promptly. The house has the warmth of grandma's houses, great barbecue, swimming pool, close to the markets and very quiet neighborhood. We discovered many beaches and tours around and Marcos indicated many others as well. There are still places to visit in the city of Ubatuba and we will stay with Marcos again to see them. You can go easy! Great stay.

The house is beautiful and very tasteful. The only points that can improve are the electrical part and cleanliness, leave the house aired a day before guests use it. It smelled very musty, and there were some food crumbs. but I would definitely come back.

The apto is 2 blocks from the beach and also has restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies basically next door. Access to the center is also easy, about 3km. And is also close to the highway on which you can access the beaches of the northern region. The space is big and the kitchen complete, it would come back again!

We stayed a week from 01/14 to 01/21, we loved the location of the house, close to the beach we were able to walk quietly, close to the center which helps a lot in getting around, the house accommodated 07 people very well, the pool and barbecue area are great, condominium and quiet, we missed the Air fry, and washing machine would help, but we already knew it didn't have it, but everything else was the same as the listing, Gisele and André are super attentive, always answered me and helped quickly, thank you for the attention until next time.
