Spacious, well-lit, well-equipped and beautiful house! We arrived late and Juliana was super understanding, waited for us and gave us all the instructions. Well-located house, with a market and winery nearby. Quiet street, the nearby beach is a port, but you can walk to the schooner rides. The only thing was the kids who played volleyball or played dodgeball on the ceiling, but it didn't disturb our stay

My days in the house were amazing. Eduardo super friendly and helpful, facilitated my check in, cleared all my doubts. A Hero a sweetheart, always available. She checks every detail of the house before delivery. A light was in bad contact and she promptly brought someone to tidy up. When there was a power outage in the neighborhood and sent msg she was super fast on the return. Which in the end did not even need, because the energy dropped for less than 10 minutes. The girls who helped us in the kitchen and organization of the house were also amazing, super attentive, organized and helpful. The house is super complete, clean and smelling bed and bath linen, even beach towel made available. Full kitchen, gourmet area. The pool wasn't warming because it was still summer season, but it was air-conditioned. The house is super close to the beach, which is very private (there is no kiosk or walking - only the ice cream boy) the region is super quiet and safe. The house is too beautiful, I loved by vdd!

Unfortunately, we were unable to complete our stay due to force majeure (family death), but the house is wonderful. Marcelo and Elisangela received us with great sympathy and explained everything about the house. Everything was perfectly clean and organized. The kitchen is very well equipped, has all the necessary utensils. The rooms and bathrooms are large, with very good showers. The pool is tasty and was very clean. Sure, we'll come back at another time. One of the best houses I've booked on the platform. I recommend it!

We spent 4 days at the house and it was wonderful! The house is cozy, clean and very complete, has all the necessary kitchen utensils and basic items such as salt, sugar and olive oil, beach amenities such as chairs, umbrella, cooler, surfboards and beach tennis rackets, hairdryer… everything you need! In addition, the house is well located, arriving within 10 minutes in the center and also on the beach. Virginia was super helpful but we had no doubts because everything is very well explained, there are clear instructions in all rooms. We loved it so much and hope to be back soon!

Super recommend! Casa foot in the sand, large, very spacious and complete in terms of utensils, furniture and appliances. Delicious beach, quiet, perfect for family, the children were at ease and enjoyed a lot. It has 2 nearby beaches, to which we walked (Sununga and Domingas Dias). There are some speedboat options on the beach, in addition to some restaurants that even deliver the orders in the shade of the tree in front of the house. Nearby convenience stores, supermarkets, gas station and pharmacy. The host and the caretakers are super helpful. City Council resolve any demand with affection and agility. A differential that impressed us was the host's concern to provide a more peaceful check in for guests, providing some toilet and cleaning items, as well as a gallon of water. This made our arrival quieter, being able to enjoy the atmosphere and the beach already at first. Excellent experience!

Erika's house is amazing, for those who want to enjoy peace and quiet it is the right place, comfortable and spacious, we love it, Lagoinha beach is ideal for families and especially with children we enjoyed it a lot. We'll be back for sure.

The holiday we spent was great, each one very spacious, we were in sixteen people, it was super quiet, the division of the rooms, three bathrooms, super accessible, the pool was great, the barbecue area was super nice, it exceeded our expectations, very cozy place

i have never seen a house as clean as Aunt Rê's house (the pots look like a mirror of so bright), extremely cozy, quiet neighborhood and close to the beach. We'll want to go back more often for sure!

Extremely comfortable and spacious space, great ocean view, close to the beach, safe location within a condominium, extremely helpful and attentive caretaker Geraldo. Owner Celso is flexible and cordial, everything was perfect as in the listing, I intend to return. We only missed an electric sandwich maker and a cocktail shaker for drinks, otherwise everything was perfect.

Gustavo was very attentive and the house served us very well. In addition to being close to Lázaro beach, which we found very beautiful.

The owners were very flexible with check-in and check-out, which helped a lot because of the holiday. We were in a family group of 12 people and loved the house, which was exactly as shown in the photos, very comfortable and functional with 6 en-suites equipped with air-conditioning. In addition to the proximity to the beach (about 200m) the house offers a small pool that is good but we would enjoy 3x more if it were heated. We also had the help of Marizete in the kitchen, who prepared delicious dishes (we recommend it!). We left some tips to complement some missing items in the kitchen but nothing to detract from the excellent rating of the house. We'll be back soon!!!
