Excellent locale, befitting the listing. The clean, comfortable and organized house is a quiet condominium with a swimming pool, parking and a location close to the beach. The host, Mr. Luiz, sent us important information and tips about the location. The housekeeper/caretaker, Sr Thiago, welcomed us very well, very helpful, polite and attentive. It all went very well from check-in to check-out.

Our stay was wonderful! The space was super organized and clean. We feel very welcome. The decor is a charm in itself, made with great taste and affection. We definitely recommend and look forward to coming back soon!

The best place to stay in Ubatuba. In addition to the price, the sensational reception of Marcelo ( host). Super indico, helpful, responds quickly, sends a message during the stay to know you we are enjoying and needing some of the call tip and when we arrived at the apartment there were treats for the guests. The complete apartment for days, months, a full house, the place full of greens, beautiful landscapes, courts, games, saunas, private restaurant, elevator and parking. Super indico and even played with Marcelo if he wanted to sell the apartment, because the place is wonderful and the location is the best !!!

We stayed a week from 01/14 to 01/21, we loved the location of the house, close to the beach we were able to walk quietly, close to the center which helps a lot in getting around, the house accommodated 07 people very well, the pool and barbecue area are great, condominium and quiet, we missed the Air fry, and washing machine would help, but we already knew it didn't have it, but everything else was the same as the listing, Gisele and André are super attentive, always answered me and helped quickly, thank you for the attention until next time.

The stay was great, the apartment was very well structured, in environments, furniture, utensils, we were very comfortable, feeling at home. It had several details that made it very easy to stay, for example , offering toilet paper, sink soap.... The condominium is also great, the pools, game room.

The Host's Education and Care with our stay. Perfect location in the center next to all the sites we intended to visit during the holiday. We went on foot in most locations. Perfect. Mr. Adilson was very quick with the information and helped with everything. The house is very large and comfortable, we went as 3 couples and it was great for us, everything was working, it's good to warn that all the outlets are 220v, we only found out when we got there and we have 110v things, the ape is very close to the beach, just cross the highway and you're there, we loved it and we'll be back for sure!!

We stayed in 10 people, with a wonderful view, Ederson was very attentive, wonderful pool. It was well worth it.

The apto is 2 blocks from the beach and also has restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies basically next door. Access to the center is also easy, about 3km. And is also close to the highway on which you can access the beaches of the northern region. The space is big and the kitchen complete, it would come back again!

Very spacious apartment, with all the furniture and utensils. The condominium is also very good, it has a swimming pool that is cleaned every day, the doormen are very polite. The only observation I wanted to point out is that the parking spaces are very small, if you have very large cars you may have difficulty parking, my car is a 2008 and it was very tight on the sides.
