Nice apartment, in very good, quiet, wooded area. Good description on the listing, exactly as in the photos. Contact with quick and easy owner.

We checked in around midnight and it was very easy and safe to enter the building. The apartment is exactly as described in the listing: clean, well organized and with comfortable beds and pillows. The location is excellent and the 24-hour concierge gave us a lot of security throughout the stay. The apartment has a cleaning service, which may explain the absence of items such as a broom — nothing that caused us discomfort. We had a small situation during the stay, promptly resolved by the host, who was very attentive. We recommend it!

Sergio's apartment is a real refuge! The room and living room are very spacious and the view is simply stunning - the Lagoon with the Corcovado and the Dois Irmãos in the background is a postcard setting. The apartment is beautiful and well decorated, and the building is elegant and well located. Although I noticed a little street noise due to busy traffic, it didn't stop me from enjoying the beauty of the place. I would definitely return to this apartment!

My stay was wonderful, too bad it was short. The location is perfect. The view is amazing and the apartment is super cozy and spacious. I felt at home! In addition, the condominium is super friendly, with clear information and good communication between employees. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures and larger than expected. It is very close to Olegario, which has exactly the best bars, restaurants and everything you need such as: market, bakery, gym… I really liked it and didn't even want to leave kkk I will definitely be back. The apartment is on the side of Quinta and next to a subway and train station. Dali went to everything that is a corner of Rio without any problem. The building is quiet, the apartment was very clean and very comfortable. I created a little misunderstanding that David solved peacefully and without stress, even if the problem was caused by me. Note 10/10. I already recommended it to friends and next time I go to Rio for a few days I want to return there.

Excellent house and host. Highly recommend!

The house is delicious!! Super cozy and comfortable. It's a complete house! Wonderful bed and bath linens, pool towels were also available. Kitchen complete with utensils and dishes/cups/glasses of all kinds, full tbm barbecue area! There is no shortage of activities for children! Pool buoys, foosball, ping pong, pool, beach tennis rackets and the soccer field! Everything works perfectly. Apart from the pernilongos, we have nothing to complain about. Victor was an excellent host responding to everything quickly. Tbm we were appointed to Thainara to help with cleaning the house on the days we stayed there and it was a great indication. We'll be back!

Alicia's house is a delight. The location couldn't be better - in front of the beautiful Camboinhas beach. You can get from the house to the beach in 2 minutes on foot, practically on the sand. The house is very cozy, it has books, games, art, we felt at home from the first moment. Nicéia welcomed us very well and we had great communication with her. Livia was also always very helpful. We'll be back for sure.
