The chalet is beautiful, the condominium is very good, it has two swimming pools, tennis courts. To get to the beach, just cross the street. The host is very proactive. It was a very peaceful trip.

All excellent! Very easy to communicate with Caio, who gave the tips and courtesies to improve our experience! The house is spacious, has separate suites. We took two dogs, one medium and one large, who were very good, since the house is all walled and were able to spend quality time with us. Kitchen has equipment and the house holds more people in the living room. Equipped grill next to the pool. I recommend it, especially for sunny days!

The house is great, super spacious and very well located, it is less than a five-minute walk to Praia do Lázaro. It is perfect for those looking for space and practicality near the sea. Some details of the house need renovation, but nothing that disrupts the stay. Overall, it was a very positive experience. Ja had gone other times to ubatuba, however this time was perfect, the house near the waterfall that no doubt and my favorite place, so without a doubt I will return as soon as possible, 5 star place

The chalet is very close to the beach, right on the sand and that's the highlight. Everything was organized and clean, and it worked very well. The street of the house is very safe and quiet, very quiet.

Cozy location. Clean. No noises. Mr. Osmar was very kind and concerned about our well-being. Full and clean house. We recommend 100%. Easy location, being a safe and quiet neighborhood. The suite is very comfortable, but the other two bedrooms are small (which is no problem for a beach house, especially because the living room and deck are spacious). Kitchen is well organized with utensils. The house still has several decorations that demonstrate the personality of the owners which for me is excellent because I do not feel very comfortable in places made to rent and that do not seem to know anyone's history. It really has stairs to the door, so it's good to know that it is not a ground floor property. My dog was super comfortable and had a lot of room. In addition, Alessandra Boa responded quickly and was always available. it is easy to check in.

The house is complete with all items in the kitchen. Clean and pleasant place, very nice landscaping. Flexibility and organization of the owners and managers of the site were impeccable. Even with a little difficult access through the street, but it is not the fault of the establishment, but the city of São Sebastião, which unfortunately does not take care of the streets and sidewalks of Maresias. Because where the Vila's responsibility access is impeccable. The only point of improvement, which is a detail in the whole, is the cleaning of the pool. High season the pool is very used, so the cleaning needs to be done constantly.

We stayed at The House, super complete space, with 3 bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen with all items of everyday life, service area and barbecue area. Extremely quiet place, 2 minutes away from markets, shops (walking). Farther ahead of gas station, bars and the beach. The space is beautiful, spotless. Helena super attentive.

The house of Cláudia is quite comfortable and impeccably clean and tidy. All very organized and decorated with whim and care. The location is very good, close to restaurants and shops. Cláudia is quite accessible and responds quickly. Your housewife, Mrs. Ceci, is very friendly and helpful. I recommend and intend to return.

Our period in the house was very good, both Myke and Geane approached us very well, were receptive and even woke up at 5 am to hand over the keys due to our traffic delay, in the end it went well, not only do I recommend it but I intend to return when I want to go to the north coast again!!!

The word to define it is Gratitude. From the first contact with Leda, she was attentive the whole time, clarified all doubts, indicated places, tips and full support. The house is just like the photos, cozy space, I felt right at home. Pool always warm, safe place, easy access to beaches, shops (market/bakery/pharmacy) very well located. I didn't experience any issues during the stay, all items in the house work perfectly. It's really worth it, I left already thinking about the date to return… certainly soon. I went with a good, excited expectation. I left with a joyful and contented heart, it was much better than I imagined.

I went with my family and the place is very good and quiet, fully matches the listing, good location, easy access and has all the items you need to stay, everything well maintained and very nice, and besides, Barequeçaba beach is delicious! Gisele was super nice and flexible about check-in/check-out, Celia, who was the one who received us, was super nice too and received us super well!! I highly recommend the place and hope to return more often.

We spent 4 happy days on a family vacation at this house! The house is exactly as shown in the photos, it was very clean and organized. The house has everything you need for a peaceful stay! The gourmet and pool area is very nice and the condominium is safe and quiet! My highlight is the service from Marta !
