The view from the apartment is beautiful! The air-conditioning is wonderful in this heat. ☀️Everything was wonderful and Rosângela was always attentive to my questions. I recommend it and we'll be back!!!

This is the second time I've stayed at the apartment. New paint (no musty smell), impeccable cleanliness, comfortable beds and pillows, new refrigerator, clothes dryer (makes a lot of difference), all kitchen utensils, near the beaches of southern Ubatuba, quiet, family place, with garage. I recommend it and will return for the 3rd time.

It was a wonderful accommodation, clean, organized, spacious and complete property (all household utensils). Air-conditioning functioning perfectly and good pressure in the showers. Larissa is an excellent hostess, always responding to messages quickly. Super recommend it!

A very special place, a unique experience! The neighborhood is very unique, with incredible views and experiences! Even in a period where the weather was uncertain, the days were wonderful and the feeling of having a beach at home, there are no comparisons! I recommend it.

We have rented Mr. Joel's apartment every year since 2017 and he is always very attentive, providing all the guidelines, always very quick to respond to messages. The apartment is close to one of the best-known beaches in Caraguatatuba. I highly recommend the experience.

Accommodation exactly as in the pictures, meeting our expectations well. Local quiet, clean, containing AC in the room and being able to take our pets. Located near the Lagoinha beach (we used to walk) and with grocery, fish and ice cream on the way. Both Juciara and son Rodrigo were very helpful and helpful. We intend to come back more often.

They left products for us to use, in addition to which São Sebastião is very beautiful and you can cross by ferry to Ilha Bela. We love the accommodation, we feel at home. In addition to being all clean and tidy, the space is cozy, a huge room, with a beautiful, breathtaking view. We didn't suffer with late-night street sweepers or noises from neighbors. We took our dogs and it was very easy to leave them there while we went for a walk. Katya was flexible with check-out time, which allowed us to enjoy our last day more. I highly recommend it.

Vivian's house was very nice, everything was very clean and with several useful items. Comfortable stay, quite spacious and well ventilated. The location was also great, close to the ferry and the bus station, very central. You could feel the warmth of the house with the decor and cleanliness, Vivian was also very nice, I really liked it, I would definitely come back again!
