Large and very comfortable apartment, in a very nice area, close to the beach and with a variety of cuisine, with security upon entering and the host was very kind, she responded quickly with clear instructions.

Our stay in this home was just amazing! The property is super cozy and well cared for, offering all the comfort and convenience we needed. The house was equipped with everything that was needed, from kitchen utensils to comfort items for moments of rest. The location is wonderful, with the house being right in front of the beach, which allowed us to enjoy stunning views and easy access to the sea. In addition, it is situated in a super quiet area. We will definitely return to enjoy this amazing place even more. I highly recommend it!

Communication with Carlos was a differential: always helpful and responded hyper-fastly and always showed to be very serious and ready to meet all the demands. The check-in was only completed at 3 p.m., because when we arrived (2:30 pm) the cleaning was being completed, but that's fine. There were some maintenance exchanges that were resolved within 24 hours due to local labor. According to the host, more detailed maintenance is already scheduled and the next guests will be able to rate it better. In conclusion, it was worth it. Thank you.

The house is very beautiful and well equipped, it has a great structure, a person who gives attention during the stay. She is attentive to details. She left us a delicious cake! In the condominium, other guests from other houses had problems but not us because everything worked and she left us several contacts in addition to responding quickly. The house has all the instructions in writing too! I highly recommend Thais' house.

Simply amazing! Daniel and his wife are exemplary hosts. Always available to serve and assist us. The house is in a privileged location, for its beauty and security and facing the sea. It is noteworthy (information that Daniel always brought us) that on the beach just the front of the condominium there are many rocks, which makes it a little difficult to shower. Nothing that a walk of a few meters does not solve. Daniel's accommodation was our last stop on the holiday trip, and it was perfect for us to rest and enjoy the natural and condo beauties. I would definitely return and recommend it to everyone. It was a few days, but it was incredible days.

The house is excellent, very cozy, with a well-equipped kitchen and a pool that is always clean. There are 3 suites with powerful air-conditioning and one more external bathroom. The room does not have air-conditioning, but as the doors are sliding and open fully, it is very ventilated. The condominium is gated and very quiet and the leisure area, which also has a swimming pool, is close to the house. It is a 5-minute walk to the beach where there are great kiosks, where I recommend Osvaldo's kiosk. The host Hermes was very attentive and always available. It's one of those houses you feel like coming back to.

Great apartment, quality of beds, linen and towels. Many high quality cooking utensils. Nearby beach, almost private. We had a memorable stay. The only negative point, which is not of the house but of the public power, is that the street is not completely urbanized and accumulates pools of water that makes mobility difficult. But it is in the process of urbanization. Soon it won't be an issue anymore. But the apartment itself is note 10. And the wonderful Cau services.

The environment is super cosy, the quiet building, the clean rooms and all utensils are at your disposal. The location is easy access to beaches, markets, pharmacies and gas station, all very close by. French Beach is just a 5-minute drive away. Very attentive Marco always responded quickly, in a flexible check in and checkout. I loved the environment and I recommend it to EVERYONE.
