The experience was great! House has a kitchen with various utensils, 2 bedrooms with comfortable beds, 2 clean bathrooms and a delightful grassy backyard for the pet to run and play. The pool is small, but very well maintained and served during sunny days with the shower. Andrea is a great host, she was extremely friendly when visiting the house and helping us with the water. In addition, she responds very quickly in the app, giving precise directions and assistance. I highly recommend it!

We were very happy those days the house was excellent, the condominium very safe, quiet and welcomes children very well!! Without words to describe Mr. Antonio's kindness received us very well!! The house beyond what we expected, all very clean and with great care for the guests such as bed and bath linens, liquid soap and paper in all the bathrooms and in the kitchen had detergent, coffee, sugar and salt which made our first day easier, we sure will be back!!

Super quiet location, close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Great place to relax and enjoy the days with friends and family. The house is well ventilated and the pool is wonderful. The photos reflect exactly what the house offers. I'd like to highlight the cleanliness and cordiality of the host. Pablo was always available, from booking to the end of the stay. I recommend this place.

The house is large and airy, the rooms are quite comfortable, the bathrooms are large, with an inclusive unit for people with special needs, the living room and the kitchen interact, making the environment spacious and making guests feel close... The outdoor space is awesome! I didn't even leave the house... Ideal for that little barbecue and pool with the family. In addition, it is extremely cozy, super private, we feel as if we are isolated, with total privacy. We had a bit of difficulty dealing with the TV, but I think the problem was in the person carrying the rsrs remote control. We love it! we will definitely return!

The house is wonderful and very well equipped. Has all the utensils in the kitchen and lots of toys and games for kids and families. The lagoon is very quiet and perfect for children tbm. The house is super spacious and has everything we need for a great stay, just make a purchase in the market and that's it. The lagoon is amazing and it is of extreme peace for those who want to relax and connect with nature, kayaking was of quite an affective memory. Ju is extremely proactive, I'm sure it will quickly resolve any complications you may have in the house. I recommend not to forget the repellent to walk around at certain times. Overall our hosting was very good. The house is beautiful, everything works and we were also contemplated with a movie sunset on the beach. At the entrance it was difficult to communicate with the person responsible for receiving us, then we found some dirt on the barbecue and swimming pool. Everything was promptly resolved by the Elder who has always assisted us with a lot of education.

Some considerations... Currently the property can be listed as a kitnet and not as a house, since the host will soon do work to expand it. In this way, the listing becomes substantiated for those interested. The photos are reliable, but there was a lack of clarity in announcing that there is a mobile home on the same property and that guests share the space with the hosts who at the time were with their pets, beautiful by the way. Nothing that bothered us, on the contrary we were treated very well, the couple was very patient with my son who loves pets and my elderly father. The couple also made the Kayak available, an amazing experience for our son! Thank you so much! Happy New Year!

The house is well secure, clean, cozy and well-equipped. I liked the fact that there are well-defined rules in the condominium, so we are very calm, there is no mess, very noise, great place to rest. The Host always responds quickly and that made me very quiet on the trip.
