we went in a group of 29 people and the house comfortably meets, including has a leisure area covered for everyone on rainy days, which are common la! In all 9 rooms the beds, doveiros and mattresses are new and of good quality, also the air freezes all rooms mt well! Next times in Ubatuba we want to stay at Renato's home again, who tmb was one of the best hosts we've ever dealt with!

I loved the stay. It's very clean and organized, with a beautiful view, corresponding with the photos advertised. The host Mariana answering all questions quickly.

The accommodation is great, beautiful apartment with a wonderful view of the balcony. It is close to the beach, you can walk, and there is a lot of nearby markets. The condominium is great, the pools are very good. All perfect, I recommend!!

We had a nice stay at the house, Eduardo was very helpful and kind! The region is quieter so there is not much commerce nearby and the kiosks close early, which was the only defect of the site

The location of the house is excellent, facing the sea. The house is impeccably clean with well-kept furniture and utensils, it has a very beautiful and well-kept lawn, excellent for children to play. The lady who takes care of the house is very attentive and helpful, and André (owner) is very attentive and quick to answer questions, and is always concerned that everything goes in the best way. The only observation is a bar next door that is a little annoying until 2, 3 a.m., otherwise everything is very nice.

We stayed at Andrea's house and, in general, the stay was very positive. The proximity to the beach is really one of the great highlights; within a few meters it is possible to feel the sand at the feet and enjoy the sun. The location is perfect for those looking to relax by the sea. Also, I would like to commend the host's education and attention, Andrea. She was extremely cordial and helpful throughout our stay, always available to answer questions and give tips about the region. I hope to return soon and enjoy this paradise again!

Our stay at Pérola Itamambuca was simply amazing! The house is exactly as described, the space is very welcoming. The location is excellent, very close to Itamambuca Beach, which allowed us to make the most of it without having to worry about travel. In addition, the house is super well equipped, had everything we needed, from kitchen utensils to details that make the stay more practical and comfortable. Acriana was very attentive as well as Fernando!, always available to answer questions, which made us even more at home. It really was a wonderful experience, and I look forward to coming back. I recommend with my eyes closed!

Awesome, we'll come back again for sure! It was a great choice in relation to the location (less than a block and the exit is facing the beach), apartment with elevator, facilities and clear rules in the condominium, noble location of the beach, surroundings and welcoming staff. The apartment is a show apart, it surprised us with the good taste of the beach decoration, delicate and harmonious. The apartment has everything for the guest's comfort, as well as all the needs supplied: a washing machine, air-conditioning, an iron and even a hairdryer, appropriate furniture, everything.

The space matched the advertised photos exactly! Clean and organized space. It has all the items you need. The Jacuzzi is wonderful and spacious. The place was clean and organized and the hostess Denise was always quick to resolve any doubts. We highly recommend apt Bambu 04. Not to mention the view, which is wonderful! The laundry room helps a lot to organize clothes. The structure of the building as a condominium is also very good and pleasant!

The house is excellent! The best hosting we did via Airbnb. House very comfortable, functional, complete and was extremely clean. EVERYTHING we needed had there. We felt at home..and best of all, it is a few meters from the beach, we slept listening to the noise of the sea. It exceeded our expectations. The condominium is beautiful, lots of nature. It has bakery, markets and restaurants very close to the house. Fernando was an excellent host, it was all the time available. He directed us to Marli to help us with the house, which was excellent to make our stay even better.

We had a great experience during our stay at the house located at Praia do Lázaro. The house exactly matches the photos and listing description, being very well equipped and comfortable. All rooms are air-conditioned, including the living room, which ensured a lot of comfort even on the hotter days. The structure of the house is excellent: two rooms with TV, barbecue, beer, duplex fridge, microwave and electric oven, all working perfectly. The location is also a strong point — it is very close to Lazaro Beach.

Foot in the area, beautiful condominium, quiet and with many birds. House as advertised, the sheets and towels were clean. The beach is quiet because it is almost private, with shade and exclusive space for those who are in the condominium.

This house is such a special location, we loved staying in this architectural gem! The glass fronts offer stunning views over the sea, you are surrounded by the jungle-like nature and animals. The beaches nearby are absolutely stunning, just note that the food options in walkable distance are closed at night. We had a really wonderful, relaxed and quite time in Felix, exploring the neighborhood, surfing, hanging by the beach and of course enjoying our livingroom views! Also communication with the hosts was super smooth and quick and check-in was very easy, would 100% recommend staying here!

The location is exactly as shown in the photos and description, I really liked it, I felt super comfortable, quiet and safe place, good for those looking for peace and tranquility, Mr. Roberto Mayara always asks, the beach is a few meters from the chalet, there are some attractions and restaurants, I had complete freedom to have my meals in the shared kitchen, the place is a good peace for those with small or elderly children. It was very good. I'll be back for sure.

The place is amazing, we had a little problem with rainwater entering the second floor but otherwise it was all perfect, the hosts are extremely friendly and responded to all my messages quickly! In the end is well worth it if you like a Boa Vista, a good location for the beaches beyond the very nice and cozy space! I hope to return some day

The proposal of the grandmother's house is exceptional, it refers to the past, without TV it makes you interact more with the family, in relation to the functional house, very close to the sea, my children liked the books and the retro decoration. As for João, a fine, welcoming guy with easy access to contact. The only thing I disliked was the position of the wardrobe, I tried to change more is fixed. Kkkkkkkk. In the next stadia I will make this change of the wardrobe and the local dining table. Congratulations my comrade , the house "Grandma " is excellent. Note We felt cold at night .
