Our stay at Pérola Itamambuca was simply amazing! The house is exactly as described, the space is very welcoming. The location is excellent, very close to Itamambuca Beach, which allowed us to make the most of it without having to worry about travel. In addition, the house is super well equipped, had everything we needed, from kitchen utensils to details that make the stay more practical and comfortable. Acriana was very attentive as well as Fernando!, always available to answer questions, which made us even more at home. It really was a wonderful experience, and I look forward to coming back. I recommend with my eyes closed!

This house is such a special location, we loved staying in this architectural gem! The glass fronts offer stunning views over the sea, you are surrounded by the jungle-like nature and animals. The beaches nearby are absolutely stunning, just note that the food options in walkable distance are closed at night. We had a really wonderful, relaxed and quite time in Felix, exploring the neighborhood, surfing, hanging by the beach and of course enjoying our livingroom views! Also communication with the hosts was super smooth and quick and check-in was very easy, would 100% recommend staying here!

We had a great weekend at this house, Paulo was always available to answer questions and even made our arrival time more flexible, which was very important due to the long trip. The place was well organized and accommodated 13 adults and 2 children very well, excellent experience on the sand, quiet and safe beach. Good options for tours and places to visit nearby. This is a place we'll definitely be back to.

The house is excellent! The best hosting we did via Airbnb. House very comfortable, functional, complete and was extremely clean. EVERYTHING we needed had there. We felt at home..and best of all, it is a few meters from the beach, we slept listening to the noise of the sea. It exceeded our expectations. The condominium is beautiful, lots of nature. It has bakery, markets and restaurants very close to the house. Fernando was an excellent host, it was all the time available. He directed us to Marli to help us with the house, which was excellent to make our stay even better.

Super recommend! Casa foot in the sand, large, very spacious and complete in terms of utensils, furniture and appliances. Delicious beach, quiet, perfect for family, the children were at ease and enjoyed a lot. It has 2 nearby beaches, to which we walked (Sununga and Domingas Dias). There are some speedboat options on the beach, in addition to some restaurants that even deliver the orders in the shade of the tree in front of the house. Nearby convenience stores, supermarkets, gas station and pharmacy. The host and the caretakers are super helpful. City Council resolve any demand with affection and agility. A differential that impressed us was the host's concern to provide a more peaceful check in for guests, providing some toilet and cleaning items, as well as a gallon of water. This made our arrival quieter, being able to enjoy the atmosphere and the beach already at first. Excellent experience!

The house has a very good structure to receive guests, the items provided such as towels and bed linen all smelled fresh and clean and the house when we arrived was also clean. The owners are super accessible and helpful, all requests and inquiries were met quickly and kindly. Super indico!

Hello. Our stay was great. The house is beautiful, very comfortable, complete, it was very clean and had a pleasant smell. It has a washer and dryer (this is extremely important on the beach, so you don't waste time washing clothes and putting them out to dry). It has all the kitchen utensils, comfortable beds, one bathroom per room and two more social bathrooms. We were well attended by Cintia (hostess), very polite and attentive and very well received by Mary, who also offers her breakfast, lunch and dinner services for the convenience of guests. Deilson served us super well. Respond with speed and precision. The house has the kitchen and barbecue very well equipped. We had no perrengue with the house. We made all the meals there, which allowed us to enjoy the beach time well. The dining table and the outside area are very pleasant. The house has chairs and an umbrella for the beach. Adults and children had a good time! We'll be back for sure!

The house is exactly as shown in the photos, very clean and very close to the beach, which facilitates access and avoids the need for a car, the neighborhood is super quiet and offers security. Fernando was always very helpful and proactive, gave us all the necessary information and gave full support to the family, even took us for a quick speedboat ride, Dal also played an important role in this support. The family is already looking forward to returning as soon as possible... it left us wanting more...

The stay was very good, the house is excellent and very clean and organized. Check-in was flexible, we were late due to heavy rains in SP and Mr. Paulo waited for us to deliver the keys with 1 hour's delay on our part. We'll be back soon.

The apartment in Itamambuca is simply fantastic and I can recommend it with all my heart. The garden is very nice and there are many birds and also other animals such as possums etc. The path to the beach is very close and the furnishings of the apartment are awesome. I'll definitely be back.

House well located for those who like to stay on the beaches Domingas Dias or Lázaro, excellent ample space accommodating well our group of 15 people, the amount of bathrooms, green area with barbecue and clean pool, good air conditioned and fans.

Very cozy house of easy access and very close to the beach, the check-in and the check-out was quiet, and Lidiana was always available to answer any questions or unforeseen, we will return 😁🙏🏽

Roberto was very attentive at all times, the caretaker Fernando, who deals personally with the tenants, was very kind and helpful during my stay. Very flexible check-in and check-out, which was great. The house is in great condition, it is not new, but it maintains the comfort of one. Of the 10 guests, none pointed out the smell of mold in the house, which is rare when it comes to a house so close to the sea. It will remain an option for more visits to Ubatuba.

Casa Grande, a wonderful balcony, birds in the morning, the Lazaro beach that is the closest is beautiful, I loved, my guests too, Mr. Hélio and Patrícia are wonderful, I'm definitely not staying anywhere else when I go to Ubatuba

We loved our stay at Hilda’s house, the house has so much charm and character is beautifully situated in the trees. It was perfect with our two young children and we loved falling asleep to the waves and birds. Bonete is such a special place, I hope we return again. Foot in the area, beautiful condominium, quiet and with many birds. House as advertised, the sheets and towels were clean. The beach is quiet because it is almost private, with shade and exclusive space for those who are in the condominium.

Full house, spacious and well-functioning. It is not far from the beach. It has comfortable furnishings, spacious rooms, working bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen, mainly with electrical utensils. Good communication with the owners. I just thought the check-in time was too late. We made early check in with an extra fee payment of about a quarter of the amount of one night. I also think it is valid to make it clear that there is only a small parasol available (important because the house accommodates up to 11 people and the parasol holds no more than 3 people). But super recommend the house. Great cost-benefit and would come back easy!

We would like to express our immense satisfaction with the stay. The view of the beach and nature was simply breathtaking, providing moments of peace and contemplation. The houses and cottage are wonderful, very well maintained and everything is super clean. We were received with great attention, affection and professionalism, from José Roberto to Márcia, João and Edmon, which made our experience even more special.
